Childhood depression: symptom or inhibition?
The aim of this study is centered on the discussion of possible incidences of childhood depression, and is based on a counterpoint between the psychoanalytic concepts of symptom and inhibition. The question that guides this work is: There is a relationship between the depressive position and inhibition from the latency period? If so, on what terms this relationship can be thought and what are the consequences for the direction of the treatment? With respect to methodology, it is a qualitative study, anchored in psychoanalysis, where we take the theoretical propositions of Freud and Lacan, and also authors who talked about depression, like Mauro Mendes Dias, Irene Kuperwajs, Maria Rita Kehl e Astréa da Gama e Silva, among others. The results show that the concepts of symptom, inhibition and anguish expand knowledge about depressive disorder in children, allowing reflections on the management and direction of analytic treatment in such cases. As a conclusion, we highlight the relevance of the distinction between symptom, inhibition and anguish, in that inhibition and anguish concern the psychic constitution process, may be taken as evidence of a change in subject position.

The homophobia in the psychoanalytical field
This article discusses the prejudice against homosexuality in the exercise of certain psychoanalysts. It presents some of these postures, with the reverse route by which Freud addresses the issue. Thus it demonstrates deviations of psychoanalysis as a liberating practice that respects the natural desires of the subject, as well as the necessary subversion of human sexuality.

Factorial structure modeling and internal consistence in the Rosenberg self-esteem scale in brazilian teenagers
The self-esteem is the evaluation process of self-concept and must be measured with real and reliable tools. Additionally, the evaluation of that characteristic has been considered an important implement in identification and in prevention of psychological problems. It was objective of this work to perform in more robust way, through Confirmatory Factor Analysis and an analysis of Structural Equation Modeling made based in Amos Graphics, the factorial structure of the scale of self-esteem, created by Rosenberg in different age line samples from 12 to 20 years. The sample was composed by 1864 subjects, where 49% of these were males and 51% were females. According results obtained in these analyses, the scale of Rosenberg presented statistical indicators that justify its factorial consistence for Brazilians teenagers These indicators corroborate suitability of structure of scale of self-esteem for the sample context analyzed composed by two factors: negative self-esteem and positive self-esteem. Considering the indicators they have proved satisfactoryinthe intervalswhich have beenconsideredacceptablein thecurrent literature.

Stories of death and grief: a study of socio-anthropological experience of death in a group operating in CRAS
The following article starts by presenting an socio-anthropological reflection about the relation between health and disease, demonstrating through these indicators that death and grief which is what we want to point out, can be interpreted through multiple boosters and epistemological bases. Here we choose Anthropology and Sociology. By the exposition of the text analysis inside the social anthropological approach we’d like to reinforce the need to look at this in a broach multidisciplinary To do so, we decided to report/ describe an experience in operative group in one of the Social Assistance Center, where the subject “death” emerged as a factor that induces the memories of traumatic experience, related to losses and grief. The observation of these collective phenomena instigated us to reflect about death as a social construction still linked to negative aspects and of challenging overcoming (mourning), outside of the welfare work scope, necessarily.

Considerations about outsourcing and job security at Brazil’s context: review
The phenomena of insecurity and outsourcing, embedded in a historical context, marked by various struggles and issues intrinsic to the relationship between capital and labor, take specific forms in the contemporary context, the example of Bill 4330/2004, which deals specifically with the regulation of outsourcing in Brazil and was approved in the House recently. Based on this background, this article aims to discuss: what to expect for the Brazilian reality confronted with possible change of legislation that broadens and deepens outsourcing? What can be extracted from a comparative reflection based on some elements of the “wage society”? The methodological design of the study was a literature review conducted to support the discussion presented in the purpose of the article. We considered primarily scientific papers published from 2005 to 2015 in the Brazilian databases. The study results indicate a predominance of empirical studies, analysis of the forms and consequences of outsourcing and casualization in the public and private sector and various professional categories, as well as reaffirming the global nature of the phenomenon and its national peculiarities. The discussion of the results and final considerations of this article reiterate the main bibliographic findings, with main aim of raising ways of coping and contending.

A dam against the deadly joy: Marguerite Duras’ writing between lover and mother
The work aims to discuss the concepts of “disaster” and “devastation”, employed by Freud and Lacan, respectively, to name the ambivalent relationship between mother and daughter, which the loving partner is heir. We consider the literary production of Marguerite Duras, especially her work “The Lover” in order to facilitate the elucidation and the transmission of such concepts. From this perspective, we also wish to undertake a brief comment about the female joy, love and death, evoked in this novel by Duras.
From Ferenczi to Balint: the development of the question of the training analysis
This work deals with postulations by Ferenczi and Balint related to personal analysis of the training psychoanalyst. By proposing the so-called “active technique”, Ferenczi launched new requirements for the psychoanalyst’s function. It is observed that those requirements concerning personal abilities presented by the psychoanalyst engendered an increase in ambitions related to analysis aimed at formation which, according to Ferenczi, should extend beyond remission of symptoms until unconscious fantasies become exhausted. In his turn, Balint flew over the silence barrier that impeded application of the so-called “training analysis” since its adoption by IPA as a requirement for the formation of the psychoanalyst. One is to highlight here the author’s critical appraisal of forms assumed by training analysis within institutions affiliated with IPA and his approach to the development of the issue concerning formation analysis in the psychoanalytical movement since arrival of the first psychoanalysts up to the beginning of the 50’s decade in the XX century.

Between neikos and philia: notes on the fraternal complex in the Aimée case
Based on the case Aimée, Lacan’s object of analysis in his thesis on the paranoid psychosis and its relationship with personality, highlight the place that is occupied by fraternal complex. Based upon Lacan, we emphasize that in itself, the brother works as a double, that threat and destabilizes the child in his relation to his own image. In order to achieve this purpose, we will resume, in Freud, this other - this rival - which extends at his birth the Oedipus complex to family complex, what is of fundamental importance for a better understanding of that Lacanian conception. Such resumption will enable us to realize their clinical nuances.

The economic and environmental contemporary context and the new perspectives for management
I am going to share with you the result of my current reflection on the panorama of the world economy, and especially what much is said about economics, administration, organizational psychology and related topics. For me there is a paradox, while chaos reigns in this world, one can speak of chaos, and, on the other hand, although there have never been so many graduates in administration on this planet, the world has not been prevented from experiencing such a bad time global management. You could say you've never witnessed this before. This is a very strange correlation. This leads us to wonder why we have so many graduates in management and everything is so mismanaged. The answer to this question is something that relates to the idea that the place where one must work very hard and urgently to change many things in the world is at the level of economics at the level of economic thought because neoliberal dominant economic thinking is giving a sense, a path, a conception, a paradigm to all other disciplines, especially to the administration and related sciences such as industrial psychology, organizational psychology, organizational behavior, etc. (...)
Development of vocational behavior through the biographic interview and based upon supers vocational theory
The present work uses the modell of biographic interview for studying the development of a vocational behavior from the point of view of Donald. Super’s theory. The interview has seven diferent systematics for obtaining the necessary information for an analysis about vocational behavior. The theory of Super is the outgoing point for this analysis. The named analysis was made based upon the seven sistematics that compound the biographic interview and based upon Super’s paradigma. This method allowed the identification and description of the development of a identity related to work, in which the choice and preparation for a ocupation was present as well as expected while a continuation of the life periods, i.e., playing and educational periods, which antecipates and build a interface with the vocational formation. Through this experience we discovered that the considered generation is prepared for its professional experience as a basis for its choice, or rahter, its vocational destination, especially to ensure an economic independence in perspective. Finally, the findings pointed to the appropriateness of the use of biographical interviews for vocational exploration.

The law and laws : scenarios and scenes in the implementation of Maria da Penha law
This article is a revised and expanded version of a work originally presented by us upon the realization of the 3rd National Meeting of the Freudian School of Psychoanalysis - Corpo Freudiano -, which was entitled “Psychoanalysis and Law.” In it , we intend to dwell on the interface between psychoanalysis and law, more specifically concern us scenarios and scenes about the application of Law 11 340/06 , which bears the name of Maria da Penha Law. This will lead to a broader discussion about the very making of laws. The theoretical and methodological framework of which we use for this purpose is based on the contributions of Freud, Lacan, as well as contemporary psychoanalysts dealing more closely the relationship between law and psychoanalysis and between the law and the laws.

Ethics and workers’ health on the cognitive-cultural capitalism context
This article presents a theoretical study about the relationship between ethics and workers’ health on the cognitive-cultural capitalism context. We discuss issues such as “government of will”, “psychologization” of the social relations, “flexibility”, “work individualization,” and “paradigm of activation”, and confront these issues with the ethical thesis of the radical alterity (or radical otherness), discussed by Emmanuel Levinas, and consequences of these issues for the workers’ health. We also analyze the moralizer nature of this speech, which “psychologize” spaces and social phenomena so as to depoliticize and blame individuals and indemnify the State. An analytical and critical method was used in this study, with a qualitative perspective and a eminently theoretical character, with deconstructionist purpose, once the studied phenomenon has polysemic nature and presents itself as capable of being spread over the several fields of social practices. In the discussion topic, we analyze aspects found in the capitalist system, from a levinasian ethical perspective, emphasizing the social consequences that are hidden in the market speech.

Voluntary redundancy plans: repercussions over the relation individual-work
The present paper marks one of the stages of production of a master’s dissertation developed along the Psychology’s Post-Graduation Program of the Federal University of Ceará - UFC. Facing the moment of marked economic instability in the brazilian scenario, represented by factors such as the increase of inflation, the decline of economic growth in many sectors of the economy and the great reduction of job offers, we saw the resurgence of organizational strategies that aim to maintain profits, grounded in actions that allow quick and significant changes for the enterprises that adopt them. Our objective is to investigate the use of one of those strategies that reapeared in this moment of crisis, namely, the Voluntary Redundancy Plans. Historicaly, the intensification of its aplication in Brazil ocurred during the 1990’s, characterized by the adoption of neoliberal political and economic measures, in addition to the privatization of national companies. Through a bibliographic review, we’ll analyze the unfold of events that followed the attempt of implementation of the neoliberal project in Brazil, taking as focus the transformations in the work dynamics in the national context and the main consequences for workers. We seek to reflect about the use of voluntary redundancy while a dismantling mechanism of the public sector at the time and about its objectives and possible repercussions in the present

An abandoned palace: a study on childhood psychosis
In the domain of the theoretical production in Psychoanalysis, there is a wide field of ruminations about childhood psychosis’ manifestations and its consequences to the clinical practice. The following work aims to discuss a clinical case of childhood psychosis, taking as landmarks the questions related to the transference. The psychoanalytical concepts of subject’s constitution and its relations to the clinical practice were briefly discussed for the purpose of highlighting the particularities of the case, in order to approximate or to distinguish them from the existing theoretical concepts on childhood psychosis. According to the case studied, one concludes that the structural delineation allowed a treatment’s handling, which made possible to insert the subject into the transference and thus made possible the treatment itself. The background of this case study’s writting is the experience at Núcleo de Atenção a Crianças e Adolescentes (NAIA) from Professor Frota Pinto Mental Hospital in Fortaleza, Ceará, where the author has been responsible for the psychoanalytical oriented treatment of a child, who has received a psychiatrical diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia.

Researching with teachers: the field diary and restitution’s importance in the intervention research
The search “Searching with teachers: media relations and school routine” has analyzed with 25 teachers from a public school in Fortaleza, the relationship between media and school routine. As a research device was created the extension course “School Dialogues: Media and School Daily Life”. Based on Michel Foucault (1987) on the disciplinary power present in school education and Gilles Deleuze (1990) on new ways to control the media involved, the research argues, ultimately, the school’s social function in contemporary, questioning the media as subjectivity vector in everyday school life and pedagogical work. In this paper we put in question the research methodology, emphasizing the centrality of the diary and restitution. We will also work the concept of intervention research and its practical implication as research strategy with the school. We will discuss the use of the diary as a facilitating tool bond and construction data needed to reframe the same. We highlight restitution as the necessary time to create a collective analysis field. Finally, we will present the importance of these tools for the entire process of building our research.
