The influence and perception of the five competitive forces of Michael Porter in the Sobral baking sector – Ceará
This work deals with the study of the Five Competitive Forces Porter in the bakery sector in the city of Sobral - Ce. It aims to analyze the perception of businessmen regarding the performance of these forces on the local industry. As a theoretical framework, the study begins with an approach about the Five Competitive Forces Porter as a tool for strategic planning and characterization of each of these forces. The empiric study dedicated part presents the results of a quantitative research study conducted with entrepreneurs’ bakeries using a statistical tool that enables secure data analysis (Chi-Square), which reveal the perceptions of the same about the intensity of Porter forces within the industry in the city of Sobral. With the information obtained, it was concluded that only one of them has a strong presence in the sector. The others, in the view of entrepreneurs, have a timid performance. These forces with acting shy and little aggressive, currently cannot be seen as a threat, but in the long run they can restructure and strongly reach the sector's performance.

Zero - Last Image
This paper analyzes the contexts of Virtual Reality, Immersion, Illusion and Suspension of Disbelief in the context of scenic art. For this purpose, the ZERO show is defined as a Handcrafted Virtual Reality. The concept of presence / telepresence will be fundamental, since its definition clarifies that: what can be called Virtual Reality is rather a relationship that is established with the image or the medium, regardless of how the image is produced. The aim is to extend concepts, which are generally linked to technology to the craft world of the object concerned - ZERO. It is intended to describe how these concepts can be transferred from a digital sphere to a real time imaging terrain. Another objective is to define the concept of Last Image. A procedural concept that is briefly described as the moment of suspension of the image device and the suspension of the viewer's structure.

BEHAVIOR OF WATER-FLOWED PIPES AT DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES
Abstract The implementation of water piping systems shows significant technological advances in the specialty of hydraulics. The pipes have great advantages, namely, in the reduction of fluid losses, as well as in the mitigation of problems resulting from water interruption and its preservation in relation to external harmful agents. In this numerical study will be tested pipes of various materials such as cast iron, stainless steel, galvanized steel, pex and fiberglass. The fluid that will circulate inside is water at different temperatures. Subsequently, several parameters will be evaluated, such as the friction factor, the head losses, the linear thermal expansion and the stress in the piping. Knowledge of these factors is paramount for the correct sizing of hydraulic networks, as well as for the correct choice of pumping systems.
UNIVERSITY MANAGEMENT, A CHALLENGE OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN THE THIRD MILLENNIUM
This paper aims at presenting a proposal to raise the quality of the performance of teachers and headmasters, through actions involving teachers in the selection, planning, organization and evaluation of work, as well as their permanent training in New University conditions, with a high sense of responsibility, procedural, age and social commitment. The research tools used were theoretical and empirical investigative methods. The classical models of university management are addressed: professionalizing, investigative and scientific-technological models; as well as the types of management and quality indicators to be taken into account when evaluating higher education institutions.
Occupational Stress: social perception of the teaching profession and its wear
The discussion about stress in society has been increasing by experts. Occupational stress is a set of emotional, cognitive, behavioral and physiological reactions to adversity at work, characterized by high levels of excitement and disturbance, usually accompanied by feelings of incapacity (European Commission, 2002). Through the application of the Teachers' Stress Questionnaire (QSP) by Gomes, Montenegro, Peixoto and Peixoto (2010), we seek to understand the stress levels in teachers in the 2nd and 3rd cycle of basic education. In this way, 50 teachers were surveyed with an average age and length of service between 43.9 and 17.38 respectively. A comparison of means was carried out through the t-test of independent samples between the variables, the teacher's teaching cycle and professional situation (contractors and staff). The results did not show statistically significant differences, however, it can be said that the teachers' stress levels are between “moderate stress” and “quite stress”. Teachers feel more stress when students show inappropriate behaviors, while students 'lack of motivation and skills is not a relevant factor in increasing teachers' stress.

Dynamic Structural Model with Covariates for Short-term Forecast of Electricity Demand in Angolan Cities
Short-term electric load forecasting is an important tool for planning electrical generation systems, operations (scheduling the generation of electric load flow required for consumption) and control. In this study the aim is to show how the effects of covariates can be incorporated into state space models. A structural model based on dynamic processes and a method for generating predictive densities and estimating the maximum flow of the consumed electrical load are examined. The model and method are empirically investigated using actual data of daily electricity demand in Cabinda city to obtain short-term forecasts. The performance of the methodology is validated via comparisons using predicted values and observed values.

Computational Environments and the Problem Solving Perspective: An Interesting Dialogue for the Treatment of Mathematical Concepts
Mathematics, in the broad sense, encompasses infinite components that make it one of the most real and complete sciences that contribute to the development of the human intellect. This view requires the teacher to face the process of teaching and learning mathematics in a way that implies the active participation of students with the spirit of research and discovery, giving its meaning according to the context of the student and their society; make their teaching more attractive to achieve full development. This work presents a methodological approach that combines the problem solving perspective and computational environments as a methodological resource in the classroom for treatment of mathematical concepts. The proposed approach is applied to the treatment of the main concepts of infinitesimal calculus, in the Second Cycle of Secondary Education, using GeoGebra.

Analysis of energy quality in electric bicycle charging stations
This article aims to analyze the impact that electric bicycles introduced on national mobility and, consequently, the need to charge the battery regularly can cause on the quality of distributed electric energy. The study was conducted using an analytical method, which includes the analysis of loading tests. For this, tests were carried out at an electric vehicle fast charging station, in order to obtain an analysis of the impact of this technology on the electrical distribution network. For the collected data (voltage, current, power, harmonic content and phase balance), only the average values of each quantity were analyzed, except for the harmonic content in each order, for which the maximum values were analyzed. The data were recorded continuously throughout the loading interval, with sampling periods of 1 second.

O SER E O TRABALHO: um estudo de avaliação de fatores indicativos de satisfação
Job satisfaction is important for the well-being of employees and, consequently, provides better performance in their activities. Some authors consider that in order to have an adequate notion of how to measure it, the relationship of the employee with some factors must be analyzed, among which they are always studied by the literature of the area and therefore chosen to compose this work: the nature and conditions of the work. work, salary, job promotion system, work team and immediate superior. In this sense, the present study sought to assess the level at which the said factors indicating satisfaction are impacting the work of employees of a project in the bakery sector in Sobral-CE. To this end, an exploratory descriptive research referenced with data collection in the field was carried out, using the case study method. The main authors surveyed were Bergamini (2000), Chiavenato (2003), Tamayo (1998), Sarathy and Barbosa (1981) and Martinez and Paraguay (2003). The results showed that, regarding the nature of work, immediate superior and work team dimensions, in the researched location, the evaluation was very positive, while the dimensions of job and remuneration showed an average satisfaction regarding these questions and, possibility of evaluation by the company. The results of the dimensions are consistent with the data found in the general assessment with the quality of life indicators.

The importance of communication in the development of higher education institutions in Angola
It addresses the possible relevance of the documentary genre in the teaching-learning process of science, based on the concepts of pedagogy, didactics and communication. Attention is also paid to the state of the art in this regard and in the context of the Republic of Angola and its provinces. We look at the Escola Superior Politécnica de Malanje (ESPM), as an institution attentive to the demands of the new times and adaptation to the Angolan reality, and to its multiple problems, but also opportunities, without losing sight of its ends and, still, the observance of international canons, without a perspective of pioneering scientific research, as one of the three pillars of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).

Public policies and local development in Angola, its influence on citizens' lives
The present study allows us to develop a reflection on public policies and local development in Angola, its impact on the lives of citizens, in the light of qualitative methodology. It is, however, a study in the area of ??research in Political Sociology and Public Policies, at the Escola Superior Politécnica de Malanje. In terms of supporting theory, opt for Functionalism, since society has needs and, as an organism, if those requirements are no longer satisfied and collapse. For example, refer to this article and include a citizen in the public policy making process, then opting for a public policy model from the bottom up, as well as a governance model based on administrative decentralization and which responds as real citizens' needs. The results presented show that local development in English depends not only on the type of leadership, but also on the type of public policies that are developed. On the other hand, the low investment in local communities, occurs for the depopulation of them and, as a consequence, or the overpopulation of urban centers, such as tracking serious problems of basic sanitation and other calamities. The municipalization of public services is the best strategy for solving social problems that affect citizens.

Pillars that support research, teaching and learning in the economy discipline
This article, supported by a bibliography review, presents the approaches used in research and teaching-learning for the Economics syllabus. As starting point, we raise this question: which approaches teachers may use to conduct researches in Economics and mediate teaching-learning of this syllabus or others similar? We establish a main goal which is to analyze the most recommended approach in Economics research as well as the most helpful teaching-learning methods applicable in this subject. The article argues that Economics Science, although belonging to Social Science, has a particularity that makes diverse approaches available to researchers, whether those effective in Factual Science whether those known as Formal Science. As teaching-learning methods, Economics Syllabus uses active learning methods. But isolated these methods are not perfectly useful to permit teachers and students reach learning goals.

Capital structure models vs econometric models evidence about sme's in Huambo Province – Angola
The present work aims to study the determinants of Huambo province SME’s capital structure, assessing the relevance and validity of the key attributes suggested by the literature as determinants of capital structure and test the explanatory power of each of those in the corporate debt ratios. To achieve this objective, financial information of 35 companies based in Huambo province - Angola were empirically analyzed. Companies were classified into four sectors according to the NACE Rev1, for the period between 2012 and 2016. Based on the application of a multiple linear regression model of random effect, our results indicate that for Huambo companies the following prevail: (i) company growth does not influences debt; (ii) regarding to the company size, overall, the greater the company, higher will be company debt; (iii) asset structure positively influences the debt levels its low significance; (iv) in terms of income, it was concluded that it does not determine firm debt, given that they prefer self-financing; (v) as profit variability, contrary to what was expected, it determines the medium and long term and total debt; (vi) with respect to the business sector, it was noted that it has a significant influence on average debt level of Huambo companies.

DOMAIN IN THE USE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES FOR ACCESS TO INFORMATION: Case Study of Undergraduate Students of an Higher Education Institution in Angola
We sought to analyze the use domain of information and communication technologies by undergraduate students, regarding access to information, during the research process aimed at the elaboration of academic-scientific works. The methodology had a quantitative predominance of the descriptive-exploratory type. The research covered a population of forty-nine individuals from the Polytechnic School of Malanje, of which forty-eight are students of the Psychology Course, in addition to an interviewed professor. It was observed that a percentage of those surveyed prefer searching physical and / or digital books. Public libraries are places where students look for materials to support the preparation of academic works. The results indicate that despite the use of information and communication technologies, students lack guidance on the part of teachers for correct use, to overcome plagiarism in the preparation of academic-scientific works. It is evident that it is fundamental and urgent that all the agents involved develop the information competence in the researched students, so that they can make the best use of the results obtained in the research.

Carvão Sustentável – um projeto de gestão ambiental despertando a tecnologia dos Briquetes nas comunidades urbanas e periurbanas em Angola – Huambo
The coal production process in Angola produces great damage to the environment and a large amount of waste. Given this situation, which results in an indifferent scenario, we propose to identify specific actions that can contribute to mitigate the environmental impacts in charcoal production projects in a sustainable way in the Huambo Province communities. The sawdust was obtained from a carpentry shop in the commune of Belém, in the municipality of Huambo, which is 16 km from Katenguenha. The different impacts that the charcoal production process has caused in that location were evaluated, from the geophysical and biological aspects directed by the loss of Fauna and Flora. As mitigation measures, some actions were taken that include training related to environmental areas, with emphasis on forest management, solid waste conditioning and constant exercise based on the policy of 3 Rs. One of the alternative sources adopted is limited to the use of briquettes which to a certain extent contribute to a better protection of the native forest.

INSTRUÇÃO HEURÍSTICA COMO PRÁXIS PEDAGÓGICA NO ENSINO DAS EQUAÇÕES MODULARES: UM ESTUDO DE CASOS NAS ESCOLAS DO ENSINO MÉDIO EM CABINDA, ANGOLA.
Mathematics is an area of ??knowledge whose learning is done in a phased manner. Each of these phases is filled with learning from mathematical entities or entities that in turn serve as a support for learning other new concepts, considered more complex in relation to those already seen. However, for the learning of the new concepts to occur without difficulties, it is necessary that the basic concepts are very well retained. And for the retention of these new concepts, this work presents a proposal in which one can work with modular equations, implementing heuristic instruction, supporting the literary G. Polya. The proposed approach is applied to the treatment of modular equations in the Second Cycle of Secondary Education.

Existentialism in Vergílio Ferreira: the Philosophy of his literary work
This article aspires to elucidate and clarify the existentialist philosophy of the novelist Vergílio Ferreira, as well as the philosophical school of thought itself. Furthermore, the contemplation of such a line of thought will be feasible by resorting to one of the works of the author, enti-tled Manhã Submersa (1954). In which, the fictionist situates his though and his writing at the metamorphotic confluence between the aesthetics of neo-realism and the philosophy of exis-tentialism. Thus, the subsequent paragraphs intend to illustrate the literary matrix of Vergílio Ferreira, which embarks on a journey in search of and discovery of the self, the other and the cosmos that surrounds it. Endlessly focusing on the existential question: Who am I? Who are the others? What is my purpose? What is our purpose?
