A indústria 4.0 no agronegócio: o nascimento de uma spin-off para gestão da manutenção de máquinas e implementos agrícolas
This project presents the steps developed by Metalquip to analyze, plan, develop and application an innovative solution for preventive / predictive maintenance of agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as the process of creating a corporate spin-off to take advantage of the identified opportunity. The work follows the technological report protocol proposed by Marcondes, Miguel, Franklin and Perez (2017), starting from the generation of the idea, pre-validation of the solution with clients, followed by procedures for internal approval with the board, approval of the budget for the pilot project development, patenting of the solution: as a utility model - BR 10 2018 010513 2, creation of the spin-off company and an action plan (in execution) for project implementation. The project's contributions include the development and application of an innovative technological solution for the Brazilian market, providing productivity gains for sugar and alcohol plants, with potential for expansion in other sectors of industry such as mining, construction, oil and gas and aviation. The solution encompasses not only results in terms of technology and business development, but also brings environmental benefits, by reducing oil leaks in the field. It is also understood that the project portrays a peculiar but potentially replicable reality for other industries of industrial components, adding important learning that can serve as a reference for entrepreneurs and academics.
A voz de estudantes bolivianos em uma escola pública da Cidade de São Paulo
The Bolivian immigration to Brazil is a functionalist paradigm that takes place through the assumption that society has a concrete scenario of the Bolivian stereotype enslaved by the textile industry. What few studies bother worrying is that this Bolivian is not inserted in Brazil only as a single subject, but as an individual who brings along, in most cases, his or her family, and therefore begins to interact socially and culturally with all the Brazilian system. Within this scenario, this study aims to analyze the speech of Bolivian students from public schools in the east of São Paulo, understand their feelings and multiculturalism expressions for being in a land so distant from their own. It also aims to analyze the context in which these students are really inserted, observing the treatment dispensed by colleagues in the school context, like it is said by Gadotti (2000) and Freire (1997) the school is a way to demystify any existing prejudice in the community and insert the individual socially and culturally into the society, due to the fact that the school institution is the first place where the inclusion or exclusion can happen and prejudice takes place, but at the same time, it can be banished. With this study we concluded that, despite most of the interviewed students follow on their parents patterns as workers of the textile industry, some of them feel like Brazilians for having been lived most of their lives in the country, and don t feel big differences among their colleagues treatment, trying to insert themselves in the Brazilian context, in a certain way, denying their roots. While others, due to family conflicts and difficulties faced not only in their original country, but so as in their current country, have huge adaptation difficulties and problems to relate with the context, so they don t feel like Brazilian nor Bolivian. Despite these problems, teachers that were supposed to have a part as inclusive educators, end up not helping these students because of their own frustrations within the educational area. We have also observed that, when it comes to the city of São Paulo, all the interviewed students see the city as a well of opportunities in comparison with their country of origin, pointing out the leisure and the shopping activities the city offers, not so possible in Bolivia.

Sol-gel-obtained pseudoboehmite, an aluminium monohydroxide, is a poorly crystalized, non-metallic, synthetic, inorganic nanomaterial with both high purity level and specific area (SA). Studies are currently beeing carried in order to use it in the controlled liberation of drugs. Drugs of controlled delivery aim at releasing therapeutic dosages of a drug to a certain area of the body, keeping the desired concentration, release speed and adequate retention time as well as maintaining optimal blood levels, thus avoiding, on plasmatic levels, the problem of toxic doses. The present work seeks to obtain Pseudoboehmite of high purity and specific area, key characteristics for its use as support to controlled release of Acyclovir. To this purpose, it is essential to control all variables of the process so that the resulting product displays characteristics such as high performance, process reproducibility, continued stability and consistent physical-chemical properties. The variables to be controlled during synthesis are: raw materials, precipitation technique, reagent content in the reaction radium, precipitation temperature, agitation of the reacting medium, aging condition and specially pH control. Pseudoboehmite nanoparticles were obtained through sol-gel process using aluminum chloride hexahydrate in sodium chloride solution as a precursor and sodium hydroxide. The synthesized samples were characterized by X-Ray Diffraction, Scanning Electron Microscopy, Thermogravimetric Analysis, Differential Thermal Analysis and Adsorption Isotherms, observing the variations in the resulting phases and their relations with the variations of the molar concentrations. The Acyclovir adsorption with the synthesized pseudoboehmite was tested in solutions simulating its dissolution in the gastric juice in HCl 0,1 mol/L (pH 1-2) solution and plasma absortion in the simulation of the intestinal system (H2O and pH 6,5-7,5) and characterized by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. Results show that samples synthesized from 0,5M OH- had characteristic peaks in the X-Ray diagram of the pseudoboehmite structure (boehmite), while samples synthesized with smaller molar concentration (0,4M OH-) had peaks characteristic of the bayerite and boehmite structures. Synthesized samples of 0,5 M de OH- concentrations had specific area greater than 139m2/g on average. We noticed that the sample aging reduces mass loss in 36% on average, as seen in the Thermogravimetry (TG), in the samples and that it is also responsible for 46% increase, on average, of the pseudoboehmite sample in the crystaline phase. The adsorption isotherms show that the non-aged samples had a specific area 106 m2/g bigger than that of non-aged samples. The effects of these results can be seen in the answers regarding the pseudoboehmite study as excipients in the controlled release of Acyclovir, which kept its chemical stability without degrading the pseudoboehmite or drug, rendering the solubilization of the drug.
Custeio e formação de preço de venda: uma abordagem intervencionista em pequenas indústrias
This research aimed to find contributions to theory can be obtained through interventionist research in implementation of costs and setting prices in small business. The methodology was based on the framework of Labro and Tuomela (2003) and consisted of two phases. The first phase called knowledge sharing was developed based on the concept SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination and Internalization) developed by Takeuchi and Nonaka (2008). The second phase, interventionist, also proved successful. It was found that the training phase had a relevant interest in achieving the objectives of the research. It was also found that replication of this methodology requires some important precautions, including: (1) it is necessary to prevent competitors participate in the same training group as well as intervention, (2) it is necessary that researchers have experiences professionals with the theme and the reality of micro and small enterprises, (3) the training phase has to be presented in a language appropriate to the reality of these managers / entrepreneurs. The evidence shows that improvements in cost control were more pronounced in two of the three companies studied. These two companies have controls that may be appropriate and the results suggest that the degree of quality of these controls is influenced by the active participation of a partner in financial control. This allowed the interventions resulted in improvement in controlling costs and selling price. A better understanding of the costs allowed an increase in business confidence in negotiating prices with customers. The results should be analyzed considering the limitations of this study that analyzed a sample of only three small industries located in the metropolitan region of São Paulo city, set in the metallurgical sector, but with different characteristics very similar to the population of small companies. Future research may be conducted using the actual sample of participating companies, which can investigate the benefits of the intervention on a larger interval of time. Sized companies with sales higher levels with better management controls, could to need modern techniques of management control as Balanced Scorecard or Target Costing.

Imunidades tributárias aplicáveis ao "terceiro setor"
In this study we aimed to perform an analysis of tax incidence in the activities the "third sector". To this end we start from an analysis about what this sector is considered by checking their appearance in Brazil, as in comparative law, especially as regards England, for a time thereafter, presenting critical legal and economics end of the election, demonstrating the difficulty in conceptualizing this particular segment and which is booming, compared to the minimalize state and its difficulty in providing educational and assistance services. Firmed these assumptions we focused our work on the concept of tax immunity, from a historical study of doctrine, thus achieving the largest object of this work that is the analysis of the immunities precepts regarding taxes and social contributions, respectively, contained in Articles 150, section VI, "c", and 195, § 7, both of the 1988 Brazilian Constitution. The analysis in question was based on the current legislation on the subject, doctrine and jurisprudence related and, in the absence of depletion of the topic in the academic and judicial fields, this paper presents the controversial topics, indicating based on research developed, the possible developments of the theme.

Elementos lingüísticos no discurso publicitário
This project aims to explore the verbal and non-verbal languages used in publicity campaign ads of a nationwide magazine (VEJA). The publicity presentation of objects of any kind is so powerfull that can, undeniably, be contested. It attracts the readers from all the sides. The statements presented in the messages come to meet the consumer´s expectations, making them happy and believing in the possibilities of having their desires fulfilled. Therefore, the main purpose of this work is to analyze those ads, verifying how both the visual and verbal languages shown in them take part in the reader´s persuading process. To do so, our project considers as theorical base general aspects of the advertising publicity, the word usage in advertising, the argument and Aristóteles and Perelman´s Rhetoric. We also emphasize the importance of the visual aid as an argument component in advertising and the relationships there are between texts and images, supporting the persuading process. The conclusion of this work showed that the publicity argument uses the verbal and visual languages with the intent of persuading the reader.

Mito e automóvel: um estudo interdisciplinar
Discusses the mythical study of the car through the movies passing at the same time by the history of cars using like main basement the theory of Roland Barthes. Reports, understands and gives form to the myth by exploring it as a cultural phenomenon, establishing a relation-ship between the mythical of the car and movies. Shows how the vehicle has an important role in helping to build the characters and the atmosphere of the film. Presents and analyzes vari-ous trends in automotive customization, relating them to the context of contemporary culture and showing them as tools for automotive creation myth. Emphasizes the questions discussed earlier, culminating in a proposal to use the myth as creative element in the design process. Relates to the current design process for permeating concepts as form and function, Gestalt, design thinking, experience design, emotional design, and semantics in product design. It also demonstrates a possible interdisciplinary methodology based on emotional design that adds to existing concepts and methodologies to facilitate the identification or production of myth
