A proposta desta monografia é analisar como a comunicação organizacional integrada é aplicada no trabalho de assessoria de comunicação em órgãos públicos. Partindo dos estudos teóricos que compõem a definição dos conceitos da comunicação organizacional integrada e da comunicação pública, a pesquisa estabelece parâmetros entre a teoria e a prática, apontando tendências de atuação entre os profissionais de jornalismo, a crescente utilização de ferramentas digitais para a transmissão de conteúdo e a aplicação do princípio do interesse público como fato norteador da divulgação de informações. Para ilustrar o referencial teórico trabalhado nas obras de Margarida Kunsch, Jorge Duarte, Elizabeth Brandão, entre outros autores, realizou-se um estudo de caso da assessoria de comunicação de uma secretaria da Prefeitura de São Paulo. A análise reúne publicações de materiais feitos pela equipe de comunicação durante as primeiras semanas após o decreto de estado de emergência na cidade devido à pandemia de Covid-19, além de pesquisa feita com os assessores para elucidar como o trabalho de divulgação para a sociedade é planejado.

This study contributes to confirmatory evidence of asymmetric information to explain the equity issuesdecisionsat hot periods, as predict a time-varying adverse selection version ofthe equity market timing theory. Through testing with data from US companies for the period 1988-2012, it was found that the companies held their IPOs in hotperiods (hot market) showed a higher degree of information asymmetry compared to companies that issues in hot periods (cold market). For companies that have made seasoned primary issues in hot periods, the information asymmetry was lower compared to those companies that issued in hot periods. The information asymmetry was measured by quantitative variables of market microstructure and subsequently grouped into two factors, and only one of the factors was significant in the tests. It was also noted the influence of information asymmetry in the amount of equity issues and in financial leverage throughstatic and dynamic panel data regressions in all sub-periods (1988-1999 and 2000-2012) analyzed. The information asymmetry exerts inversely proportional influence on the volume of annual equity issues for considering companies. In the case of leverage, inversely proportional influence was noted.

This work has the objective of investigating and describing the relevance of the use of the Lot Sizing Economic calculation tool as an instrument for management decision making in industrial organizations regarding the optimization of the production process and management of demands and inventories, as well as the minimization of production total cost. The basic theory used in this study was Old Institutional Economics using the Burns and Scapens (2000) model. The research method adopted is characterized by the applied nature, through interventionist research and data analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection was done through a bibliographical and documentary survey, as well as a case study from the action research that aims to propose the implementation of a new model of production system through the adoption of the integrated Lot Sizing Economic calculation tool to the Department of Planning, Programming and Production Control, of the company object of the study. The use of the economical production lot for the company's most important product resulted in a 1,86% reduction in the total cost of the product sold which impacted the increase of 5,30% in consolidated operating profit or R$/thousand 7.530 in the year. 2018.

O presente trabalho analisará a Lei nº 8.429/92 e o contexto histórico em que foi criada, discutindo os pontos positivos de sua criação bem como eventuais falhas, tratando, consequentemente, sobre os pontos suscetíveis de reforma. Inicialmente, será abordada a legitimidade ativa para ajuizamento da ação de improbidade administrativa, no tocante à ampliação, manutenção ou restrição do rol de legitimados. Em seguida, a possibilidade de ampliação do conceito de agente público será objeto de discussão da legitimidade passiva. Posteriormente, será abordada a gradação das sanções aplicáveis, comparando atos de menor lesividade a atos ímprobos com maior danosidade e reprovação social. Será abordada, então, a possibilidade de condenação por improbidade administrativa na modalidade culposa, bem como a possível aplicação do princípio da insignificância à conduta praticada e a realização de acordo, transação ou conciliação na ação de improbidade administrativa. Por fim, serão estudados os limites e possibilidades de alteração da Lei de Improbidade Administrativa para o seu aprimoramento.

O ato de caminhar na cidade tem sido prejudicado quando os indivíduos evitam espaços públicos visando priorizar a segurança. Em um local onde a caminhada é naturalmente prejudicada, como no Sumarezinho, é importante localizarmos os espaços que foram criados com o intuito de facilitar os percursos, mas que hoje são isolados e desapropriados. Assim, este trabalho busca tratar destes espaços articuladores que existem nas proximidades da Estação Vila Madalena. Como método de discussão contaremos com a definição de quatro conceitos principais, dentre eles violência urbana, gentileza urbana, caminhabilidade e a quadra aberta com o objetivo de demonstrar as qualidades de uma boa caminhada, entendendo a relação que deve haver entre os indivíduos e os espaços públicos.

Este trabalho é um exemplo de uma busca de identidade local. Ao se aproximar intuitivamente do território, a prática projetual se torna distinta. Há valorização do processo que resgada toda uma produção local para a partir de sua incorporação ao levantamento empírico, se oriunde o projeto arquitetônico e urbanístico...

O presente trabalho busca analisar e entender não só a influência, mas também o peso das políticas imigratórias na saída do Reino Unido da União Europeia – popularmente chamada de Brexit. Para tal, será discutido um breve histórico da relação entre o Reino Unido e a União Europeia e suas reservas quanto às políticas adotadas pelo bloco europeu no que tange à zona do euro e à livre circulação de pessoas na área Schengen. Ademais, serão discutidas as propostas de políticas de imigração sugeridas pelos partidos britânicos para que, por fim, seja analisada e entendida a real influência que as políticas migratórias exerceram sobre os acordos apresentados ao parlamento inglês.

It analysis the Brazilian and Lusophone cultural identity discourse through three-way path. First, it is emphasized that it was marked decisively by Portuguese culture, first of its interacting with Indian culture and then with the African culture. The culture of settlers of Brazil was eminently Catholic, a direct result of religious discourse and constituent medievalism that religion. The concept of "cornerstone" is employed for the role of Portuguese culture in the colonization, borrowed from the Christian Scriptures that apply to the Biblical Christ as the one who ruled in his life and teachings of Christianity. Similarly, in the construction of the Brazilian identity building, Portuguese culture is established as the main stone in its foundation, determining and giving basis to all that would follow its implementation in Brazil. The carnival, attachment to the monarchy and fears, seen today as "superstitions" in our society, they were constitutive medievalism of the cultural identity of the nation discourse, Portuguese heritage. The second way that is exploited to analyse the formation of the Brazilian cultural identity discourse is in the application of Heidegger's thought as a tool for understanding of the transition from religious to secular, the shift that occurred especially in the late nineteenth century to the twentieth. It will be highlighted his concepts of memory, Dasein, as well as Augustinian beata vita secularized in his philosophy. The importance of Heidegger is already on its path from youth Catholic militant to existentialist philosopher, highlighting the secularism that results from his writings in the process of building their own identity. The third way is linked to the discourse analysis by greimasian optics, in which will be perceived the essential interaction of religious discourse in the Brazilian life until the nineteenth century, when there is the great secular turn. This was due to pressure from various modernist ideas were beginning to operate a detachment of a secular identity, because until this moment, there was only eminently Catholic national identity. It demonstrates how the centrality of Virgin Mary invocations contributed to this, drawing to itself the religious identification of the country, paving the way for the Cristo Redentor, has assimilated the Rio’s landscape yet, became the great Brazilian cultural icon, with its original intent secularized to represent a prosperous and happy life, open to all peoples and all cultures.

The paper deals with issues related to the implementation of the town planning health in the cities and of the urban planning to order the accelerated growth of the cities. It relates the action of the sanitary engineer, Francisco Saturnino de Brito and the town planner engineer Francisco Prestes Maia and their influence in the transformation of the urban space of Campinas. The city, located in the inland area of the state of São Paulo, had his origin from the establishment of troops that followed in the direction of the goldmines. It became a town in the cycle of the sugar cane and since then was in intense process of development, with the consolidation of the coffee complex, when its population was devastated by three big consecutive outbreaks of the epidemic of yellow fever. The paper compares some innovative proposals of Saturnino de Brito, in the condition Chief Sanitary District Commission of the State of São Paulo; and of Prestes Maia, the Urban Improvement Plan. It concludes that the urban planning is fundamental to control the natural growth of the cities, avoiding the major problems.
