The research proposes to assess the impact and consequences that changing the handwriting to printed was in the sixteenth century, especially in the Protestant Reformation, and how this contributed to the spread of the printed book. Printing with movable type, Gutenberg spread, greatly influenced the printing of books. One of the factors that contributed to the success of this new technology was new support for printing, paper. This new book is now on paper, is printed in unimaginable quantities and in a short time, from the book manuscript on parchment. Against this backdrop, the Protestant Reformation effectively has its beginning. The reformers, as anyone used to this new service and support to spread their ideas. This research proposes to study this issue related to the impact it had on the cultural and religious life of the sixteenth century.

The dynamics of urban flows is directly involved with mobility and attractiveness of uses. As a result, the cause and effect between the development of urban space and infrastructure are complex and are never immediate. This research points out the development plan of urban space from the perspective of mobility, connections and accessibility through Transit Oriented Development, seeking urban requalification. The 2030 Plan of Bordeaux’s city illustrates an urban plan that includes urban infrastructure, land use and mobility, with an emphasis on sustainability and quality of life, based on the Tramway. In Brazilian context, Santos city is covered due to the implementation of the first Tramway in São Paulo state and aims to requalificate the project intervention areas. For such an observation was made reading and iconographic reproduction of the master plans of the two cases and then analyzed using the same parameter categories developed for this research. The research aims to find elements of the studied projects that reach urban requalfication.

The shortage of normative data in instruments and specific tests for the Brazilian population is a challenge to the professionals that intend to measure the effectiveness of its work. At the practical clinic, many diagnoses, preventions and treatments are established with the use of tests or measuring instruments. Instruments and tests that cover the motor developing aspects of manual coordination ability are even harder to find on the Brazilian children s norms and are important to notice the motor coordination issues that may affect their ability to take care of themselves, social activities and school performance. This study intended to find validation evidences of three manual motor ability tests, Purdue Pegboard, Finger Tapping and Simple Reaction Time in 134 right-handed children of 5 and 6 years old from two schools based in São Paulo, one of which is a private school and the other one is a public school with different socioeconomic levels. The specific objectives were intended to compare the performance of the manual motor ability tests between sexes and ages of 5 and 6 years olds, and to verify whether there was a performance difference in the tests between the children from the public and private school. The results showed a significant correlation between the three tests helping to validate the theory. Regarding the specified objectives, it was observed that between all the manual motor ability, only on the Purdue Pegboard 3 and 4 sub-tests did the girls perform better than the boys; the older children achieved a better performance on the tests; and the manual motor ability tests performance doesn t depend on which type of school the children attend.

This work is part of research on learning in continuing education, regarding the use of the mode of distance education as a tool to complement their Professional qualifications. The study is participating public school teachers who participated in a program of continuing education through distance learning mode - Distance Learning, Course in Media Education, in partnership MEC - Ministry of Education and Universities agreements. The research question was: "What contributions teachers attending the course in Media Education indicate as important to their teaching," that is, as these teachers acquire knowledge and how to teach their discipline to their students through the course in Media Education. We have studied the formation processes provide - as perceived by the participants of the course in Media Education and the model DL exercising intermediation function. The research analyses the process of constructing new knowledge, the practical use of knowledge built into the day-to-day teachers' course participants. It is based on historically Mizukami (2004), Shulman (apud MIZUKAMI, 2004) and TARDIF (2008), being the main source of data consisted of a questionnaire. The results are favourable to expanding the knowledge base; acquire new knowledge and its application in day-to-day work, expanding the knowledge base and improvement of teaching practice, share knowledge and practices with their peers, by the adoption of the model continuing education school and to promote new thinking about using this mode for teacher education in acting

Subject:This project aims to present Technort’s innovation strategies to grab opportunities for business development, a national small company in firing prevent segment. The identified opportunity arises from demand of companies in varied sectors and sizes for security products and services in an optimized relationship between costs and benefits, compatible with their size and businesses, not affording to renunciate to quality concerns. Aplication: Diagnosis initially took in account directors and leadership perception one division, the most inefficient among all, such commercial as in financial terms. Considering information and scenarios projections about macro environment tendencies, such as Economy, Politics, Environment, Technology and its influence in the activity sector of the company, it tried to estimate possible impact of conditions to dwell in business performance. Based upon that analysis it tried to identify the existent and necessary strengths, the weaknesses to minimize, to empower the use of opportunities and to face the threats. Inovation: The result of analysis directed the project focus searching for ways to turn innovation as a reference in company behavior per passing the way of work of its managers and collaborators, as a path to business development by creation of value to its clients and resulting in sales leverage. Impact: The final impact expected for the project is promotion of business development through behavior changes in management process, due to cause innovative and differentiated solutions, with benefits to competitive advantage of company. Since the beginning it raised to benefits coming from the engagement of the working group in participating in analysis and discussion of possible enhancement in business model, demonstrating interest in the project since its first step. This behavior, stimulated, mainly by the company managers, constitutes an impact in way by how business is run. Complexity: The project found difficulties due to the lack of specific knowledge in área the company plays and every day activities, especially in most technical concerns. Besides the low availability of managers and leaders, due to their commitment at work, there was the Pandemic that took employees away from office, with vacation and activities reducing in general. The main supplier refused to release information about competitors so that they were obtained based upon information the company has about the market. Method and procedures: It has adopted a methodology of problem solution and taking opportunities proposed by Marcondes, Miguel, Franklin e Perez (2017). It began by understanding the opportunity, followed by analysis and diagnosis of the situation that led to solution proposals.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to set the criteria that can be used by listed companies to assess financial-economic information related to tax matters through the review of accounting rules converging to IFRS, especially Technical Statements CPC 00 (R2) and CPC 25 in contrast to the current procedural rules (Brazilian Civil Procedures Code of 2015) in the Brazilian legal system. Design/Methotology/Approach: This is an exploratory research with a qualitative approach. The data collected is comprised of documents. Said documents have been reviewed under general principles and propositions (laws and accounting criteria set forth by the CPC). The reviews were made according to 3 factors: (i) review of tax claims based on legal matters that will be judged by STF and STJ; (ii) tax claims based on matters of fact that will not be judged by neither STF nor STJ; and (iii) administrative tax claims Results: By means of the qualitative review being performed, and its results, we have identified some criteria that can be adopted for the acknowledgement of financial-economic information related to tax matters by listed Companies, as per the accounting rules for the convergence to IFRS, especially Technical Statements CPC 00 (R2) and CPC 25, in contrast to the current procedural rules (CPC/15) in the Brazilian legal framework relating to abiding to court ruling and higher courts precedents. Practical implication: As a practical implication, we have the possibility of a bigger conformity in the adoption of accounting practices, increasing the comparability of financial statements and the improvement of accounting information. Therefore, we are contributing to academia, adding information to studies of both accounting and tax fields, as well as corporate, creating an enlightening material when it comes to the criteria necessary for the accounting of amounts arising out of judicial claims. Through the creation of a system of precedents, one has identified a bigger foreseeability in connection with the acknowledgement of amounts arising from tax matters. Impacts: As a technological tool resulting from this work, we have the conclusive technical report, which impact is social, for the results are designed for companies, aiming primarily at its organization. The impact of this study is felt on the governance of Companies and firms, by allowing the reduction of assimetries in financial-economic information, and by promoting an improvement in the governance of companies. Originality: The originality of the study lies on the approached subject and in the way it is developed, since there has been no qualitative study reviewing accounting rules together with the procedural rules that created a system of precedent, with the intent of securing faster speed and bigger legal certainty from the Judiciary.

In the composition of the air-conditioning system, the air filter is one of the components that have great importance for air quality and for the proper functioning of the system. In this work, we analyzed the air-conditioning system and air filtering mechanism and its chemical and physical solids retention compositions, which includes the powder in this condition, and compared thick air-conditioning filters that have Polymers in their composition. In view of the need to evaluate the efficiency according to some guidelines of NBR 161O1, air filters were developed with non-woven polyester, viscose and cellulose acetate which, in addition to seeking to comply with the standards NBR 16101 (2012) and 16401 (2008), are committed to reduce the space used by the filters in the companies, to reduce costs, to obtain information about partiele retention and to have less loss of load, when compared to the type of filter most used in the market. In the retention tests, the granular materiais of phyllite and talc were used because of their size characteristics and ability to penetrate the filters. It was also possible to have a lower price being around three times smaller compared to the conventional filter most used in the market. In contrast, the conventional filter most used for the air-conditioning system has greater particle retention and less loss of charge. Inside. Also developed filter samples more suitable to the equipment assembled for the load loss and particle retention tests.

The Objective of this dissertation is to comprehend the role of the jewel and jewelry Productive Arrangement in the urban development in the city of Limeira, in the State of São Paulo. Thus, in the foreground, the concepts of the Local Productive Arrangements and its economical advantages, are approached, as well as the organization in the space. Environmental problems resulting from the implanted industrial practices and their main impacts in the environment are also observed. The development process in the countryside in the State of São Paulo, the concept of sustainable development, the region defined by the hydrographical basin and the municipal planning and management were focused and situated in the context. After that, the Jewel and jewelry segment of Limeira is analized, focusing its social, economical and labor generators characteristics, its localization in the urban area, the current public politics and its relation to the social-environmental development as well.

This work is intended to present the discursive ethos of the enunciator based on the text of O Diário de Simonton ("Simonton's Journal"), focusing only in the period as from his arrival in Brazil. It analyzes from the Journal excerpts dealing with his first contact with the missionary field; his abolitionist view and his role as a missionary. It briefly tells about the historical background of Presbyterianism, as well as about Simonton's life, according to Cerni (1992), Ferreira (1992), Matos (2004) e Ribeiro (1981). This work also provides an analysis of the ethos from aspects such as character, behavior and corporality present in the discourse theory references of Maingueneau (1997, 2000), presenting the origins of the ethos concept in Aristotle and other ideas on the theme found in Charaudeau (2006). It briefly presents the concept of the journal as a discursive gender and how that can be important in constructing the ethos of the enunciator. It is concluded by showing how it is possible to define the ethos of the enunciator even if the corpus is a journal and through the discourse, the previous ethos is confirmed by the one who receives the enunciator's ethos.

Through interviews with artisans in their work spaces, this research investigates the processes of creation of these professionals, from the idealization of a work to its completion, giving special attention to the processes: work organization, time management, atelier environment and means of production. It is evident from this observation the birth of creative solutions that reconcile art and technique, sensitivity and reason, work as a way of life and pleasure. The research was thus directed by believing that, in the workshops of these professionals, certain conditions allow human production to occur in a pleasurable and dignifying way. Gaston Bachelard, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, John Dewey and Jorge Larossa provided theoretical support. Larossa and Dewey bring the concept of experience as a driver of individual and social development. Bachelard offers a differentiated look to the experiences of the individual in the encounter with the different materials and Csikszentmihalyi presents important contributions to the understanding of the processes of human involvement with work, a look at the possibilities of finding satisfaction in productive activity. The work of these four thinkers is not completely similar, nor do they arise from the same area of knowledge, but ideas are completed and reconciled, together breaking down barriers separating mental activity from manual activity

Ribeirão Preto urban and regional development along the years 1870 to 1930 was based in the wealth bring forth by intensive coffee plantations, fostering social and cultural changes and the emergence of a new agricultural business bourgeoisie, a process of important consequences to local urban and rural architecture. The focus of this research is the study of the coffee plantations rural establishments in the Ribeirão Preto country region, especially the manors or farmhouses, by means of an architectural approach and a case study methodology. This study is based on and gives continuity to the research activities held by the National Inventory of Ribeirão Preto Cultural references that integrates the activities of the Cultural Identities Cooperation Network, coordinated by the city government with the support of several cultural institutions. After a comprehensive review of the already existing research sources and bibliographical references this research selected a number of most signifi cant cases of farmhouses for analysis and case study, considering its main architectural features and its formal and compositional characteristics, like the adopted parti , materials and construction techniques, the disposition and uses of its spaces and other signifi cant aspects of these buildings, along with their relationship with its precedents and the cultural and architectural tradition of their moment of construction.

This research addresses the Carl Yung's postulation in which religious thinking has rooted in the soul. In others terms, Jung has established a psychological foundation for the religious thinking. The aim of this work is therefore to try to understand the sacred having as stating point, the mind where reposes actively a imago Dei. Furthermore, it envisage to comprehend the relationship of this religious thinking (imago Dei) to the meaning of life. This imago revealed by the Self the divine archetype 0 is the ultimate answer of the soul: its earnest desire for life meaning. As the soul belongs to the inner world of the individual, only when one turns to the inside of self, than, he will discover the path which leads to the meaning of life and ultimately to the healing of the individual personality.
