Libras no curso de pedagogia : a construção de representações sobre alunos com surdez

Deaf people belong to a linguistic minority, that uses gestural language to communicate. We can compare them to a foreigner, in other words, a person who has a different worldview from most of the people and also has a unique culture. Therefore, the initial formation of the Professor of courses related to Pedagogy, taking into consideration actions for inclusion, is a requisite for a good education focused on the deafs, and this drives questions that surround this research. During the Brazilian Sign Language Course (LIBRAS) in Pedagogy, what kind of concept of deafness is in scene? What are representations that the future pedagogues, who will work in basic education, create about deaf students in the regular class? To answer these questions, this research was initiated through a contemporary view of deaf culture and language, from authors, such as Sacks (2010), Strobel (2009), Skliar (2010), Perlin (2010), Lulkin (2010) Ribas (2011), Gesser (2009), Lacerda & Santos (2013), Laraia (2001), Cassirer (1977), Quadros (1997). From the analysis of teaching plans of the Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS) and the questionnaires answered by students of Pedagogy of Universidade Nove de Julho and Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, both in São Paulo, it was possible to observe the formation of pedagogues, when it comes to contributions of the Brazilian Sign Language course. From these studies and analysis, new challenges emerge to professors who teach this course and essencial concepts for the formation of pedagogues, future teachers and managers of basic education.

A interdisciplinariedade e a hipermídia aplicadas na análise descritiva do CD-ROM "Diadorim: história local dos processos de alfabetização de crianças, jovens e adultos do município de Diadema"

This study is the effect of the hypothesis that recognizes in the hypermedia, according to the interdisciplinary proposal, innovatory potential for the model s rupture of the traditional and meaning education to found conditions to constructing of the renewed educative process. To confirm this hypothesis, we search theoretically into the principal teaching boarding that influence the Brasilian education, we study the National Curricular Parameter, we search the hypermedia and the interdisciplinarity concepts and its historical development, and we deepen the knowledges about the hypermedia s properties, the painting language and its importance in the hypermedia s conception. By means of the descriptive analysis of the CD-ROM Diadorim local history of the child, young persons and adults alphabetization process of the Diadema Municipality , we verify that the materials us the studied hypermedia is one important instrument that allow of the pupil one active reader, one co-author, one participant of the educative process. At last, we show the important relation between the knowledge s production and the public politicians of the search valorization. The Diadorim project is one proof of the binomial university and the public power can give the construction of the materials and high quality projects and to create excellent opportunities to improve the quality of the Education.

Um corpo como campo de batalha: resistências contemporâneas

This paper analyzes the idea of memory and memory places, terms coined by the French historian Pierre Nora, showing the memory as one of the key elements in the autobiographical creative processes by analyzing Carlos Negrini´s work of performances, photos and video performances. The study describes the construction of the works from referenced realities in the artist's memories and his daily lives exploring the boundaries between subject and society assuming an expressive nature that transits from the intima to the universal. As a consequence of childhood memories and relational conflict with the world, issues such as belonging, rejection, love, hate, identity and sexuality emerge - in the delicate relationship between mother and child. By revealing the body in its multiple possibilities, it assumes a place of extreme political density, evidencing questions to reflect its own existence. This process is a continuity of studies on the development of the author’s identity, considering the homosexuality itself as a starting point along with his strong relationship with his mother, the family as a creative microcosm, raising psychoanalysis issues connected to personal experiences. In a discussion based on pattern how come across a point to selecting what is correct according to the pattern molded by society? After all, apart from the pattern vision must its concept be hidden? A variety of answers will be possible, also, such points will stimulate new ways of thinking, observing and leading to new vision of relating to others and to art. The research aims to provide an overview of the discussed topic, analyze and identify possible factors that influence and are influenced in direct relation memories and images as deflagrate language and artistic expressions. The object will be exposed in the research with the analyzed production, taking into consideration the timing of the work, due to the relationship, often repeated, established between the artistic production.

Professores de arte dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental: formação e atuação

This study is based on the formation and performance of art teacher who works in the early years of elementary school. The research question investigated was to understand how is the preparation of the education professionals for its work in the classroom as well as how do they both learns and teaches. It is theoretically based on the following authors: Shulman, Mizukami, Ferraz and Fusari, Nóvoa and Gatti. Methodologically characterized by being a descriptive study quantitative-qualitative and quantitative through questionnaires sent through the Internet or directly to schools of Cycle I and qualitative (personally interviewed in a second step) during the 1st and 2nd half of 2012. The central question at the beginning of the research was to see if there was any direct relationship between initial training and classes, and if the answer was positive, which relations are significant, considering that all these teachers should follow the law and the PCN`s (National Curriculum Parameters). This first goal went to background and other questions, such as what is your specific training and teaching, ie, as "teaching Art," which materials are best used and what the teacher does to improve his knowledge, were raised and answered from the sources of data collection. The main results from the questionnaires formatted as open and closed questions, refer to initial and continuous training of teachers, and how they act in the classroom. The analysis of the responses indicates that these 35 teachers are mostly women, ranging from 30 to 50 years and claim to work the four languages, giving less importance to the Dance. They prefer to teach what they know best due to their initial formation and they use PCN`s books and the web to organize their classes. They would like more courses and more direct guidance, they also miss meetings that used to happened for updates and experience exchanges. Many teachers seem to "mix" affection and teaching, forgetting that the primary function of the school is to introduce and socialize the historically constructed knowledge of the humanity.

As consequências da abertura de capital social para as sociedades anônimas

Frente ao desenvolvimento do mercado financeiro no Brasil, as empresas privadas demonstram alto crescimento e a necessidade em gerar recursos financeiros. Porém, tendo em vistas grandes crises financeiras vividas pelo país nos últimos anos, tais ações não tem sido efetivas e demonstram lentidão nos processos, gerados em decorrência da falta de incentivos dadas pelo mercado decorrente da situação vivida pela população. Desta forma, o país vê a necessidade de criar mecanismos que incentivem tais instituições a investir em seu crescimento econômico próprio e, consequentemente, o do Brasil. O mercado de capitais então abre suas portas para disponibilizar diversas fontes de investimento, para diferentes investidores e com inúmeras condições. Serão assim beneficiados todos os envolvidos, em diversos níveis de hierarquia e mútuo crescimento econômico. Porém, existem pontos negativos também, o que demonstra a necessidade de estudo para realização de tal operação.

As histórias em quadrinhos nas aulas de língua portuguesa como instrumento de leitura e de produção autoral

The thesis of this work defeats a critical study about the usage of comics as an educational research and a way of expression in Portuguese Language classes of regular school. It is recommended by two documents that rules this subject, LDB (Lei de Diretrizes e Bases) and PCN (Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais), when they refer to the usage of a variety of textual genres. Considering this, it is not possible to keep working with this language in classes only as a strategy to teach contents. Developing the ideas of Will Eisner, Irandé Antunes and Paulo Ramos, we consider students are able to learn aspects and principles of the Portuguese Language, in its usage, as much in daily activities as in literature through reading verbal and nonverbal texts, in your many ways of intersection that comics provide, besides the domain of a language that develops the capacity of expression and communication. To this, it is necessary comics teaching to be as deep as it is the grammar, literature and writing teaching. At this thesis is proposed to introduce students to the studying of comics building resources, its styles, to mention its authors, social contexts and to present pedagogical proposes that allows comics to be worked as an interdisciplinary activity. Following this line of thought, this thesis has the objective of supporting the study of comics, in its variety of genres, intending to develop reading competencies, orality and writing of verbal and nonverbal elements. It is intended this new way of studying comics brings to students the pleasure of reading and creating this media.

A sobrecarga em cuidadores familiares de crianças portadoras de paralisia cerebral grave

Family caregiver is the person who provides most assistance and daily support to the disabled patient. The children with serious cerebral palsy, they depend exclusively of other person to accomplish her activities of daily life, could present complications associates to the clinical situation, and they need modern therapeutic and continuous support. This condition makes the presence of the caregiver, become fundamental character for the child well-begin maintenance. This routine activity of care for, however, can expose the caregiver to the waste, finish for suffering some reflex of this task in her lives, presenting stress levels, depression, anxiety, insomnia, physical symptoms as muscular pains and hypertension, increasing until the risk factors for the death. In this work, it was investigated the caregiver burden of 18 children's family caregivers takers carriers of serious cerebral palsy, inserted in an accompaniment program domiciliate, by means of the Caregiver Burden Questionnaire - Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview. The results point to the absent caregiver burden to the moderated these caregivers, different discovery from caregivers investigations of adult chronic patients. Such fact can be influenced by the received periodic assistance, in other words, a chain of permanent social support and by the maternal relation of the caregivers.

Espaço educar : resposta arquitetônica às necessidades das pedagogias alternativas

O objetivo principal desse trabalho deteve-se em identificar e analisar as possíveis maneiras através das quais a arquitetura se mostra capaz de se adequar às propostas educacionais de tais pedagogias, voltando-se essencialmente à Pedagogia Montessori. Para isso, durante o processo de pesquisa inicial a preocupação foi compreender historicamente os modelos pedagógicos e formais que se desenvolveram no âmbito da educação ao redor do mundo com o passar dos anos. Desde o surgimento do primeiro edifício escolar, uma série de adaptações se seguiram ao longo das décadas para que as soluções encontradas melhor se adequassem à realidade espacial e temporal na qual o prédio estivesse exposto. Dentre os modelos estudados, são as pedagogias alternativas as quais se mostraram merecedoras de maior atenção.

Levando isto em consideração, buscamos através do contexto histórico entender por quais motivos se tornaram tabus na atualidade, além de desmembrar cada tópico de modo a facilitar a compreensão e entendimento do assunto, a fim de expor a argumentação da viabilidade de poder legalizá-los/ regulamentá-los no Brasil.

Cloud computing: repercussões jurisprudenciais na proteção da privacidade e da segurança da informação

The present Work It was intended to study the phenomenon of Cloud Computing from the perspective of privacy and information security, with the premise that the Privacy law is a mechanism to protect human dignity and thus needs mechanisms to enable their security, such as Information Security. Initially, it was an analysis on the definition of Cloud Computing, highlighting its evolution of distributed computing, its attributes, delivery models, key services, benefits and potential drawbacks. Subsequently, we sought to analyze their relationship with the Right to Privacy from the perspective of constitutional theory and the general theory of liability, focusing on their rankings in contract or tort liability, as well as in objective or subjective. Finally, we established the relationship with Information Security, addressing the principles for the governance and use of Internet in Brazil, the goals of information security and the set of actions must be taken to prevent problems or disasters. In this perspective, it appears that Cloud Computing represents a revolution in computing paradigms, but several precautions must be taken to ensure that data stored in the cloud are really safe
