Negócio digital para intermediação de transações comerciais da cadeia produtiva da moda

This work took advantage of the opportunity to develop a digital business with the purpose of making connections between the needs of buyers of inputs and sellers of products, participants in the productive chain of fashion, intermediating their commercial transactions, through a platform. For its application, initially, the fashion market research was deepened, according to the needs of the participants in this chain and the services needed to take advantage of a potential opportunity. In possession of the defined opportunity, a proposal was drawn up for its use, survey of the necessary resources, the action plan, economic feasibility study and risk analysis. The plan began to be implemented, seeking incubation notices and incentives for innovation, in addition to using the sprint design technique to validate the basic functionalities of the digital platform application. From the point of view of its impact, it is estimated that after implementing the solution, members of the fashion production chain have a technological alternative to enhance the insertion of their inputs and products in other cities and states in the country, in addition to offering a efficient option for your business transactions, reducing dependence on salespeople and sales representatives. There will also be the convenience of carrying out operations on the same digital platform. Thus, the proposed business model was classified as innovative, as there are still no commercial intermediation services on the market that integrate the representatives of the fashion chain, with the possibility of buying inputs and selling products through a single digital platform. The complexity presented itself in the construction of the proposed solution, as it required the involvement of people with multiple knowledge and from different segments, from the business to the best technologies to develop and maintain the digital platform. When the methodology used was the method followed for the elaboration of this work, it was the methodology for practical and applied works by Marcondes, Miguel, Franklin and Perez (2017), with the application also of qualitative methods with the use of the technique of interviews and quantitative using the survey.

O impacto negativo de tecnologias na saúde mental: um estudo via teoria dos sistemas dinâmicos

We are living in an era driven by technological advances that have had a major impact on people's behavior and daily lives. The dependence on the internet and smartphones has been occurring both in personal and professional life, and teleworking has been gaining space and has become an increasingly common practice. However, negative psychological e ects can be observed in individuals who compulsively use these technologies. Typical psychological problems are stress, anxiety, and addiction. The emergence of the COVID- 19 pandemic accelerated the digitization process. Remote work has been used to minimize the operational impact caused by the economic crisis and is also a way of reducing the spread of the disease, through social isolation. Hence, the pandemic has caused people to increase the number of hours they are connected to the internet, which can exacerbate the negative e ects of using these technologies. In this work, a mathematical model, inspired by epidemiological models, is proposed to investigate the negative e ects of using the internet and smartphones. The model contains four ordinary di erential equations. Each equation represents the temporal evolution of the number of individuals in one of the four groups that compose the population. These groups are composed of individuals who: 1) have never used these technologies, 2) are occasional or moderate users, 3) are regular users, 4) are users who have started to develop serious mental disorders. In the model, an individual can migrate from one group to another spontaneously or through social contact. The model is analyzed by using the dynamical systems theory and the results are discussed in terms of public health and labor relations.

Créditos de contribuições ao PIS/COFINS e influência organizacional: um estudo exploratório

This research aimed to investigate the influence of organizational culture in decisions involving the appropriation of tax credits of Brazilian value-added tax. The research takes into consideration the corporate and tributary contemporary environment, where this practice has been used as means of management and control. This indicates a supposedly universal trend within this environment. As either there are not enough studies on tax and fiscal fields or we could not find them, when it comes to theory, this thesis adapts the studies of Zuber (2007), Zuber and Sanders (2013) and Blanthorne and Kaplan (2008). One hundred and sixteen postgraduate alumni and professionals in the tax area answered the questionnaires. The analysis of these questionnaires yielded the necessary data for this study. Data analysis was performed using non-parametric Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests. This thesis s hypothesis is that behavior related to credit appropriation decisions is in accordance with the whatever organizational culture one is immersed in, whether it is aggressive or not. Statistical results by group difference indicate that there is influence of organizational culture on behavior regarding credits of Brazilian value-added tax. According to the results, the financial situation (surplus or deficit) as well as moral, ethical, and legitimacy issues that arise from such decisions can also influence the tax credit decision making process. This research helps companies to identify whether employees in the tax department who decide on the appropriation of Brazilian value-added tax are acting in accordance with corporative guidelines (aggressive or conservative), including the knowledge as one of the features considered in the study. This research also contributes to discussions on factors that can encourage tax evasion, while observing the propensity of respondents to adopt situations not expressly provided by the legislation. Additionally, since we also verified the reaction of respondents when subjected to moral and ethical issues, this research contributes to studies that observe taxpayers' behavior and some of their influences.

Gelidez jornalística, sangue literário: uma análise de In cold blood

This dissertation analyzes the work In Cold Blood, by Truman Capote, as the first great novel of the New Journalism or literary journalism. Summarily, it was published in four parts in The New Yorker magazine, in 1965. Given the huge repercussion, in the following year, it was compiled into a single volume and published as a book. In this dissertation, the reader will be faced with an analysis of what is the New Journalism, as well as its relationship with literature. Some issues about fiction inside reports and reality inside literature are discussed. The narrative is analyzed, exposing its journalistic and literary characteristics which contribute to the greatness of the book. Still as part of the narratives, the reader can find a study about North-American society and how Truman shows and discusses it in his book; and how Capote builds his characters, the way he uses literary techniques to give life to people in his work, and, particularly, how he presents the character Perry Smith, a cold killer presented as the effect of a liar society.

A influência da colaboração no desempenho da gestão da cadeia de suprimentos do café orgânico

Supply chain management (SCM) is a concept that began to be explored from the 1980s, became a subject of fundamental importance to the academic and business career. Successfully applied in various areas of business, the SCM is studied by researchers worldwide. This form of management discussion brings to the quest for efficiency in the actions and decisions related to organizational operations. On this basis, the aim of this study was to investigate what is the influence of collaborative performance management supply chain of organic coffee. Therefore, we carried out a research exploratory and descriptive in two stages. In the first step of this research, the exploratory nature of qualitative type was sought through interviews with professionals, determine elements to characterize the SCM organic coffee, as well as validate the indicators of collaboration and performance used in the study. The data collected through interviews with four managers, were treated for content analysis and contributed to the formation of characteristic elements of SCM and validate the constructs. In the second step was promoted research of descriptive type with quantitative questionnaires sent to managers involved in SCM organic coffee. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by 107 managers with experience in SCM organic coffee, treated statistically using factor analysis and structural equation development to analyze the relationships between the constructs SCM, collaboration and performance. The results showed valid relationship between the constructs [SCM and Cooperation] and [SCM & Performance]. However, it became clear that the collaboration had no influence on Operating Performance. Based on these results it can be concluded that although collaboration is valid for improving the performance of the SCM organic coffee, its importance was not evidenced by the executives. Finally, this research sought to contribute to broaden the knowledge about SCM's organic coffee and find grants in the corporate environment so that they can understand the potential impact of collaboration on operational performance of SCM organic coffee.

Licenciatura em história : contribuições, limites e desafios dos professores frente ao Exame Nacional de Desempenho dos Estudantes - ENADE

This study aimed to analyze the contributions, limits and challenges in regard to ENADE,offered to History teachers of a degree course from the institution here designated as Global University Center. Faced with this perspective, we structured the research in two phases: an exploratory study of the motion and field research. Eight professors from the History curse were interviewed and for the analysis of the collected data content analysis was carried out, whose purpose was obtaining indicators that allow the inference of knowledge related to the speech production conditions. Based on the survey we can see that the ENADE is a regulatory instrument that has contributed to the development of the course, once teachers are aware that it is not in the service of ENADE. Its ongoing process of updating and improvement should consider several factors, which are not limited to the concept established by the Ministry of Education as a result of an assessment whose characteristics and weaknesses can bring results that do not represent the reality of the course.

Intervenção estatal na ordem econômica: instrumento de efetivação da função social da propriedade

The propriety is an essential element to the human being, to the capitalist economical order and to the State. It is means of safety and personal subsistence, it is the core of the activity and the economical power, and it is instrument of development of the State. This essentiality requests that in all spheres of performance and interest the propriety holds its social function, being capable to produce a worthy life with social justice. Therefore the State, as first agent of service and intermediation of the public interest, should act in a way which the principle of the social function of the propriety is observed and executed. The propriety was not always ruled with the perspective of instrument of social well-being. The propriety right in the Liberal State was absolute and individualist and it didn't allow interference. However, through times, the propriety right changed its profile. This change was fruit of the social inequalities generated by the exercise without limits of the right of exploration of the deprived propriety and of other historical, juridical and social factors, such as the industrial revolution, the Constitution of Weimar, the two great wars, the social movements and the appearance of the economical constitutions. Its new juridical profile is of an individual right of free fruition but conditioned to the service of the social function. Thus the economical exploration of the propriety is founded by objectives and specific principles ruled by the Right and imposed by the economical and social order. Inside of this reality the social, state and economical structure adopted by us demonstrates that the importance of the propriety right and the need of its exploration is addressed and based by principles and juridical objectives of well-being and social development. Our homeland Constitution has searched to harmonize the Democratic State of Right based on fundamental rights of the capitalist economical adopted system, when it is accepted as the foundation of the economical order, the valorization of the work and the free initiative, and as objective of this order to assure the human dignity according to the dictates of the social justice. With this objective the Constitution has prescribed principles for the economical order, with the purpose of orienting and basing the economical activities (art 170), as well as prescribing the performance of the State as a regulator and normative agent of the economical order. As a consequence of our social and juridical structure and our economical system, the principle of the social function of the propriety has become primordial. Primordial not just because of the degree of importance compared to others, but because of its instrumentality, as much for the observance of other principles and objectives of the economical activity as for effectuation of the original ideals of the Democratic State of Right, freedom, equality and fraternity, adopted by States of capitalist economy and proposed as means of citizenship and warranty of the human rights and of development of the society - model which was also in our Constitution. The problem is in the concrete economical and social relationship. For, today judicially the propriety right has been relative but it is concretely confronted with an order of strong economical power, still largely ruled, for the absolute liberal and individualist vision of the 18th century - although some are already observing the principle of the social function. The question raised by these aspects is how to harmonize the economical activity to the constitutional objectives of human dignity and social justice? Such reflection leads us to the effect and observance of the principles of the social function of the propriety by the economical order. This effect requests the useful intervention of the State, not only regulating and supervising the economical activity, but mainly adopting rational and practicable planning, motivating and rewarding social and voluntary actions of economical agents. Adopting a leading State posture, motivating, stimulating and inspectorial of the economical activity to regulate, and, when necessary, repressing of the irregular economical activity. That is through an useful and necessary intervention of the State in the economical order, that may propitiate the effectuation of the principle of the social function of the propriety and lead to the materialization of the juridical objectives - of article 170 CF - of dignity and social justice, and make from this principle an instrument of adaptation of the economical order to the social development. Such development should not be a simple synonym of enrichment of the State and of the economical agents or a simple advance of the technology, but it must be characterized by worthy and capable citizens of contributing for the well-being of the whole social order. For, this is the objective, foundation and reason of our State, of our order juridical, social and economical - to produce true and worthy citizens.

A regulação e a fiscalização da previdência complementar no Brasil: uma proposta de nova estruturação

Supplementary pensions are becoming more and more important to people’s lives, as well as to companies and countries’ economies. Brazil has a very peculiar feature compared to other countries, because it has shaped the State’s intervention in this economic sector with a quadripartite structure composed of one regulatory agency and one supervisory body for the open system, and two other separate bodies, one regulatory agency and one supervisory body for the closed system. Over the years, the adoption of the quadripartite structure has proved inefficient to overcome the challenges of fostering supplementary social security. Added to this is the fact that the absence of a single policy for the sector has led to serious competition disruption, resulting in the exclusive growth of the open system that is backed by a product that has little social security potential, the VGBL. This paper aims to demonstrate that the current structure of regulation and supervision of that sector needs to be changed, thus enabling the adoption of a uniform policy for the complementary pensions, which will prevent the occurrence of existing competitive disturbances, resulting in benefits for the participants and for Brazil, since increasing social security savings is an instrument of economic development. It was identified that the main causes of the exclusive growth of the open system, rather than the near stagnation of the closed system, have their origins in the action of the regulatory and supervisory bodies, and that the maintenance of the current regulatory organization will cause problems in the future. This is because the participants of supplementary pension schemes have received insufficient benefits or at least less than they should have, causing the country to have an amount of pension savings that will do little help in the development of its economic activity. From the results found, a proposal for a new regulatory structure for the Brazilian complementary social security was elaborated, with only one regulatory body and only one supervisory body acting for the whole system.

Design thinking aplicado à educação

This research presents the interface between Education and Design Thinking, which is a method that uses a wide range of knowledge to solve proposed challenges in different areas. In using this methodology to search for changes on the dynamics and relations at school, Education opens the possibility to rethink its characteristics and problems. The present work realizes a research on a second grade mid school’s classroom of a private school in São Paulo, in order to raise its problems and find solutions based on the tools of Design Thinking. For this purpose, analyses, along with the coordination, teachers, inspectors and the canteen’s owner, which obstacles they notice on the teaching-learning process of the school, asking the students, through a printed survey, the positive and negative aspects of this process and what they would like to be improved. The result of the research and its analysis was the creation of a specific Design Thinking tools kit for this school.
