Essa pesquisa visa discorrer sobre quais são os critérios que o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) utiliza para julgar o foro por prerrogativa de função. Para tal, essa monografia discorre sobre a qualificação do instituto pelo colegiado como o tema tem sido tratado desde o caso Mensalão, leading case paradigmático na atuação da Corte na punição de políticos envolvidos em crimes. A conclusão é que não há clareza nos critérios utilizados pelo Supremo para interpretar o seu papel na apreciação o que dificulta a persecução de uma segurança jurídica.

The current research studies the apartment building in the city of Fortaleza in the period between 1935, its genesis, and 1986, the beginning of the vertical integration. Aware that the architectural object is linked to cultural, social, economic and climate factors, and that the architect’s education has a important role in the interpretation of these determinants, the research focused in the analysis of these factors and of the built constructions. The relevance of this thesis is based on the importance of the apartment building in the urban area of Fortaleza in the contemporaneity, especially in the east area of the city where in some neighborhoods, represents almost 90% of the housing, and with a strong tendency to expansion. The work assumes that the study of the building’s transformation through time and space is crucial to formulate a critical foundation in order to contribute to the architect’s practice. It was identified four different periods: the antecedent, characterized as a long period with few representative buildings; the modern period, featured by the activity of the pioneer architects; the period characterized by the predominance of the buildings built on pilotis on a brutalism language; and the fourth period regarded as the beginning of the post-modernism with the construction of isolated towers. Finally, for each analyzed period it was identified the architecture’s transforming factors, the universal concepts and the local specificities. In conclusion, it was observed that the architect’s education was particularly important in the intermediations with the local agents and in the transformation of the apartment buildings.

O trabalho, busca caracterizar as configurações dos espaços urbanos e relações sociais dadas a partir deles.Essa abordagem foi feita com o intuito de compreender os diferentes tecidos e ocupações urbanas. Nele são abordadas a cidade tradicional, a moderna e a contemporânea, indicando suas implantações, espaços edificados e abertos, bem como a relação do púbico e privado existente.

This work had the objective to elaborate a solution proposal in order to develop SantoGrão's business through technological, process, organizational and services innovation. Thisproposal meets the company's strategy of expanding through franchises. Santo Grão is a midsize Brazilian company in the cafeteria segment, specializing in gourmet coffees, and has eight units, seven in the city of São Paulo-SP, where the corporate office is located, and one unit in the city of Curitiba-PR. The identified problem was the centralization of knowledge and the absence of a knowledge management process. This knowledge, which in many situations manifests itself tacitly, making its conversion to explicit a complex process, due to the dynamism of the company and lack of effective mechanisms for its sharing, making it difficult to implement new franchises. So, was adopted the problem-solving methodology and the seizure of opportunities (Marcondes et al., 2017) that addresses the reality in companies. Thus, the market in which the company operates, the diagnosis of the problem, the proposed solution, the respective action plans, the intervention and the evaluation of the results obtained were presented. In such a way, it was possible to verify that technological innovation, through a digital platform having its application to the process of repository and knowledge sharing, will enable the fluid expansion of Santo Grão business, contributing to the change of the knowledge management culture in the company. The results perceived with the intervention refer to the construction of a digital platform for knowledge storage and sharing, as well as a mapping of part of the founder's tacit knowledge and a financial savings due to the exchange of tools used. Finally, it can be seen that Santo Grão may reach another level of expansion with the implementation of the knowledge management process through the digital platform developed at this work.

A cidade de São Paulo cresceu sobre si mesma inúmeras vezes. Essa sobreposição de tempos no mesmo espaço configurou uma área tão importante quanto a dos edifícios: os vazios (ou o espaço negativo da cidade). Esse constante vazio, quase que ritmado, de empenas cegas, coberturas, miolos de quadra e outros espaços ociosos de São Paulo, nos trazem as seguintes questões: como um edifício afeta o seu entorno? Como a cidade é construída? Que espaços surgem e sobram entre essas construções? E, principalmente, como ocupar esses espaços? É necessário pensar em como projetar obras que refletem as necessidades atuais e que, ao mesmo tempo, mantenham o ecletismo e a história de uma cidade recheada de memórias. Como manter uma construção relevante para o seu tempo? Esse trabalho irá procurar novas formas de atuação na cidade por meio de estruturas mutualistas. É necessário procurar ações que permitam estabelecer pontes entre o passado e o presente. Como costurar esse excesso de fragmentos?

Atualmente no Brasil, cinco de cada dez ex-detentos que conquistaram sua liberdade após o cumprimento da pena acabam retornando ao sistema prisional. A obtenção de um trabalho lícito e formal é um aspecto importante para a reinserção do egresso do sistema prisional no mercado de trabalho e sua consequente reintegração social. No entanto, o preconceito da sociedade, de maneira geral, é a maior barreira para a conquista de um emprego por parte do egresso. Na relação entre contratante e egresso, a confiança é um elemento central para a conquista e manutenção do emprego. Nesse sentido, o objetivo geral é investigar como o contratante e o egresso do sistema prisional inserido no mercado de trabalho vivenciam a relação de confiança, e a questão contexto da pesquisa é explorar como se desenvolve a relação de confiança interpessoal nas interações entre o contratante e o egresso do sistema prisional no ambiente de trabalho. A discussão teórica foi amparada por modelo de confiança que confere as dimensões integridade, habilidade e empatia como pertencentes ao depositário da confiança. Em relação aos procedimentos metodológicos, trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa e exploratória. Foram definidas duas técnicas de coleta de dados. A primeira técnica foi a observação participante em uma empresa de pequeno porte prestadora de serviços na cidade de São Paulo e a segunda técnica foi a captação de dados de 27 empresas contratantes de egressos do sistema prisional através de um questionário semiestruturado com duas questões abertas e três questões fechadas. Para a análise e interpretação dos dados coletados foi utilizada a análise temática com o auxílio de templates. Como resultado, foi possível constatar a importância da capacitação profissional para o egresso e a relevância do meio social ao qual ele pertence, além de perceber a presença de todas as dimensões do modelo proposto nos contratados egressos do sistema prisional. A dimensão empatia apareceu como destaque positivo. O trabalho, juntamente com afeto e moradia, apareceu como importante elemento de reintegração social. A pesquisa está limitada a contratantes de egressos do sistema prisional e sugere-se futuros estudos com diferentes abordagens do tema confiança envolvendo o próprio egresso do sistema prisional.

This thesis presents an analysis on the correlation between the works of the contemporary art collection of the Inhotim Institute and the environment. Inhotim is considered the seat of one of the most important museums of contemporary art in Brazil, also recognized as one of the largest outdoor art centers in the world, as an important physical, architectural, cultural and environmental heritage. In it, exposed works of art are inserted in the environment, in a process of dialogue with nature, present in a forest reserve that was an old farm. In this way, the relation of the works with the environment in Inhotim, in terms of a dialogue, occurs from a process of integration and dialogue that also involves tensions, oppositions and contrasts that the work-environment dialogue itself proposes, through a place marked by dense vegetation and natural beauties, with artistic works, elaborated from installations, sculptures, videos, performances, paintings, murals, among other forms of expression, that seek to explore the different languages of art. Based on this assumption, this research presents basically three methodological approaches. These are: the bibliographic research method, the case study method and the field research method. The analysis is introduced through the presentation of a case study, which seeks to address the main aspects that identify and characterize the Inhotim Institute, which can be understood, within this methodological approach, as a source and object of analysis, when we dedicate ourselves to the study of its history and the production of its narratives. The main objective of the research is to analyze contemporary works of art from the Inhotim collection, proposing, through the methods of bibliographic research, case study and field research, with the collection of data, to verify the possibilities of relations between the works and the environment. It is relevant to point out that, from the perspective of the researched literature, concepts about contemporary art, about aesthetic enjoyment and about the perceptive and sensitive approach of the work of art are presented through a theoretical framework that was developed based on reflections presented by such as Archer (2012), Eco (2008), Argan (2010), Fischer (2010), Gombrich (2004), Heidegger (2014), Merleau-Ponty (1999), Taylor (2005), among others.

Theoretical reflections and images/photographies approach in this research the complex domain which involves the visitors and art exhibition museums in Brazil and abroad. Based on research methodologies in Arts (Róldan & Marin-Viadel, 2012), single images or compound as photoshoots are considered a mode of knowledge and foster studies and reflections. Apart from the dialogue among images, the experience lived and the thought of scholars from different areas, the lightness of poetry and metaphors is also included in this work as well as reflections from contemporary art and Art history. Some issues concerning the contemporary scenario which can impede the meeting between the individual and art are discussed, such as excess, spect cle, consumerism, speed, tourism. These issues constitute what was named as penumbra and nourish the attitudes of the fugitive subject visitors. There must be both for the visitor and the researcher an openness for the aesthetical experience, land of the pilgrim, in order to unveil penumbra, ambivalence, maze and twilight. This openness inspires the research as a path of pilgrimage in order to search for the understanding of the complexity of phenomena and the poetic work of capturing the images shots at the exhibitions. This research of phenomenological nature adopts the theoretical framework of authors who reflect upon contemporaneity, such as Calabrese (1988), Bauman (2001); as well as authors who value sensibility and experience, such as Bachelard (1988), Dewey(2010), Merleau-Ponty(1975), Ferreira Santos (2005), Maffesoli (1998).

Research Objeticve: The objective of this applied research is to develop and propose a work methodology based on agile methodologies for the delivery of the tax ancillary obligations of SPED in the Demanding Company. Design / Methodology / Approach: This study is classified as an action research, with a qualitative approach based on observation and survey on the current methodology of elaboration and delivery of SPED's ancillary obligations and its main problems on DC Practical implications: The practical implications of this research are related to the use of a work methodology based on agile methodologies in teams of interdisciplinary and selfmanaged characteristics, aimed at the continuous improvement of the processes for the elaboration of the accessory tax ancillary of the DC. Originality and Contributions: The new agile fiscal methodology will allow the DC to reduce the problems of elaborating SPED's ancillary obligations, improving communication between employees, cooperation between teams and improving control of personnel costs and deadlines for preparing and delivery of ancillary obligations. Results: The results of this research in the delivery of ancillary obligations of SPED are: reduction of overtime, compliance with ancillary tax obligations related to SPED within the period determined by law, improvement in the quality of information on ancillary obligations and reduction of tax penalties in the DC.
