his work will present an international permanent Courts or Courts in force, with the definition of its competencies and an analysis of its structure, indicating the need to build new instances to face macro-crime, represented by transnational criminal organizations, which is a concern that affects democracy, the social and economic development of nations, the quality of life and the financial equilibrium of national states. The process of globalization was intensified by the development of new technologies, the internet, the reduction of transport and communication costs that integrated people, overturned geographic barriers, brought cultures closer together and spread knowledge, but also produced negative effects. These include the deepening of connections between criminal groups, which previously acted territorially, and now act in a transnational connection, making it difficult to investigate and criminalize criminal liability because of the obstacles created by differences between legal systems. In this sense, we propose the creation of the Mercosur Criminal Court (COPEM), re-signifying the concept of sovereignty in order to effectively ddress macro-crime, based on solidarity among States, respect for internationally recognized fundamental human rights and the internationalization of the instances of confrontation, since this public problem is multifaceted, globalized and inter-relational. In this context, the study of the expansion and multiplicity of international tribunals leads us to understand this phenomenon that has consolidated through permanent instances of inter-state conflict resolution and reduction of international crime impunity, with the objective of consolidating the rule of law in the local spheres, regional and international. To understand the phenomenon, three issues will be discussed in parallel. The first: Is compulsory international jurisdiction the way to protect human rights, victims and the end of impunity for international crimes? The second: Is it possible to speak of the coexistence of multiple international tribunals as a necessary step towards consolidating Community law? The third: Is it necessary to establish transnational criminal courts or tribunals to hold perpetrators of cross-border crimes accountable? We believe that the constitution of a supranational criminal court can contribute to address the issue of organized crime transnational, consolidating a policy of prevention, protection of victims and witnesses and criminal accountability of its perpetrators.

Rádio Nacional do Rio de Janeiro: um estudo da consolidação da emissora no período de 1936 a 1945

Rio de Janeiro s National Radio: a study about the consolidation of the broadcasting station during the period of 1936 to1945 is an investigation of the aspects that contributed for the radio success and appropriation in a sense of directing it as a mass media. The research aims to understand some reasons that helped to build up this situation such as the settling of the station as a radio broadcasting organization, the right use for the attributes this media has, the innovation in production and dissemination of some radio genders and, still, the influence of publicity and advertisement on this scenario. This way, is inevitable to establish a dialog between this radiobroadcasted material and the political, social and cultural context in the city at those years.

Aprendizagem da docência: a língua inglesa no ensino superior tecnológico: experiências, práticas e desafios

Teacher education and professional development are not limited to the initial phases of teaching, or to prescriptive models of training. The professional daily life of the teacher is marked by practices and challenges resulting from the most varied experiences lived, though, rarely socialized. Having the professional experience as the guiding principle of this work; the professor, in his place of work, is regarded as the main producer of knowledge upon his own pedagogical practice. The theoretical background draws on theories that have in the epistemology of the practice its foundation, such as: knowledge base of teaching and the process of pedagogical reasoning; collaborative groups and learning communities; reflexive practice and narrative inquiry. In particular, this work focuses on a group of four experienced English language teachers working in higher education at a public and technology school. From a collaborative perspective of work, it is sought to understand how this group analyzes their learning, their pedagogical practices and contributions derived from the actions exerted by the group itself as a space for the development of teaching. In light of that, a research of a qualitative nature is employed, adopting narrative inquiry as a methodological strategy. Over the course of eight months, biweekly, collective and individual meetings were recorded and transcribed, which came later to compose the field texts used as data collection. The analysis of collective narratives and individual life histories is in accordance with the concept of three-dimensional narrative space (Clandinin & Connelly, 2015) and confirm the group as a conducive environment to foster the development of landscapes of professional knowledge.

"Simulacros" e a fotografia: considerações sobre uma relação essencial na obra da artista Regina Silveira

Starting at the articulation of projective codes and at the visual experience of the viewer coming from the arbitrary manipulation of projected shadows and of graphic constructions conceived in order to distort images in perspective, the artist Regine Silveira imposes to the visible world its most important visual paradoxes, Simulacros. Having as basic data the shadow, where all the present visual arbitrariness is articulated, as a referential work, Simulacros reveals the subjacent structure of an entire set, the photography. Submerged in this cruel conceptual universe where the code subversion emphasizes its artificiality, photography is inserted in the artist s work not only as an efficient resource in the visualities manipulation, but also lends to it all its imaginary power, giving visibility to the dialectical game between reality itself and its representation.

Territórios da rádio universitária no século XXI: estudo cultural de emissoras nos Estados Unidos e no Brasil

This thesis aims to problematize the existence of college radio stations in the face of the demands of contemporaneity with questions about management, format, sociocultural aspects of the target audience to find out if they continue to fulfill their educational and cultural role in society. For this, an international study was conducted supported by exploratory and qualitative field research in two North American stations of the State University of New York – SUNY: WCDB FM campus Albany and the 89.1 FM The Point campus Brockport and, in Brazil, The Rádio Web Mackenzie, from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, in which were pointed out territorial disconnections between digital youth and the academic community. Managers, employees, students and professors were heard in the three stations and observed that only the "intelligent and targeted use of technology" would bring back the belonging and engagement feelings - both in the production and outreach of the content - as the way for this reconnection. Otherwise, this traditional media, strong driver of the construction of citizenship, responsible for dissemination of scientific knowledge, "the voice" of cultural production to and with the community in which its belong, runs the risk of being muted.

O teatro como instrumento de ensino de língua inglesa no ensino médio

O presente trabalho procura abordar a usabilidade do teatro, como peças didáticas/jogos teatrais em sala de aula em um contexto de ensino de Língua Inglesa para alunos do Ensino Médio, com o objetivo de mostrar aos professores e alunos uma saída para a rigidez do material didático proposto. O desenvolvimento do trabalho foi embasado em teorias da pedagogia e do teatro, de modo a combinar os dois conceitos e moldar aulas - de diversos temas do idioma - temáticas com jogos teatrais, podendo ser adaptadas para além do ensino de línguas. De modo geral, a pesquisa desenvolvida mostrou-se bastante consistente e digna de mais estudos tanto na área da educação quanto de teatro-educação, uma vez que une muitos elementos significativos de desenvolvimento para ambas as áreas.

Arte contemporânea e as suas materialidades: um projeto de ensino e aprendizagem

This study addresses the reality of teaching art in schools of basic education and its environment grip is a Centro Educacional Melo e Arice, an institution of private schools in the city of Jacarei SP. Aims to present new possibilities of making art through advanced languages and artistic references, in order to broaden the repertoire sensitive and expressive of teachers and students, as well as reorienting the practice of teaching art. Presents an art workshop aimed at teachers of that school, led by a local artist, through action research, qualitative approach that allows the intervention of the researcher in order to produce knowledge and information from the field of research. The relevance of the research is established on two basic aspects: the pedagogical and social. From the social point of view, it recognizes the work of a local artist and represents a huge potential for expansion of cultural knowledge. From the pedagogical point of view, the research turns to confirmation that the more it promotes the teaching of art and their diverse modes of learning more is produced improvement in the quality of teaching and in people's lives by offering a proposal pedagogical aims to unite theory and practice. It is concluded from this study that with the offer of a training project through interdisciplinary proposals that blend artistic and social, will be unleashing good situations that may well expand the epistemological foundations of educators leading thus to rethink and analyze teaching practice in training experiences through workshops that make the action intense and alive with art without seeking answers ready to perform the actions.

A campanha que nunca existiu: uma grande reportagem sobre a o PT nas eleições de 2018

Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso teve como objetivo acompanhar as eleições do ano de 2018 com o foco no Partido dos Trabalhadores, um dos maiores partidos do país, que levou dois candidatos ao Executivo nos últimos doze anos. Com a prisão do seu principal líder e articulador, o ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, o cenário das eleições no ano de 2018 ficou muito incerto. Isso, porque a legenda continuava apostando na candidatura do petista e não admitia publicamente uma segunda opção para lançar ao pleito (como o ex-prefeito de São Paulo, Fernando Haddad, ou o ex- governador da Bahia, Jacques Wagner). Desta forma, a candidatura do ex-presidente dependeu da autorização do TSE (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral) – que a indeferiu em setembro deste ano. A grande reportagem escrita para fins de obtenção do título de bacharel em Jornalismo pela Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie acompanhou a legenda ao longo do ano e discute todas as questões acerca de herança política, e os motivos pelos quais diante do declínio de Lula, não houve um candidato com a sua força que pudesse fazer frente à oposição.

Termo-estabilização da blenda PLA/PBAT

This study aimed to evaluate the effects of additives (primary and secondary antioxidants) in thermal stabilization process of poly (lactic acid) / poly (butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) - PLA / PBAT using a torque rheometer as a preliminary tool evaluation of the stabilization process. The additives Irganox 1010, Irganox 1076, Irganox B900, Irgafos 168, and a flavonoid were used in two concentrations, 0.3 and 0.5% w/w. The assessment of the effects of stabilizing additives was carried out by monitoring the torque during mixing molar mass measurements, infrared analysis, turbidity and Scanning Electron Microscopy of the samples after processing. It carried out the monitoring of the pure blend torque values and addition of stabilizing additives during processing up to 5 minutes in an internal mixer of the type "mixer" under rotation of 60 rpm and a temperature of 180 °C. Within a series of primary and secondary antioxidants, it was found that some of these additives failed torque values greater than or similar to the pure blend at certain concentrations (Irganox 1076, Irganox B900 and Irgafos 168). molar mass measurements showed that pure processed blend undergoes a large number of chain scission and most additives stabilizing action achieved unless the flavonoid. One important information obtained through analyzes of torque rheometry and molar mass that is higher drying time strongly prevents hydrolysis reactions. Comparing the infrared spectra of pure and pure blend blend processed, there is not the appearance of no new peak occurs due to the degradative process. By UV-Vis analysis of the polymer solutions we verified the presence of crosslinked polymer microstructures due to thermo-oxidative reactions. Images obtained by scanning Elletrônica Microscopy (SEM), one can observe the presence of two distinct phases for the pure blend processed, and the use of additives in both compositions show a much smaller difference of phases to blend pure. These results indicate the possibility of using commercial additives used for non-biodegradable polymers in systems using biodegradable polymers.

Educação corporativa para sustentabilidade : análise das iniciativas de uma instituição financeira à luz das teorias de reflexão crítica

Since sustainability demands a paradigm shift in production and consumption patterns, the transition to another rationality in the organization requires corporate education efforts toward the development of its professionals. This objective demands to promote the exercise of critical reflection in organizations through a corporate education that distances itself from a proposal focused on purely pragmatic and instrumental training, fostering reflection, that is, that questions assumptions and that stimulates new values and culture towards sustainability. Theories of critical reflection (CR) and transformative learning (TL) are adequate to think about Corporate Education for Sustainability (CEfS). This research was guided by the types of reflection of Mezirow (1991): the “problem solving”, focused on the reflection on content and process and "problem posing", that focuses on the criticism of the premises belonging to the problem. In addition, it is also discussed the TL and the competences that it can foster to respond to the assumptions of sustainability in the organization. The overall goal of the research is to describe and analyze CEfS initiatives triggered by a financial institution in the light of the concepts of Critical Reflection and Transforming Learning, in order to understand how such formative actions are fostering the assumptions of sustainability in the organization. The object of study were the initiatives of CEfS offered by a Brazilian financial institution (FI) considered worldwide of excellence. In order to carry out the dissertation, the case study was adopted as a research strategy, with data construction by examining documents and interviews, using the template for analysis. The documentary analysis of the educational architecture focused on sustainability of the FI was carried out, and two formative actions of this set were examined in greater detail. In addition, considering the public of these two formative actions, eleven in-depth interviews were conducted with educators and open questions were sent via email to the participants, with the return of 81 students who externalized their perceptions. These data made it possible to observe a process of oscillation between more reflexive and critical training proposals in substitution for others of a more pragmatic and instrumental nature, in the period between 2003 and 2017, due to changes in the organization 's strategic orientation in this field. As a consequence, there was a depletion of CR and TL ideas for sustainability, which are expressed in the participants' narratives about the experiences lived. The narratives directed to the reflection of the content and the process prevailed in relation to the discourses involving premise, which has clear implications for the realization of the desired paradigm changes. This study contributes to thinking about CR and TL focused on sustainability in organizations, at the same time it shows elements that are important to be considered in the analysis of formative experiences of this nature, such as the pragmatic and reflective dimension of the educational initiative; training format; continuity of such action over time; contextual character and its relation to the collaborator's work and organization´s support in the post-course. As a practical contribution, this research sought to present subsidies for the advancement and improvement of training actions aimed at the objectives of sustainable and human development in the organization, guided by the exercise of critical reflection and of purposes from transformative learning, which represents a trend of current research related to corporate education.

Escola e cultura: visão de alunos da educação de jovens e de adultos

El objetivo de esta investigación fue comprobar la relación establecida por los estudiantes de la Educación de Jóvenes y Adultos (EJA), entre la escuela y el espacio cultural. El estudio se lleró a cabo con 90 estudiantes de la EJA Ciclo Fundamental II, el período nocturno, de una ciudad de São Paulo. Para ver los estudiantes se utilizó un cuestionario. Las preguntas se dividen en bloques y sirvó para: a) caracterizar los estudiantes y su escuela; b) comprensión de la relación que se establece entre la escuela y espacio cultural; c) conocer su aprendizaje dentro y fuera de la escuela; d) identificar las expectativas de los estudiantes en relación a la escuela y al trabajo. El marco teórico discutido: con la educación y la cultura y cómo se relacionan con el caso de la escuela (educación formal) e incluso hay programas de cultural (educación no formal). Por esta razón, han recurrido-se a los conceptos de educación informal de las ideas de Gohn (2008/2010), Libâneo (2011) y Trilla (2008). También se utizaba las ideas de Chauí (2010) y Coelho (2006) para entender la cultura y a las ideas de Moreira (2008) a fin de reflexionar sobre el plan de estudios. Es de destacar algunos de los resultados de la búsqueda: a) el número de los jóvenes en la educación de adultos aumentó y disminuyó adulto; b) los estudiantes reconocen la importancia de la educación formal y se dan cuenta de que hay un conocimiento fuera de la escuela; c) el acceso a la producción cultural para algunos estudiantes no podrían existir sin la acción de la escuela; d) la necesidad de promover la retención de los estudiantes de la EJA en la escuela e intensifiquen su participación en los espacios de la cultura. Se ha considerado necesario ampliar en la acción de la escuela y del espacio cultural como lugares de difusión de los conocimientos que enfrenta la formación de la personas que actúan en y el mundo.

Do edifício à cidade: um estudo da rua

When analyzing the contemporary production of housing in Brazilian cities it is possible to note that the great majority of buildings are constructed without regard to the urban context in which they are inserted. When we transfer the production of these houses to the large scale, that is, the construction of housing complexes, the problems resulting from the denial of the public space of the cities become even more evident. More and more the sets close to the surroundings, forming enclaves and making their dialogue with the city practically null. Such a situation becomes worrying when thinking about the future of urban centers since the sets are designed as architectural objects, defined by the boundaries of the plots and isolated from the life of the cities. Based on this concern, this research intends to investigate the importance of public spaces in the construction of cities and has as research object the relationship between the street, the process of designing projects and the qualification of housing projects. A question motivates us to investigate: What role can the street play as an instrument for qualification of architecture and urban planning projects? When thinking about the street as an organizing element and qualifier of the project and not as a simple consequence of the proposed architecture, what is being done is to verify the possibility of a new way of designing the project itself, that is, the street as a design tool and Not as a residual space between buildings. In this way, it is tried to discover what would be its qualifying elements and how these could contribute in the conception of architectonic projects more contextualized and formadores of the construction of the cities. For the analysis of the relationship between the street, the process of designing projects and the qualification of housing complexes, this research considers two case studies: the Residencial Alto de Pinheiros and the Residencial Natingui, implanted by the public power in São Paulo in 1968 And 1971, respectively, the term of validity of BNH - National Bank of Housing.
