A experiência do corpo-texto : um aceno à construção da cena no corpo e à reinvenção do corpo em cena

The thesis aims to describe an authorial transcription methodology which I call "bodytext" (verb in its emetic quality) to a "text-body" or scene, re-calculated, rescued and resulting from this organic-performative verb, a phenomenon residue; being both concepts, “body-text” and “text-body" anchored in Merleau Ponty's existentialism. A scenic process "derived from" and "deriving in" an individual perception in its contextual space-time, being all (individual, space, time and process) structurally algorithmic-dependents; so metaphorically, in considering the scene transcription emphasizing analogical language; as syntactically, in case of scene expansion by digital language, appoaching it (the scene) to a performative concept, subjectivized, responsive to current time. In its essentially theoretical-practical feature, by authorial works analysis, the thesis outlines some possible relationships between parameters stabilished like important variables concerning scenic transcription process (Stage type, Authorship, Time exposure to character and Narrative decating in codes and dramatic units). Variables of a process in which a performative verb, or an authorinterpreter current intention language residue reaches the scene, aestheticised (as part crystallized) and mythical (as inevitably ephemeral) and expanded beyond verbal language. At the end of the thesis a File Theatre performance will be proposed: a scene or ambience that algorithmically embodies its intentionality in real time by using generative software fed with contextual files, destituted from their hierarchical language function, since expanded as digital files.

Planejamento familiar e esterilização voluntária: a intervenção do estado na autonomia do indivíduo e a violação do direito ao livre planejamento familiar

A monografia tratou do tema acerca do planejamento familiar e esterilização voluntária, em busca de trazer à tona o estudo sobre a atuação e intervenção do Estado perante a autonomia do indivíduo e a violação do direito do livre planejamento familiar. Buscou-se a metodologia para explanação do assunto perante uma análise qualitativa, a monografia seguiu como base uma revisão bibliográfica consultando doutrinas em direito civil e constitucional, bem como as legislações do ordenamento jurídico, em destaque a Constituição Federal de 1988 e o Código Civil de 2002, posteriormente, se deu com a análise de Ação Direta de Inconstitucionalidade em trâmite pelo Supremo Tribunal Federal que passou a dar base nas considerações finais sobre o planejamento familiar e a intervenção do Estado ou não na autonomia do indivíduo. O trabalho é composto de sete capítulos. O segundo buscou explorar o que é o planejamento familiar com os aspectos conceituais e históricos acerca do assunto; o terceiro tratou da verificação do papel do Estado no planejamento familiar, nesta seara expõem-se que outras constituições anteriores a de 1988 não continham o tratamento sobre o controle de natalidade e o planejamento familiar. A esterilização voluntária que foi conceituada no capítulo quatro, bem como as modalidades e os requisitos atrelados à Lei nº 9.263/1996. O capítulo cinco ensejou na discussão acerca da violação do direito à liberdade, à autonomia privada e ao planejamento reprodutivo nos moldes do artigo 226, §7º da Constituição Federal de 1988. Por fim, os dois últimos capítulos versaram sobre a abordagem das consequências penais da norma, como trata o artigo 15 da citada lei e as consequências atreladas às mulheres.

Interpretação de textos, com figuras de linguagem em sua composição, por alunos do ensino fundamental com transtornos do espectro do autismo

Scientific studies show the difficulty of understanding a metaphor for people with Autism Spectrum Disorders, which leads us to question the understanding of other figures of speech by this group of subjects. The topic in question refers to the understanding of figures of speech for students with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) who attend elementary school to verify whether the study participants understand the meaning of certain figures of speech - Hyperbole and Onomatopoeia - contextualized in narrative texts, poems and comics. Set the understanding of these two figures of speech can significantly contribute to the school development of people with ASD, especially in the area of codes and languages so, especially in the discipline of Portuguese, as described in the guiding document "Currículo Oficial do Estado de São Paulo" (2008). A Protocol for Educational Activity was developed and implemented for 09 students with ASD, the elementary school, aged 10-14 years and 18 students of the same age and without ASD, matched by grade with the experimental group. For students with ASD, the application occurred at two different times, first they responded to the protocol without any assistance. Subsequently, the protocol was read by the researcher and answered orally by the students. The results were similar in both applications. Students with ASD showed less than the control group performance on some issues, however, the general framework, the results were similar between the two groups, which leads us to infer that the students analyzed include such figures of speech in the context that had them presented. This condition may be due to exposure of these students to communication situations permeated by these figures, such as conversations with classmates and teachers, texts everyday school, textbooks and books also through the media and in recreational settings such as video games, which may indicate that this group studied had been adequately stimulated regarding this type of educational content.

Necessidades da criança com síndrome de Down em classe comum de escola regular particular: estudo de caso de uma criança no município de Embu das Artes

Getting to know and understanding the needs of a Down syndrome child in a private regular school from parent's and educators point of view as well as what is expected from the school for this child was the main purpose of this study, which was based on excellence researchers in Down syndrome matters (Schwartzman and Otto), and on specialized literature about inclusion (Mazzotta, Sassaki, Voivodic). School needs of a Down syndrome child survey was carried out in the Adventist School of Embu das Artes city, including the child itself, their parents, and educators. This is a relevant survey since it makes possible to know the challenges and problems met by these children, so that the school can support them with adequate conditions, ways and means, search for references for developing its work, and sistematically follow the pupil in individual or collective meetings, or in any other emerging situation.

A possível relação entre o índice de desenvolvimento da educação básica (IDEB) e os recursos disponibilizados pelo fundo de manutenção e desenvolvimento da educação básica (FUNDEB) nos estados: um debate sobre o custeio da educação e o direito à educação de qualidade

A presente pesquisa traz a análise do cruzamento de dados das transferências do Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica e de Valorização dos Profissionais da Educação (FUNDEB) aos 27 Estados brasileiros com as notas desses mesmos entes da federação obtidas na avaliação do Índice de Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica (IDEB). Para tanto, foi feito levantamento em fontes primárias de dados. Tal estudo é relevante no momento que se discute como será feito o financiamento da educação básica com o fim do FUNDEB, que tem previsão de encerramento no final de 2020. Os resultados obtidos reforçam a importância do fundo como um dos fatores que podem garantir o direito que todos os brasileiros têm à educação pública de qualidade.

A cidade e o samba : territorialidade e produção cultural

A cidade e o samba é um trabalho que busca fazer um registro de história do urbanismo de São Paulo, mas sob um plano de fundo informal de pesquisa através da arte popular brasileira, especificamente o samba. São três as formas de recorte para encontrar um método que cumpra estes objetivos, o primeiro é o tempo que marca o período do mais vertiginoso crescimento urbano de uma cidade brasileira, a virada do século XIX para XX. O segundo é o espaço, que não se limita aos lugares comuns contados na história tradicional da cidade, mas do impacto das mudanças urbanas da cidade nas comunidades negras, oriundas de uma sociedade que anteriormente era escravizada. O terceiro plano e mais importante são as pessoas, os sambistas e de que maneira registram através da arte popular aquela cidade onde moram e de que maneiras são vistas. A pesquisa segue uma narrativa cronológica e traça um fio condutor paralelo entre as ações urbanas, políticas públicas e os movimentos de cultura popular sejam informais como as rodas de samba ou formais como nas agremiações carnavalescas. Busco as raízes da formação da população da cidade de São Paulo, com destaque para a aglomeração do povo negro liberto e seu intercâmbio cultural para recompor sua coletividade durante a escravidão e após a abolição. Outro paralelo está diretamente ligado a ocupação dos espaços públicos na cidade, a pesquisa se desenvolve através da linguagem textual histórica, das letras de música dos sambas, mas para cumprir o objetivo direto de demonstrar o espaço usa as ferramentas comuns do urbanismo entre documentos e mapas.

Governança corporativa em empresas com cultura familiar do setor cerâmico

Although the theme of corporate governance is recent in the country and in the world, familycontrolled companies, medium and large companies, have adopted its mechanisms, especially the establishment of Boards of Directors or Advisory Councils, given the importance that the governance has taken on in academia and business. In this sense a study was conducted in ceramic companies in the industry of São Paulo, privately held, with the aim of identifying the conditions that drive these companies to implement modern corporate governance structures. Semi-structured interviews were used with questions divided into three groups of factors (assumptions), business, family and corporate. The results of the analysis identified the business factors as the main factor, which encourages firms to implement corporate governance structures, followed by family, and then societal factors. It was possible to identify factors such as professionalism and perpetuity main development indicators recently.

Mito de Eros e Psiquê: um caminho possível para pensar a docência

The following research intends to rethink and discuss the teaching practice trough the analysis of the Eros and Psyche Myth worked on Awareness Workshops. The focus of the research consists on the study of multiple ways of expression - including the Myth and the Art- as a possibility for a reflection-action-reflection about being and becoming a teacher. The dissertation presents a study made at a private school, based in Sao Paulo-SP, with a group of nine teachers from elementary school. The methodology used was the research-action, at a study case with subject analysis (Bardin, Minayo e Gaskell), on which was sought to prioritize the category subjectivity involved on the teaching-learning relation. A parallel is done between Psyche s tasks to rescue Eros´ love with the tasks of the teacher for a pedagogical praxis that increases the awareness of being yourself to be able to be with the other(s). The awareness workshops are supported by researches made at Louisvile University (USA) by Kagin and Lusenbrink, bringing forward the contribution of the ETC proposal, where the artistic doing is labored as an expression of being. The adopted theoretical support is mainly from Vygotsky, Jung, Ostrower, Morin and Paulo Freire who brings the importance of the different languages as a fundamental element to ally affectivity to reasonability, subjectivity to objectivity, symbolic thinking to rational and logical thinking. The present project pursues to open spaces for a creative teaching action, critical and committed with the sociocultural moment where one is living.

O Criminal Compliance e a Autorregulação Regulada: uma análise jus-filosófica do giro conceitual da responsabilidade penal em uma sociedade globalizada

Article 13, § 2, items "a", "b" and "c" of Decree-Law no. 2.848/1940 (Penal/Criminal Code) is part of the "Title II - THE CRIME", dealing with the causal relationship (caput) and the relevance of the omission (§ 2 and respective paragraphs). The mentioned article is the legal framework of the omission that is criminally relevant in Brazilian Criminal Law. The present dissertation is intended to analyze and also establish the limits of said legal provision particularly regarding the professional activities developed by the position of chief compliance officer. In order to do so, the present dissertation starts from the discussion of a broader theme, that is, that surrounds the main problem, which is the analysis of the philosophical origin and the legal origin of the phenomena denominated compliance, as well as the approach to economic crime as the product of a globalized world. The present dissertation then goes on to present a detailed study of compliance under the Criminal Law, analyzing, in a detailed way, the legal frameworks of criminal compliance, both in Brazil and abroad, as well as the criminal legislations impose the position of chief compliance officer. Having introduced the present study in the discussion of the criminal implications of the position of chief compliance officer based on Brazilian and international legislation, we proceed to analyze in depth the main problem brought by this dissertation: the limits of omission relevant to that position. Thus, it is addressed to the first, the importance that documents whose legal nature is not of Criminal Law have as regards the delimitation of criminal responsibility for omission of the position of chief compliance officer. At this point, this dissertation also conceptualizes the so-called compliance programs and deeply analyzes the role they play in relation to the aforementioned position. Finally, the present study goes into the discussion of the criminal omission and, consequently, the legal duty to act, bringing a dense bibliographical foreshortening of the concept of omission in Criminal Law. After having extensively covered the issue of criminal omission in the field of Criminal Law as a whole, this dissertation inserts the debate on the reality of the activities carried out by the chief compliance officer, identifying limits to criminal liability for omission of the individual occupier of said position.

Avaliação comportamental e molecular em um modelo de epilepsia do lobo temporal

The pilocarpine model of Temporal Lobe Epilepsy (TLE) reliably reproduces the characteristics found in TLE in humans and provokes Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)-like behaviors in rodents. However, it is not known if these behavioral changes are associated with variations on genetic expression. The present study aimed to investigate behavior patterns and molecular indicators of ADHD in the pilocarpine model of TLE. Male Wistar rats at 25 day of age were submitted to animal model of TLE by pilocarpine injection (350 mg/kg, ip) and a control group received saline 0.9%. The behavioural tests (open field and operant conditioning box) started from 28 days postnatal. Through Real-Time Polimerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR), were evaluated the expression of somatostatin, mGluR7 and dopaminergic receptors subtype D1 and subtype D5, in the pre-frontal cortex and hippocampus. Behavioral parameters were analysed using Mixed ANOVA, followed by Bonferroni for post-hoc testing. For data analyses of gene expression, t-Student test was used. The data were expressed as mean ± standard error and p-values of 0.05 or less were considered significant. The analyses were effectuated using commercial program (Prism 5.03 for windows). Results in open field for total locomotion revealed a significant difference between groups (F[1,144]=9,32 p=0,0076) and between sessions (F[9,144]= 5,74 p<0,0001), nor effect of interaction between factors (F[9,144]=9,32 NS); and for central locomotion, in percentage, was a significantly diferente between groups (F[1,144]=5,54 p=0,031), effect of interaction between the factors (F[9,144]=3,41 p=0,0008), with no difference between sessions (F[9,144]=0,75 NS). In Skinner box, no significant differences were found between the groups in experimental conditions of this study. For RT-PCR there were observed no significant differences in the expression relative of mRNA in the analyzed genes. We concluded that animals with TLE exhibited elevated locomotor activity and reduced level of anxiety-related behavior. There was observed no deficit of attention and impulsive-like behavior. There were found no variations for somatostatin gene expression, mGluR7 and dopaminergic receptors D1 and D5, in prefrontal cortex and in hippocampus. Behavioral alterations observed in the model of TLE probably are not related to gene alterations of somatostatin and these receptors.

Relações entre variáveis psicossocioambientais e competência em leitura de crianças do 3º ano do ensino fundamental de uma rede pública

Introduction: unsatisfactory results in school performance have motivated a number of investigations to search for possible variables associated with this outcome. As each school system presents peculiar characteristics it is recommended that such research is multiplied in each school context. Objectives: to assess reading development of children in the 3rd grade of elementary school enrolled in Municipal Education Units in Santos-SP, to verify the relations among the results from reading tests, the score obtained in Provinha Brasil - Reading and variables related to the child and family. Participants and Methods: the study included 142 children, with ages varying from 8 to 11 years, of the 3rd year of elementary school in four public schools were drawn from four regions of the city of Santos - São Paulo. The sample is homogeneous among schools regarding the number, age and gender of the participants. Data collection was conducted in the year 2013. The result of Provinha Brasil was computed at the semester immediately preceding ( Provinha Brasil - Reading 2012-2). The instruments used to assess the possible predictive variables of school performance were: a) Colored Progressive Matrices Raven; b) Survey of Socioeconomic Status and Resources of the Family Environment; c) The Competence of Reading Words and Pseudowords Test; d) Contrastive Test of Listening and Reading with The Compression of Written and Spoken Sentences Subtests and Rapid Automatized Naming Test. Results and Discussion: The performance in Provinha Brasil was level 4, not differing from the other schools in the public system. The results of all tests showed small fluctuations among students from four schools demonstrating homogeneity between them. As expected, there was positive and significant correlation between the variables of learning to read, and there was significant correlation between variables of learning and nonverbal intelligence. The rapid automatized naming showed a negative significant correlation with the variables of learning to read, indicating that the longer the time in naming the lower the reading skills. In relation to social and environmental variables there was no significant correlation with the variables of learning to read. Moreover, the reading ability variables correlated with the predictor learning reading - Toys. The results of this study suggest that the presence of toys in the family room can be a predictor of reading competence. The linear regression analysis showed that 42.9% of the variance in the performance of Provinha Brasil -Reading is explained by socio-environmental variables, variables of learning to read and variable predictors of learning to read. Parental education was a variable that was expected to be a positive predictor but it was not. This and other details should be further explored in more detailed analyzes. The results of this study demonstrate satisfactory performance of average students in this sample. Methods that aim to detect specific problems of students and families are recommended to increase the number of high-achieving students.
