Partindo do entendimento de que o processo de precarização se aprofunda e se intensifica com a chamada uberização, esse ensaio teórico discute as condições de trabalho dos entregadores de aplicativos, categoria que marcou suas reivindicações ante as vulnerabilidades amplificadas no contexto da pandemia de Covid-19. Refletindo acerca desses movimentos, a noção de esgotamento é suscitada como ponto central de uma análise sociopsicológica do trabalho que correlaciona a dimensão macrossocial da economia neoliberal a efeitos nefastos da reestruturação produtiva. Assim, infere-se que a noção de esgotamento tem potencial de deslocar os sujeitos a um movimento de devir revolucionário, a qual presumivelmente não seria pensada em uma condição de ‘possível’, empregando-se a nomenclatura deleuziana. Palavras-chave: precarização do trabalho; entregadores de aplicativos; esgotamento; Covid-19.   Abstract Starting from the understanding that the precariousness process deepens and intensifies with the so-called uberization, this theoretical essay discusses the working conditions of delivery app workers, category that marked its demands face of the amplified vulnerabilities in the the Covid-19 pandemic context. Reflecting on these movements, the exhaustion notion is raised as the central point of a sociopsychological analysis of work that correlates the macrosocial neoliberal economy dimension with the productive restructuring harmful effects. Thus, it is inferred that the notion of exhaustion has the potential to displace subjects to a revolutionary becoming movement, which presumably would not be thought of as a 'possible' condition, using the Deleuzian nomenclature. Reflexionando sobre estos movimientos, se plantea la noción de agotamiento como punto central de un análisis sociopsicológico del trabajo que correlaciona la dimensión macrosocial de la economía neoliberal con los efectos nocivos de la reestructuración productiva. Así, se infiere que la noción de agotamiento tiene el potencial de desplazar a los sujetos hacia un devenir revolucionario, lo que presumiblemente no sería concebido como una condición 'posible', utilizando la nomenclatura deleuziana. This article presents the political-pedagogical coping strategies employed by ESS-UFF in Emergency Remote Learning (ERL) and analyzes the disputes within educational projects within Public Universities in the context of antagonistic class relations in Brazilian capitalist society. Then, linked to this explanation, we will address the implementation of ERL in Public Universities, presenting data that supports the strategies outlined by ESS to counter the integral transposition of the curriculum for this mode of learning. Finally, reflecting this experience, it demonstrates the need to pay attention to the developments of ERL in Public Universities, face-to-face teaching, and the formative process in Social Work. This article is based on bibliographic and documentary research, adopting the Marxist theoretical perspective.

Comportamentos de cidadania organizacional (CCO) são comportamentos espontâneos do empregado para com a organização que a beneficiam, sendo tais aspectos valorizados no ambiente laboral e estudados por pesquisadores há algumas décadas. Considerando a centralidade da temática e com vistas a analisar os avanços e lacunas na sua investigação, o objetivo do presente trabalho foi realizar uma revisão sistemática da produção científica sobre os CCO, no período compreendido entre 2010 a 2020, dos artigos publicados nas plataformas CAPES e PsyncINFO. Ao cotejar as produções, observa-se que a produção internacional é expressivamente maior que a nacional, prevalecendo delineamentos de investigação quantitativos em ambas, 94,92%, sendo que CCO é incluída como variável critério, e os antecedentes mais investigados são valores organizacionais, satisfação, desempenho e percepção de justiça. Os consequentes figuram nas pesquisas internacionais, sendo trabalho contraproducente, vigor e significância do trabalho.

Augmented reality is a technology present in people's daily lives, even if they do not know it. Human beings have difficulty keeping up with the technological advances that have emerged in recent decades. This paper proposes to evaluate the degree of knowledge of augmented reality in the teófilo-otonense population from data collected through a research elaborated in Google Forms containing a questionnaire based on an exploratory survey. For a better sample of the research, Arkin's margin of error table was used. The analysis of the obtained data occurred through graphs and tables. Such information may serve as a subsidy for the integration planning of the teófilo-otonense population to augmented reality

Innovation in materials is an area that aims to generate improvements in existing products through activities with R&D. The automotive sector is one of the areas where investment is sought for better materials. Product engineering combined with virtual simulation, prototyping allows projects to be more assertive, with a reduction in planning progress, and the costs involved. The use of ceramic materials in internal combustion engines is still necessary for large-scale research, especially because of their sintering particularities and improved mechanical characteristics at extreme temperatures. The present research has the objective of proposing an optimization in an internal combustion engine by cycle of Otto cycle by replacing metal alloy material in the piston by Metallic Matrix Composite (CMM). For support in the disciplines of Material Science, Product Engineering and Simulation for the realization of the project, use of Inventor® and Ansys® software to validate a proposal of the idealized piston prototype, Aluminum alloy piston exchange fused with Ceramic Dioxide Silicon. The results obtained were a reduction in heat conduction as a function of time, the best mechanical attributes used and a reduction in the costs applied in the process of using ceramic motors in automotive engines.

This article is the result of research carried out jointly with six Unions from Rio de Janeiro, in 2020 and 2021, to evaluate the impacts of the Labour Reform of 2017 on male and female workers and the Unions, considering that these actions have contributed to increased employment precarization and the reduction of employment protections in Brazil. Based on empirical research and a thorough bibliographic review, the outcomes point to increasing precarization of working relationships and demostrate the Unions’ resistance to this and their fight in defence of employment rights.

Given the commercial difficulties experienced between wholesalers in the dispute for prices, partnerships and trust, for companies seeking to stand out, it is necessary to start a sectorial organization work and explore possibilities of applying a competitive differential to stand out among direct competitors. In this way, with good strategic management, the company is able to establish itself and can be assertive in decision-making, supplier selection and adequacy in the acquisition of supplies. Based on this, this study aims to develop an adequate stock replenishment condition for the "pipes" product group registered in the company, which will be classified based on the level of importance and financial impact, and should adjust the acquisition quantities within the constraints established using targeted tools. These being the ABC Curve, which classifies the main items of the group by the level of importance and financial framework, directly impacting the company, and the Kraljic Matrix, which correlates the items with their storage and financial risks, directing strategies and assisting the buyer in decision making. Thus developing an ideal monthly order model, following the established restrictions and reducing the levels of stockouts. It can also serve as a structural pillar for further analysis, directions in this field and future research.

Business competition leads organizations to seek solutions that improve their performance. The Stock Management emerges as an alternative to keep track of costs and the level of products offered by the company. This study objective to apply the ABC curve in a decoration articles company, in the wallpaper sales sector. The methodology consisted of collecting data to determine which products are most significant for the company's permanence in the market, and know which products in stock generate the highest profit, deserving attention by the manager in the acquisition of new inputs. The results show that of the 5 paper suppliers for the stock, only 40% of the items correspond to classification A, having a stock value of 76,60%, while the remaining 60% correspond to 13,83% of the value in stock for class B and 9,57% for class C. Therefore, using the ABC curve is efficient and determines which products need to be purchased in greater and lesser quantities, avoiding expenses with stock maintenance by establishing priorities during the purchase, meeting the needs of customers with items with lower value.

A inclusão financeira é importante para reduzir a pobreza e proporcionar um crescimento econômico inclusivo, principalmente comparando grupos com grande desigualdade social. Este artigo utilizou a pesquisa Global Financial Inclusion (Global Findex) da World Bank Group para comparar técnicas de aprendizado de máquina na classificação de homens e mulheres quanto ao uso de serviços financeiros. Para isso, utilizou-se os classificadores Árvore de decisão, -vizinhos mais próximos, Naïve Bayes e Floresta randômica, e avaliadas as métricas de acurácia, precisão, sensibilidade, f1-score e área sob a curva Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC). Verificou-se que todas as técnicas (exceto por Naïve Bayes) obtiveram uma acurácia próxima a 70%, sensibilidade próxima a 88% e precisão acima dos 72% na maioria dos parâmetros investigados. Quanto à área sob a curva ROC, a Floresta randômica atingiu 0,77, superando as outras técnicas nesta avaliação.

In this paper, we present a non-systematic literature review on metaphors applied to the study and research of entrepreneurship. In order to do so, we prioritize papers that developed entrepreneurship metaphors and applied them to the understanding of entrepreneurship theoretical approaches. In this paper, we explored three entrepreneurial metaphors: entrepreneurship as a process; entrepreneurship as a practice; and entrepreneurship as a network. Furthermore, we discussed some implications of these metaphorical approaches to entrepreneurship research. Thus, the reflexive, critical feature that each metaphor assume may contribute to the understanding of entrepreneurial actions related to entities such as the entrepreneur, the business, and the context, in one hand, and to theoretical constructs such as processes, practices, and networks, on the other hand, thus leading the way to the metaphorical constitution of “images of entrepreneurship”.

O presente estudo de caso analisa a qualidade de vida e produtividade do colaborador na modalidade home office em instituição de ensino na cidade de Hortolândia, SP, Brasil. A pesquisa possui abordagem qualitativa, método comparativo e o procedimento técnico empregado é o estudo de caso. Os resultados identificados na modalidade são o aumento dos custos da residência do colaborador, acréscimo de afazeres domésticos e, falta de infraestrutura computacional e ergonométrica. No entanto, identificou-se maior qualidade de vida e crescimento de produtividade em home office, com a capacitação da organização e a cooperação dos colaboradores, favorecendo uma relação ganha-ganha.

O objeto dessa pesquisa consiste no trabalho de catadores, especialmente apreendido por meio da recente configuração coletiva, por meio de associações. O objetivo é analisar as possibilidades e os limites do trabalho de catadores associados. Na primeira parte, realizamos um estudo teórico, porquanto apresentamos os fundamentos que sustentam a crítica marxista a atual forma de trabalho associado, cujo um dos exemplos está nas associações de catadores. Na segunda etapa, analisamos alguns dados empíricos sobre uma associação. Realizamos a triangulação de três etapas de coleta de dados junto à associação: entrevistas, grupo focal e relato de atividades de extensão. Constatou-se que a atividade de catação compareceu como alternativa ao desemprego e que, embora produza contingências para a sobrevivência, desenvolve-se imbricada à precarização do trabalho.

Resumo: Desde 1988, o Ministério Público atua politicamente na defesa da coletividade, papel emergente no contexto pandêmico frente os problemas sociais e conflitos políticos do governo no enfrentamento da COVID-19. O estudo investigou as competências organizacionais do Ministério Público Federal no Ceará evidenciadas na pandemia do coronavírus, considerando os aspectos normativos da gestão por competência na administração pública e a natureza da atuação do MP. A pesquisa é qualitativa, descritiva e documental, coletando dados do twitter e da sala de imprensa virtual do MPF-CE entre março/2020 a março/2021, procedendo-se a análise de conteúdo. Os resultados indicam ênfase no procedimento extrajudicial, amplitude das frentes de trabalho e colaboração público-privada, representando atuação moderna, desburocratizada e extrajudicial, e evidenciando a presença de competências organizacionais (4 delas básicas e 2 essenciais), contribuindo para orientar pesquisas sobre o tema e definir estratégias institucionais do MPF. This work used the Operational Research in the Capixaba soccer Championship of series B of 2020 to implement a model that optimizes the allocation of referees and contributes to the reduction of current costs regarding their transport, through a solution that reduces the total distance traveled by referees to carry out the matches. Through Linear Programming, the solution presented would save 55% of the total distance covered originally and its expenses, in addition to the possibility of reducing costs with arbitrators who become idle. The exposed model can still be modified according to new restrictions, such as the obligation for all referees to be assigned to the games and to be applied in other sports.

A pandemia da Covid-19 se espalhou pelo mundo todo, modificando a rotina da sociedade atual e ocasionando mudanças, novos hábitos e novas necessidades. As atividades profissionais e educacionais passaram a ser desempenhadas de maneira remota a distância, portanto, um dos serviços que tiveram sua importância destacada foi a prestação de serviços de planos de internet. O estudo presente tem como objetivo compreender como o cenário de Covid-19 impactou as vendas em uma empresa de prestação de serviços de planos de internet, neste trabalho chamada de empresa x, a partir do método de pesquisa ação onde será verificado o histórico de volume de vendas do ano de 2018 a 2021 e planos vendidos e atualizados neste cenário.

Este artigo teve por objetivo investigar as desigualdades de gênero e raça na distribuição de cargos administrativos e acadêmicos da Universidade Federal de Viçosa (UFV), campus Viçosa. Como embasamento teórico foi utilizado o conceito de regimes de desigualdade adotado por Acker, sendo a base de dados o Censo Étnico-racial da UFV e as informações disponibilizadas pela instituição. Os resultados apontaram para a sub-representação de mulheres e homens negros na hierarquia administrativa e acadêmica da UFV. Faz-se necessário que as políticas públicas implementadas contemplem outros marcadores sociais, uma vez que os espaços públicos e institucionais tendem a reforçar e perpetuar as assimetrias de gênero e raça presentes na sociedade.
