Esta pesquisa embasou o livro-reportagem fotográfico: “Pra agora ou pra viagem? - 6 histórias de quem faz comida de rua do Tatuapé”. Conhecer a história da vida profissional dos comerciantes e os motivos por trás da escolha de vender certo alimento em determinado local do bairro do Tatuapé, foram as principais questões para construir as narrativas do livro. O objetivo deste relatório é apresentar dados sobre a importância da comida de rua para a sociedade, bem como as características do jornalismo literário e humanizado. A metodologia utilizada foi a de pesquisa exploratória, em que realizei descobertas sobre um assunto com pouco estudo prévio. A obra apresenta histórias dos vendedores de comida de rua que trabalham em pontos do bairro do Tatuapé há décadas - com exceção do vendedor de uma banca de café da manhã -, com linguagem descontraída e fotografias desses comerciantes e dos produtos que vendem na rua.

This paper presents an account of the work performed in a software development and implementation company applied to the management of processes and operations of companies operating in various business sectors for the automation of administrative, commercial, financial and industrial actions. The objective of this work was to identify and propose ways to increase management effectiveness and improve productivity, taking advantage of strategic opportunities for creating value for customers and developing business. The analysis of environmental trends and the current and required resources and capacities to increase the participation and offer of value to the market was carried out, seeking to know the context in which the company operates and possible problems that make it difficult to take advantage of potential opportunities of development. For analysis and diagnosis of the situation, we dealt with the complexity that involves variables such as human behavior, communication barriers, access to information and market dynamics. The diagnosis contemplated the understanding of the logic of the business, its value proposition, to which public and customer segments, through which channels of relationship and distribution, activities, resources and partnerships required, also contemplating the equation of costs and revenues of the operation. As a result, a set of strategic drivers for the business was elaborated, associated to a proposal applied to the adaptation of the organizational behavior to the identified demands for the attainment of the desired results. Business development resulting from efficiency and effectiveness gains in the decision-making process, the use of opportunities with innovation and internal process structure represent a significant contribution of the application of this work to the focused organization. Sharing experience through this report tends to influence the development of management technology as a replicable example in similar situations. It is hoped, also, to contribute to the economic and social development, directly affected by the prosperity of the businesses that meet the needs of the community, as the one that represents the case that was object of the present work.

This research discussed the awakening of perception of the child and the teacher in the first stage of early childhood education with regard to themselves, to others and to the environment as a source to rescue the sensitivity in educational activities, seeing as art a way for aesthesia, experienced through proposals that valued the body as a source of meaning and knowledge and outlining ways that implemented the learning totalizing process of teaching and learning. The route outlined was the result of dissatisfaction with the proposed learning not explored the senses of the body, keeping it anesthetized, plastered with models ready, absent of understanding and reflection, and distant from the real needs of students. The actions developed in the study were inspired by the Phenomenology of Perception by Maurice Merleau-Ponty that based theoretically develop the project "Children doing art" wich was the focus of this analysis. We opted for a qualitative approach, which constitutes a more appropriate guideline to understand the context in which the research was conducted: group of children in the first stage of early kindergarten education and the learning process in this group. It was collected descriptive data through joint use of observation, interviews, photographic documentation , interview and instruments for which individuals were observed and analyzed by means of a case study - this search a student and their teacher in an educational institution. The results were significant because there was a new look at the theme of perception contributed to sharpen the perceive yourself, others and the environment, providing greater proximity of teachers and their students and the presence of greater sensitivity in educational activities, because the understand and be aware of the needs of the student become essential ingredients in this process. The exploration of the senses of the body in the proposals currently teaching is valued and, consequently, there was an increase in expressive communication, oral communication and interaction among children. A keen perception, sensitivity in educational activities, the appropriate approach to the teacher and his pupil, the amount owing to the senses of the body opened up avenues for the acquisition of Learning totalizing. With these results aims - to contribute to the educational projects of kindergarten education that have poor corporeality assumed a "way light and loose" allowing children to the full development of their identities through play, express themselves , interact, if move through the school, such as projects present themselves plastered by mechanical activities, without any understanding and reflection, almost excluded moments of artistic expression in childhood coherently, which sees the child as an individual and your body as a source of interaction and knowledge. These results showed that teachers who invest in education with sensitivity and sharpened perception, achieve success in the learning of their students.

International and Brazilian s researchers have been showing studies to answer questions about an optimal leverage. Following evidences of an optimal capital structure s existence and its relevance for creation value, this paper shows the comparison of actual financing leverage with results of theoretical models, using different approaches to achieve the optimal financing mix. Five methods were applied, looking for those that are better fitted to predict leverage for food and beverage and paper and pulp firms. These approaches are: operational margin method, return differential method, adjusted present value method, average weighted cost of capital method and comparative method, in which a cross sectional with capital structure determinants is used to obtain the optimal leverage.

The neopentecostal religious discourse has been grown on Brazilian mass media circuit since 1970 s, accompanying impressive increase of the neopentecostal Christians on Brasil. One of these neopentecostal churches is called Igreja Internacional da Graça de Deus (IIGD). In such scenario, among neopentecostal churches, IIGD it is the greatest user of mass media resources. Those resources are used to disseminate own doctrine. IIGD has acquainted more hours on television media and offered more products with doctrinarian tone. Among its products, it can be registered a journal of national circulation, Revista Graça Show da Fé (RGSF). Through simple and hyperbolic language, RGSF performs a very persuasive discourse that results in not only many people adhered to IIGD but also it registers a distinctive performance of eight years of journal distribution. RGSF is a religious journal and its editorial is marked by unique elements by comparing it to a genre of editorial. In RGSF s editorial, the editor has preached, persuasively, his doctrine and commanded his readers, whose is called by him as Show da Fé sponsors , to valorize and maintain their financial support to IIGD. Also, the editor has proclaimed that all actions of IIGD are commanded and blessed by God, so, the faithful sponsor will be blessed while he or her has been connected to IIGD. The peculiarities of hybrid form of RGSF editorial is a study object of this master dissertation which aims to verify, through techniques of French Semiotics, how persuasive strategies are used by enunciator (or sender), how fiduciary contract is established between enunciator and enunciatee (or receiver or allocutor) and how ethos is built. As result of this investigation it could be established that editorial genre of religious journal is a hybrid form of genre of editorial, and it has been adapted to obtain high effective effects from persuasive strategies used by RGSF s editorial enunciator. It could also be verified that the conjunction of simple and hyperbolic language works very well to seduce and attract readers to enunciator s do-believe and do-do.

No jornalismo tradicional, o estado de violência divide indivíduos em bons ou maus, bem como na sociedade contemporânea. Este trabalho, no entanto, foge às polaridades ao reconhecer corpos políticos complexos e os contextos em que estão inseridos, identificando violências que se dão por força ou que se dão por privação. Com base nesses tipos de violação, a pesquisa destrincha as condições de violência no ser humano, dados seus contextos sociais, culturais, econômicos, geográficos e raciais, entendendo que violência por força se enconcontra com a violência por privação, culminando num ciclo de inflamação que gera o indivíduo socialmente violento. Nesse sentido, entende-se que não basta associar o corpo social às suas transgressões, conforme as regras da sociedade, mas também avaliar as contravenções que foram naturalizadas num sistema historicamente violento que age mais rígido sobre as parcelas socialmente vulneráveis, as mesmas que se tornam as agressivas.

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo elucidar os limites da autonomia das jurisdições, especificamente através dos efeitos que a sentença penal absolutória pode trazer ao juízo cível. Com o objetivo de trazer uma maior organização e especialidade no exercício do Direito, o atual ordenamento jurídico brasileiro organiza as jurisdições de forma fragmentada, de modo que cada área do direito material é processada perante uma jurisdição correspondente, quais sejam: cível, penal, eleitoral, fiscal e trabalhista. Neste trabalho o foco é a análise da repercussão da sentença que absolve um Réu perante a jurisdição penal na jurisdição cível quando ambas tratarem de um mesmo fato, levando em consideração, principalmente, a relatividade da ideia de independência na responsabilização civil e criminal trazida pelo art. 935 do Código de Processo Civil. Sabe-se que, na prática, mencionada independência torna-se relativa, vez que de um mesmo fato podem surgir uma diversidade de deveres e direitos a serem respeitados e protegidos, sendo que nem sempre esses direitos estão subdivididos de modo a serem tratados pela mesma jurisdição. Especificamente quanto à jurisdição cível e penal, há uma amplitude de hipóteses em que situações envolvendo o mesmo fato e o mesmo Réu são tratadas de formas diversas em cada jurisdição, sendo que uma pode levar a absolvição criminal sem prejuízo da configuração de eventual responsabilização civil. Para tanto, serão estudados os conceitos básicos de responsabilidade civil objetiva e subjetiva, as diferenças entre os ilícitos cíveis e penais, bem como a conceituação de sentença, sua natureza e efeitos perante o judiciário, com elucidações doutrinárias e casos práticos.

The concept of fiscal intelligence brought by the S PED (Public System of Digital Bookkeeping) has a direct impact on the tax risk of all taxpayers, mainly companies, due to the scope of provided ancillary information, to the demand for accuracy in tax information and, yet, to the increasing potential of inspection from tax authorities, especially at this transition period, where new and former obligations coexist, which causes duplicity. Errors, supposedly reasonable in such a complex environment , are potentiated at this deploying stage, when contributories are reformulating their routine s and find themselves yet in a learning phase, generating tax contingencies. In corporate e nvironment tax compliance activity is exerted by the accountant, acting internally or as outsourcing. The Brazilian Civil Code, since its reform in 2002, gives responsibility to the acc ountant over provided tax information. For accounting organizations, their professionals accum ulate the amount of tax risk incurred by their clients (taxpayers), which may cause severe c onflict of economic capacity, given the inequality between their firm size and the incurred risk magnitude, proportional to their clients operations. In this context, this study pr esents a proposal for mitigation of tax risks under responsibility of accounting organizations, f rom measures suggested by these professionals. The research is exploratory in natur e since there have not been found any study about specific tax risk for accountants. It has bee n split in two parts. In the first one, a list of risk issues and mitigation measures were produced t hrough inquiries conducted with professionals in the tax area. In the second one, a survey applied over a sample of accountants from the state of São Paulo collected its evaluatio n on the significance of risks and effectiveness of mitigation measures listed by spec ialists and, yet, the effective adoption of such measures. The proposal for mitigation of tax r isks on accounting organizations has been made by presenting a framework, which contains coll ected risks inside each activity exercised in the accounting office, as well as mitigation mea sures related to these risks issues. The accounting office is the main user of this proposal ; however it is extensive to all tax advisors from any taxpayers. Risk issues and mitigation meas ures never considered before may be added to pre-existing ones after the presentation o f these results, contributing to risk management.

O trabalho discorre em estudar o uso da arquitetura efêmera de caráter emergencial, suas soluções arquitetônicas e técnicas construtivas, para assim, propor um módulo habitacional emergencial, de baixo custo, porém de alto custo benefício, que ofereça facilidade e rapidez na montagem. Proporcionando segurança, conforto e privacidade às vítimas de desastres naturais, mais especificamente, de deslizamentos ocorridos na cidade de São Paulo, amenizando os traumas sofridos e auxiliando na retomada da vida desses indivíduos...

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior

Este trabalho surgiu da observação e curiosidade de trajetos feitos no dia a dia Como grande parte dos moradores da cidade de São Paulo, é comum passarmos por estações de Metrô, seja para utilizá los, ou apenas por estarem no meio do nosso trajeto rotineiro Ao perceber que as praças destas estações estão quase sempre vazias, surgiu a questão qual o motivo delas estarem assim? Será que as pessoas não percebem a existência de um espaço público, da qual poderiam estar usufruindo? Decidiu se, então, analisar algumas destas praças, entender a dinâmica delas na cidade e na vida da população e compreender se estas realmente estão subutilizadas e se existem fatores que agravem esta falta de uso por parte das pessoas Através de instrumentos de avaliação, foi possíve l colocá las em uma mesma base de análise e perceber que o que torna um espaço atrativo é um conjunto de fatores que, apesar de não poderem ser controlados pelos arquitetos, devem ser previstos pelos mesmos O trabalho identificou as variáveis presentes nas diferentes praças, mas também trouxe questões a serem refletidas por todos nós, que queremos contribuir para uma cidade mais acolhedora e que traga vínculos e memórias aos seus moradores.

Objetivo da Dissertação: Este trabalho tem por objetivo explorar a possibilidade do posicionamento do escritório contábil como “parceiro de negócios” para seus clientes. As crescentes mudanças no ambiente de negócios e desenvolvimento da tecnologia têm exigido da contabilidade novos posicionamentos voltados a visão do negócio e auxílio na tomada de decisões. Neste ambiente de readequação da profissão e diante de um cenário de novas habilidades e competências sendo desenhadas pelo crescente desenvolvimento tecnológico, o desafio está em adaptar a prestação do serviço contábil ao atendimento das expectativas dos clientes, mas também ao desenvolvimento das novas competências. Metodologia: O estudo teve duas etapas: 1) Abordagem quantitativa, estudo exploratório e descritivo, com objetivo de identificar a percepção dos clientes sobre os serviços prestados pelo escritório contábil; 2) Abordagem qualitativa, de natureza intervencionista, com aplicação de uma pesquisa-ação, com apresentação de um novo modelo de prestação de serviços que possibilite a melhoria da percepção do cliente. Resultados: O estudo traz os passos da implantação, apontando as decisões tomadas a cada etapa para mudança do enfoque de atuação do escritório contábil. Implicações práticas: Com o desenvolvimento de um modelo de atuação como Business Partner, outros escritórios contábeis podem se adaptar ou aproveitar o modelo, direcionando suas atividades no mesmo caminho para serem parceiros de negócios, contribuindo para a criação de um novo perfil do contador e dos escritórios contábeis. Contribuições: Este trabalho pode ajudar escritórios contábeis de pequeno porte a terem um novo modelo de negócios, redirecionando suas atividades para se aproximar mais das demandas dos seus clientes. Traz uma descrição das atividades desenvolvidas num escritório, sendo que a mesma pode ser utilizada como um roteiro de implantação para outros escritórios que tenham interesse na atuação como Business Partners. Produto Tecnológico: Como produto tecnológico tem-se um modelo de atuação associado a programas de treinamento para desenvolvimento de habilidades que melhorem a percepção do escritório contábil como parceiro de negócios por seus clientes. Limitações da Pesquisa: Destaca-se que o estudo foi feito em apenas um escritório, havendo assim dificuldades para generalização dos resultados encontrados.

Teacher s formation is a theme that appears more and more frequently as the number of young people who choose to work in the educational field decays. Low salaries, bad work conditions, exhaustive workweek, low social esteem and bad discipline from the students have contributed with this lower and lower number of graduation students in the educational area. Moreover, when the Modern Languages students have to carry out the curriculum supervised internship in order to receive the license to teach, they are discouraged. The teachers who work in the Elementary School do not encourage their probationers to enter the field or exercise the profession. It was from this discouraging Brazilian educational context that the idea for this thesis came up. The objective of the present work is to reflect the probationer s role in the formation of the Modern Languages professional. Thus, it is proposed to investigate how is the internship regulated, how it occurs and how it is oriented by the teachers in the formation institutions as well as in the Basic Education institutions, how it interferes in the teachers formation and whether or not it may germinate the liking of the educator profession in the Modern Languages students. This thesis is the result of a professional experience facing teacher s formation, then, it also intends to offer the Modern Languages graduation teachers a more attractive and meaningful alternative for accompanying the internships. The described experience is the one about accompanying the internships through a social network: Facebook, which allowed the students to express themselves in a more dynamic way, emphasizing the constant possibility of a collective reflection according as all the students accompanied their colleagues internships. Lastly, we ponder about the need of rethinking the graduation courses for Portuguese language teachers, of changing the idea and the way the internships are carried out and how important it is the constant updating of the teachers who form other teachers.

The development of scientific research to obtain a degrees in universities, such as undergraduate assignments, post-bachelor monographs, Master Dissertations and Doctoral Theses, often show problems related to time, resource or even quality management. It has been observed that the corporate environment is facing the same difficulties during the development of products or services, and mitigates these problems by applying frameworks and project management techniques. In the last years, technology evolution drove significant changes in behavior dynamics, especially in communications and in actions management. Thus, it is possible to combine these aspects with the frameworks and project management techniques in the development of scientific researches in the academic environment. From this scenario, this work presents an expert system with PMBOK features, complemented with Project Model Canvas and relevant elements of the academic advising process, in order to support students through the development of their investigations for degree obtention.

A prostituição, que, por muitos, é reputada como a profissão mais antiga do mundo, passou e ainda passa por mudanças significativas em relação à conquista dos direitos das profissionais do sexo e à ressignificação do imaginário social, que foi sendo construído ao longo dos séculos e é envolto de forte preconceito e imensuráveis estereótipos. Esta pesquisa, então, pretende dedicar ao tema prostituição um olhar livre desses julgamentos, indicando momentos históricos decisivos para a construção da imagem da prostituta, assim como busca apontar obras literárias, abordar a questão das profissionais do sexo em um contexto atual e analisar a evolução dos movimentos sociais e a repercussão dessas questões na mídia brasileira. Para isso, o trabalho contou com volumoso estudo teórico de artigos e livros que tratam dos tópicos mencionados, e as conclusões se baseiam, principalmente, no resultado de tais leituras, pareceres e opiniões de autores distintos
