Economic evaluation of the waterfall complex of Presidente Figueiredo, Amazonas, Brazil
Studies of economic valuation of environmental resources are approximate propositions in monetary terms for natural assets that they do not have market value. This work aims to estimate the economic value of the waterfall complex in Presidente Figueiredo, municipality in the state of Amazonas, Brazil. Using environmental economics references, we sought to identify the effects of the lack of value of the set of assets that make up this natural heritage. The research is quantitative in nature and the method used was Contingent Valuation. 257 samples were collected, obtained through interviews and questionnaires. With the help of the beta variable, it was estimated, on average, that visitors would be willing to contribute to the hypothetical improvements to be implemented in the Presidente Figueiredo waterfall complex (CCPF), both in terms of infrastructure and biodiversity conservation with approximately 13 % of your daily income. This reveals an environmental heritage of approximately R$35,000,000.00, and a potential income of R$4,000,000.00 annually.

Use of platelet-rich fibrin in aesthetics and facial rejuvenation: Integrative review
Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is considered a filler biomaterial, currently used in both the medical and dental fields. This work aims to evaluate the use of PRF in aesthetic procedures and whether its use has rejuvenating action on the face. The study uses the terms "Platelet-rich fibrin", "Facial rejuvenation", "Tissue engineering" and "Cosmetic dentistry" to refine the search in the databases: PUBMED, MEDLINE and LILACS, between the beginning of the year 2016 to March of 2021. The criteria for inclusion of the articles were the use of the PRF in case studies and clinical trials in face rejuvenation. The exclusion criteria eliminated repeated studies that adopted a different design from the one mentioned above, or that addressed a therapy using the PRF that was not on the face. The search revealed experimental or observational studies considered eligible, which were included in the qualitative synthesis. The studies included showed that there is no standardization regarding the preparation of the PRF, with different application protocols for this biomaterial, and that although the authors were successful and observed improvement in relation to the appearance of the skin, there is a "high" or "undefined" risk bias favoring positive results. It was concluded that PRF is a safe material and has improved the appearance of the skin, requiring further studies to analyze its long-term effect.

Instrument for hazardous waste transport: Support for sustainability managers of health units
The objective of this work was to propose guidelines for sustainability managers who perform their duties within hospital units in Brazil. Assuming a qualitative analysis of the demand for documents and the set of norms common to the national scenario, it was possible to list the procedures in a guide for hospital units. These stablishments are responsible from the generation until the final destination of waste. However, as the transport and destination work is outsourced, this instrument may contribute to the verification and correction of possible non-conformities presented by the service providers. In the activities of collection and external transport of waste from health services, among the risks are the conditioning conditions for the transport, loading and unloading of trucks, risk of a road accident - tipping of the truck, collision, etc. Thus, a series of conditions may be imposed by the environmental agency for the granting of an environmental or operating license for road transport activities of hazardous products or waste. The required documents include, in addition to the company's legal documents, a Certificate of Regularity with IBAMA, a list of vehicles to be licensed and an Emergency Action Plan (PAE).

Hospitalizations and mortality form otorhinolaryngologic surgeries in Brazilian states from 2011 to 2021
Surgical procedures in otolaryngology have a high demand, with most of these surgeries concentrated in the Southeast region. In addition, these procedures have a high rate of cancellations and delays, causing waiting lines, these factors cause in different ways, an increase in the morbidity and mortality rate of these individuals. This study aims to assess the rate of surgical hospitalizations and mortality in otolaryngology services in Brazil, from 2011 to 2021. This is a quantitative, cross-sectional and retrospective study with data from the SUS hospital information system on admissions and mortality rate from otorhinolaryngological procedures in the period from March 2011 to March 2021. The main variables refer to hospitalizations, mortality, socioeconomic and demographic conditions (GINI and HDI). For data analysis, with a significance level of 95% (p<0.05), Spearman's Correlation was performed using the IBM® SPSS® Statistics program, and tabulation was performed using Microsoft Excel®. As the largest number of procedures occurred in São Paulo (806), the highest mortality rate was recorded in the state of Maranhão (13.64), and it was found that there is a significant moderate positive correlation between hospitalizations with the HDI and number of physicians, as well as a moderate negative correlation with the GINI, that is, the lower this indicator, the greater the number of admissions. Therefore, the study raises the need for future work specifically on the topic of otorhinolaryngological surgeries, especially in determining the factors that lead to an increase in morbidity and mortality in each type of procedure.

Overview of atrazine biodegradation under different oxidation-reduction conditions
The indiscriminate use of the herbicide atrazine in Brazil and in the world has several adverse effects on human health and ecosystems, which can be found in soil, groundwater, in the air and also in living beings, which justifies research focused on biodegradation, impacts and characteristics of this compound. Our work, through a literature review, shows that atrazine's biodegradation can occur through different oxidation reduction conditions, with the participation of aerobic and anaerobic microbial consortia, generating different degradation metabolite intermediates, such as hydroxyatrazine, N -isopropylammilide, cyanuric acid, biuret, allophanate and urea. In addition, we show microorganisms that have already been detected with the potential for degradation of this compound using atrazine as a source of carbon and / or nitrogen, and its metabolic intermediates formed during aerobic and anaerobic degradation processes, as well as the main genes responsible for synthesis of enzymes involved in the degradation of this compound.

Evaluation of operating conditions of cargo transportation by cabotage in Brazil: A multicriteria approach from the shipowners’ point of view
The purpose of this study was to develop and apply a model to evaluate the operating conditions of cargo transportation by cabotage in Brazil, from the perspective of Brazilian shipping companies operating in this segment. The evaluation model was developed based on the Multicriteria Decision Aid (MCDA) methodology, conceived under the constructivist paradigm and with the participation of a team of experts in cabotage, who built a framework for evaluation of this transportation mode. The global evaluation of the conditions of cargo transportation by cabotage in Brazil, based on this framework, was scored 3.9, - on a scale of zero to ten, - a score considered extremely low for a segment of cargo transportation so important and with such weight to the Brazilian economy. It was concluded that this score reflects the situation of shortage, neglect, and abandonment currently faced by shipping companies that offer cargo transportation services along the Brazilian coast. This work contributes to the construction of a multicriteria evaluation model, which can be replicated for other modes of transportation, with the necessary adjustments.

Use of online approaches to prevent eating disorders: A narrative review
Eating disorders are associated with high social and personal costs. Literature has developed prevention studies over the years with positive effects on scholar interventions. As the use of technology has grown in health area, it is necessary to study new forms of remote and far-reaching intervention. The present review aims to present an overview of online interventions for prevention of eating disorders and discuss future paths for the implementing programs in developing countries. From the literature search, nineteen studies that tested online approaches were identified, with most of them based on cognitive behavioral theory or cognitive dissonance. The programs had an impact on reduction of eating disorders risk factors, especially in relation to body dissatisfaction. Despite being non-existent in developing countries, due to the growth of access to technology, investments in online prevention strategies, in countries like Brazil, are promising, since they require less investment and can produce relevant population impacts on problems related to weight, such as eating disorders and obesity.
