Pellagra: Correlation between diagnosis and the most prevalent clinical presentation in Brazil
Objective: To identify if there is difficulty in diagnosing the pathology due to the varied clinical manifestations and to define if there is a more prevalent cause. Method: The study is an Integrative Literature Review, in which articles were selected from the databases: SciELO and MEDLINE, using as inclusion criteria articles in Portuguese, English and French, published between 1922-2012; addressing the etiopathogenic bias of pellagra; and with methodological delimitation. The descriptors used were: “pellagra”, “niacin” and “clinical manifestations”. The final sample consisted of 6 articles. Results: It was observed that a high percentage of patients present the “Pelagra Sine Pelagra”, that is, without the manifestation of the dermatological lesions characteristic of the pellagra, thus observing only the gastrointestinal and/or neurological disorders, making diagnosis of the pathology difficult. About the prevalent cause, alcoholism is the main risk factor for the onset of the disease. Conclusion: It is understood that the most reported profile was that of oligosymptomatic individuals, especially patients who present “Pelagra Sine Pelagra”. The disease begins with disorders of digestive organs, followed by the appearance of skin lesions, and, finally, nerve alterations. As a result of this sluggish presentation and the fact that it is not always possible to identify the classic triad in patients, there is an obstacle in the diagnosis, both early and in the long term. In addition, some risk factors for pathology have been identified, such as alcoholism, seasonal factors, solar radiation and malnutrition, with alcoholism being the main cause of pellagra nowadays.

Antiproliferative potential of the essential oil of Origanum majorana Linn. in melanoma cells and intracellular effects on neoplastic and non-neoplastic cells
The objectives of this study were to evaluate the intracellular activity of the essential oil of Origanum majorana (MARJ) in Madin Darby Bovine Kidney (MDBK) and murine metastatic melanoma (B16F10) and elucidate your chemical composition. Through flow cytometry parameters were analyzed membrane fluidity (F), reactive oxygen species (ROS), DNA fragmentation index (IFD), mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP), cell cycle, plasma membrane lipoperoxidation (LPO), cell viability, necrosis and apoptosis of cell lines treated with MARJ at concentrations of 0.25, 0.5 and 1 mg/mL for 24 hours. The composition of MARJ was determined by gas chromatography, and its major components were terpenes: hydrated cis-sabinene, 4-terpineol and gamma-terpinene. The results showed that all MARJ concentrations reduced ROS, LPO and S phase cells of the MDBK lineage. In B16F10 cells, MARJ treatments reduced ROS and cells in G2 phase, increasing cells in S phase. Concentrations of 0.5 and 1 mg/mL caused a reduction in F and 0.5 mg/mL increased the MMP in the MDBK lineage, while LPO was reduced at the concentration of 0.5 mg/mL in the B16F10 cells. The results of the evaluations of ROS production, plasma membrane integrity and LPO indicated antioxidant activity in the cells studied. Through cell cycle analysis, it was possible to observe that MARJ exerted an antiproliferative effect on melanoma cells, being able to interrupt the multiplication of this cell type.

The training and experience of health professionals facing the process of death and dying in pediatrics: An integrative review
This study aimed to analyze the evidence found in the national and international scientific literature, regarding the process of death and dying in pediatrics in terms of academic training and practical experience of health professionals. This is an integrative review, supported by the PRISMA recommendation. The search was carried out from August to December 2020, through the databases: PubMed, LILACS, Scielo and CINAHL, applying the following filters: full articles published between 2010 and 2020, in English, Portuguese and Spanish and using the descriptors: “death/death”, health personnel/health personnel”, “child/child”, “patient care team/patient care team”. The final study sample consisted of 26 articles. In analyzing the publications, the articles were classified into three units of analysis, namely: the training process as a facilitator to deal with the process of death and dying, the experience of professionals in the face of family grief in pediatrics and terminality and palliative care in pediatrics. The study allowed us to state that the fact that death is still considered a taboo for society ends up perpetuating the lack of discussion and reflection on the process of death and dying in academia. Thus, health professionals do not feel effectively able to deal with the process of death and dying in pediatrics, mainly due to the lack of contact with this issue during undergraduate and even graduate studies and later, due to the lack of support in care institutions.

Adolescents in the Digital Age: Impacts on Mental Health
The expansion of the use of technology has interfered with different aspects of people's daily lives, especially teenagers. Even with the benefits of technological advances, the use by people of this age group without adequate and excessive use can generate several risks and relevant changes in mental health. With this in mind, this work sought to identify the impacts of exposure to the internet and social media on the mental health of adolescents. An integrative review was carried out with data collection from Web of Science, Scopus, BVS and Psycnet. Of the total of 245 articles identified, documents were excluded according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, leaving 40 articles to be allowed. As a result, it was found that technology is essential for the insertion of young people in this world that evolves every day. However, the excessive use of technological resources can affect eating habits, sedentary lifestyle, aggressiveness, substance use or abuse, depression, body image distortions, sleep/wake cycle, hyperactivity, self-mutilation and suicidal ideations. It is unfeasible to think about the new generations disconnected from digital media, for this reason there is a need for a joint action of schools, parents, guardians and the community in general to develop actions that clearly address the risks of the virtual world.

The stricto sensu graduate program in physical education in Rio de Janeiro: A foucault’s genelogical analysis
The biologic conception of Physical Education is the restricted concept between health and biology, which is perpetuated for a long time in the area to account for the status quo. This article aims to investigate the representativeness of the physical education sub-areas within the stricto sensu graduate courses in Rio de Janeiro and to discuss the effects of this distribution on the constitution of the field, based on Foucault’s genealogical analysis. For this purpose, a survey was carried out in the three stricto-sensu graduate programs in Rio de Janeiro, which sought to collect data on the four-year period (2017-2020), number of teachers, dissertations and theses defended or in progress during this period. It is concluded that given the Foucault’s genealogy in which the knowledge-power in the discursivity of the biologization of Physical Education allows us to understand that Physical Education approaches the hegemonic model of science, achieving greater legitimacy in the scientific and social fields.

Effects of polyphenol use in Head and Neck Cancer therapy: Integrative review
Head and neck cancers (HNC) have a high morbidity and mortality rate, even after technological advances in conventional cancer therapy. Thus, the study of adjuvant therapies, such as the use of polyphenols, presents potential results in the treatment of HNC. This review aimed to identify the effects of using polyphenols in the treatment of HNC. An integrative review was carried out using the PICo tool, performing the search in four electronic databases, using the terms “Polyphenols”, “Head and Neck Cancer” and “Therapy”, in addition to their correspondence in English and Spanish. A total of 25 articles comprised the study sample. The data extraction strategy sought to identify mainly the compound, mechanism of action, main outcomes, level of evidence and study design. The most prevalent study design was “review” and “in vitro” and the review identified that the most used compounds were Curcumin and Resveratrol. Almost unanimously, the studies pointed to antineoplastic effects of polyphenols in HNC, activating mechanisms of cell death and tumor reduction, through several ways. Thus, considering the effect of conventional therapies for HNC, as well as its clinical outcome, the use of polyphenols is a potential and promising option, instigating the development of research that addresses in detail the cellular mechanisms, adverse effects and dosages.

Responses of IPR Campos Gerais and BRS Estilo bean cultivars to different nitrogen fertilizer rates in corn (Zea mays L.) succession
Among the nutrients, nitrogen (N) is the element required in greater quantity by the bean plant. Depending on the cultivar, it has greater or lesser N-fixing capacity. The aim of this work was to evaluate the performance of two common bean cultivars under nitrogen topdressing in corn succession, on yield components and yield. The experiment was carried out in randomized blocks in a 2x5 factorial scheme, the first factor being the common bean cultivars (IPR Campos Gerais and BRS Estilo) and the second factor the nitrogen rates (0, 30, 60, 90 and 120 kg ha- 1), with four repetitions. At harvest, plants were collected in one meter, in the useful area of each subplot to determine: number of plants per meter; number of pods/plant; number of grains/plant; number of grains/pods; mass of a thousand grains and productivity. The cultivars differed regarding the number of pods per plant, grains per plant and yield, but they were equivalent for the number of plants per meter, grains per pod and mass of a thousand grains. Comparing the production component number of pods per plant and grain yield, it is concluded that the cultivar that produced the highest number of pods per plant and showed the highest yield was BRS Estilo. There were differences between the treatments for the two cultivars, only in the yield obtained. The highest yield averages were obtained in treatments with doses above 60 kg ha-1 of N.

An analysis of the female role in the social program Bolsa Família
This article aims to realize an analysis of the female role in the conditionalities imposed by the social program Bolsa Família. To achieve our purpose, we utilized a methodology of theoretical documentary analysis, which permits to contextualize and visualize our object of study. Firstly, we realized a brief historical background of the origin of the feminist movement and their fight for their rights (Pinto, 2010), then we did a panorama about the beginning of the programs of income transference in Brazil (Caus, 2015), and as well the appearing of the social program Bolsa Família (PBF) (Abreu, 2011). Posteriorly, we worked with questions which reflects the conditionalities and their negative influence on the beneficiaries’ lives, as also the inferiorization discourses which turn out to obligate the woman to handle with the imposed conditionalities by the social program (Gomes, 2011), consequently, we realized a debate between the positive and negative propositions that PBF provides by the income transference (Ferreira, 2012). As a result, our research points out that even the conditionalities redirect the women to a spot that they worked trough years and by means of movements to withdraw themselves, we affirmed that the beneficiaries can be considered as empowered women and, due to PBF, they can have autonomy and power of decision among their family.

Influence of the addition of yerba mate (Ilex paraguariensis A. St. Hil.) in powder on the physicochemical characteristics and bioactive potential of meads
Mead is an alcoholic beverage, resulting from the fermentation of honey dilution in water, in the presence of yeast. The diversification of mead can be carried by out addition of fruits and herbs. Yerba mate is a native plant of South America, being widely studied for being an excellent source of phenolic compounds and with high antioxidant capacity. Thus, the objective of this work was to evaluate the influence of addition of yerba mate powder on the physicochemical properties and on the bioactive potential of meads. For this, three formulations of mead were elaborated: (HC): control - without addition of yerba mate; (HF): with the addition of 1% yerba mate in powder leaves submitted to cold aqueous extraction; and (HQ): with the addition of 1% yerba mate in powder leaves submitted to hot aqueous extraction. Musts and meads were evaluated for physical parameters-compounds, color, content of total phenolic compounds, in vitro antioxidant capacity, and the alcohol content of the meads. The addition of yerba mate extracts contributed to increase the acidity of musts and meads. When analyzing the total solids, all after the reduction there is a decrease in fermentation, and an increase in alcohol content. The values regarding the obtainment for the content of total phenolic compounds and for the antioxidant capacity were the highest for those with yerba mate extract, both in the musts in the meads. Thus, the results obtained in this study revealed that mate is an alternative to increase the bioactive potential of mead.

Leprosy and Social Determinants of Health in South Brazil: Geographically evaluated analysis
Objective: to verify the relationship between leprosy and geographic space, taking into account social determinants of health and using a tool that allows the analysis of these relationships locally. Methodology: Ecological study, carried out in an endemic city in southern Brazil. The geocoding of the cases was conducted and socioeconomic variables of interest were selected. After descriptive analysis, we followed with the spatial correlation through the Bivariate Moran Index, followed by Linear Regression. For the variables present in the selected model, the Geographically Weighted Regression was applied using the ArcGis software version 10.5.1. Subsequently, the results were specialized using thematic maps. Results: Regarding socioeconomic and clinical-operational characteristics, there was a greater number of male cases (55.3%), aged 16 to 60 years (69.3%), white race (67.8%), multibacillary cases (80.9%), borderline clinical form (45.2%) and disability grade I (62.6%). The spatial analysis showed an average incidence of 1.19 cases/10,000 inhabitants, in each census sector. Regarding social determinants, the characteristics are heterogeneous in space, and agglomeration of inhabitants showed a direct association with leprosy, as well as race/brown color, characterizing as risk factors in the most evident regions. On the other hand, literacy had an inverse relationship, associating an increase in literacy with a reduction in the occurrence of the disease. Conclusion: Social determinants in health help to explain the heterogeneity of disease distribution. Understanding this relationship is essential to direct prophylaxis and control actions.

The Coming Out of Gays in the Family Breast: Experience reports
In the process of discovering and revealing sexual orientation, the term outness is used to refer to the act of recognizing oneself as a homosexual, while the term coming out is synonymous with what is known as “coming out of the closet” or coming out as a homosexual in society and the family. In this context, the disclosure of sexual orientation may come to manifest as a problem in personal relationships, especially within the family. This is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study, of the type of experience report, using the Snowball method as a strategy for accessing the sources. To identify the participants, a cis gay man, called “Seed”, was asked to indicate two men also cis gay, who had different experiences in the assumption of their sexuality within the family. Two reports were obtained, identified as “Report 1 – Blue” and “Report 2 – Red”. As for the assumption of her sexuality, Azul reported that she did not interfere much in her relationship with her family. And that the relationship has always been one of self-exclusion, being excluded by family members as well. Vermelho says that the process of assuming his sexuality did not interfere in his relationship with family members, and that in the beginning, there was a period of adaptation and construction of mutual respect between him and his mother and with his sister and brother, nothing changed. This study may support discussions related to the influence of family reactions and bonds in the process of discovering the individual's sexual orientation, as well as in their behavior towards the family and society.
