Direito humano à saúde e uso terapêutico da Cannabis: um estudo de caso da liga canábica paraibana
The present work deals with the human right to health by the medicinal / therapeutic use of Cannabis in Brazil. This is a case study of the Canábica Paraibana / Brazil League. The general objective of the work is to treat access to the medicinal / therapeutic use of Cannabis for all people in Brazil as a human right to health issue. Regarding the methodology of work, a broad bibliographical review was carried out, based on authors such as: Ordacgy (2009); Barros and Peres (2011); Albuquerque (2017); and Oliveira (2016). The methods are deductive and qualitative. Categories of analysis were established, such as the Right to Health as a Human Right; Access to medicines as an element of the Right to Health and, finally, access to Medicinal Marijuana as a Human Right of Access to remedy and autonomy of treatment, allowing on the basis of them to produce a case study of the Paraiba Cannabis League, by observing their actions and interviews of some of its members. In this research are analyzed authors, legislation and lawsuits dealing with Cannabis for medicinal / therapeutic purposes. To know about the trajectory of the Canábica Paraibana League, it was necessary to conduct a field survey to interview two members of this non-profit association. These people are marijuana users for medical / therapeutic purposes and have been struggling for years to regulate this use in Brazil. As for the research problem, there is a need on the part of vulnerable people - sick and infirm - for the medical / therapeutic use of marijuana in our country. In this sense, we ask: how should the human right to health be treated by the medicinal / therapeutic use of Cannabis for those who prove the need for use in Brazil? The research is justified by the need for a specific interdisciplinary study on this subject in Brazil. Studying about marijuana in Brazil is controversial and therefore it is necessary to establish a dialogue with the community for a cultural change. Paraíba is a pioneer when it comes to the therapeutic / medicinal use of Cannabis and the UFPB is an institution that has opened space for research, information and reflection on the use of this plant. It is necessary that there be this interdisciplinary study so that the people know about the difficulties that several Brazilians are having for the access to the remedies derived from this plant. The current struggle is for the effectiveness of the human right to health through the use of Cannabis, in this perspective, research on this use is relevant to society, to the Master Program and to the development of research on this controversial topic. Then there must be a deconstruction of the misdemeanor prohibition of Cannabis for therapeutic / medicinal purposes and there must be a humanization of the look on the medicinal / therapeutic benefits of this plant in the Democratic State of Law.

A influência de Jacob Burckhardt e o conceito de força plástica no pensamento de Nietzsche
The purpose of the present work is to analyze the influence of the Swiss historian Jacob Burckhardt and, from this analysis, to understand the concept of plastic power in Nietzsche’s philosophy. We raise the hypothesis that the themes presented in Burckhardt’s thought such as, the ideal of greatness, history as a utility for life, the influence of art in the process of creation, the critical of historicism and the progress of history, they eventually contributed to the construction of Nietzsche’s historical thought present in his Second Untimely Meditation: and, above all, the concept of plastic power. However, we do not mean that Nietzsche’s philosophy is a faded copy of Burckhardt’s ideas. We intend to demonstrate that the reading that the philosopher made of the historian allowed, through a productive appropriation, the development of his own thinking. To our hypothesis we support ourselves in texts of the aforementioned thinkers and in the studies of the commentators on the subject. Considering that the concept of plastic power is a theme that is not much studied by philosophy, it was also necessary a proper exercise of interpretation. Thus, it was possible to demonstrate how such a concept was present, although treated differently, in the mature phase of Nietzsche’s thought. We will support the idea that the plastic power pervades Nietzsche’s philosophy, from his youth to the period in which the philosopher treats Life as a Desire for Power and Eternal Recurrence.

Contradi(c)ções de um “nego dito”: análise de canções de Itamar Assumpção através da semiótica peirciana
This work intends to analyze songs by Itamar Assumpção according to the General Theory of Signs, by Charles Sanders Peirce. For this, some authors make up the main theoretical base, besides Peirce (1975, 2000), as Lucia Santaella (2000), Winfried Noth (2003) and Expedito Ferraz Junior (2012). The area of theoretical concentration of the present study is Literature, Theory and Criticism, in the research line of semiotic studies. The objectives of this research are: to approach the modes of representation defined by Peirce through their trichotomous classifications, especially with respect to that which characterizes the sign according to the relation that it establishes with its object, classifying it as iconic , indexical or symbolic; make considerations about body and performance in order to better understand the relationship between body, music and orality, and recognize in the figure of the songwriter the fundamental role of sign agglutinator; to approach elements that make up the diction and the work of Itamar Assumpção; Finally, to analyze the modes of representation acting in three songs by Itamar Assumpção - Nego Dito, Luzia and Suicide Visit. The work also has as theoretical support the authors Luiz Tatit (2002; 2004; 2007; 2008) and José Miguel Wisnik (1989); in the analyzes, we bring the studies of Pierre Bourdieux (2002), Paul Gilroy (2012), Heleieth Saffiotti (2001) and Michelle Perrot (2003).

A poética da emulação no de Rerum natura
The poem De rerum natura, by Lucretius, may be considered one of the greatest masterpieces of all Latin literature, having been composed in the first half of the first century BC, with a clear didactic intention to propagate the epicureanism in the middle of the Roman society of that time, weakened by wars and political conflicts of enormous relevance. In view of the fragmentation of the social structure of the urbs, based on a republican system in deep débâcle, the poet Titus Lucretius Carus, fervent adept of the philosophy of Epicurus, saw in this doctrine an important way of moral salvation for corruption of the customs in his generation. Epicurus praised an attitude of total abstention from political life as well as from search for wealthies, in order to reach true happiness, through the study of nature and its laws, and freedom from death and gods’ fear. Despite the pragmatic objectives attributable to the Lucretian’s intent, there is no doubt as to the literary value of his work, due to its notorious mimesis of cosmic order. At the same time, it is also possible to perceive in the poetic construction of the De rerum natura innumerable allusions and references to other texts, either of the didactic aspect as the great classical epic’s one, going back to a fruitful emulative dialogue between Lucretius and all literary tradition. Thus, the purpose of this work is to analyze Book one of poem, based on the understanding of a poetic that reflects its mimetic relations with the other works that make up the epic-didactic poetry. For this purpose, we shall use Palimpsestes: la littérature au second degré, by Gérard Genette, as a theoretical basis for our research, which will provide us with the necessary background to the study of literature under the key of comparativism; As well as, the theoretical contribution of earlier authors who endeavored to understand the phenomenon of mimesis in art, such as Plato, Aristotle, Quintilian, and others, will serve as resource.

Avaliação comportamental não clínica do metileugenol em modelo de depressão induzida por dexametasona com fêmeas
Considered a serious mood disorder, depression has been pointed out as a disabling condition in many cases. Studies have shown that stress has been important for the onset of this disease and, along with several other environmental conditions and abnormalities, provide such an event. In this way, it is always sought to improve the forms of treatment, in a way that provides better efficiency to the patients affected. In view of this, essential oils have many bioactive compounds, such as phenylpropanoids. These have different pharmacological activities, such as anxiolytic, anti-inflammatory, anticonvulsive and antidepressant. Methyleugenol is a phenylpropanoid, a structural analogue of eugenol, which has already exhibited various pharmacological activities. Thus, the lack of research on the antidepressant activity of methyleugenol encouraged the accomplishment of this work. The present research investigated the potential antidepressant activity of methyleugenol in adult female mice submitted to the dexamethasone-induced stress model. For this, the animals received a pre-administration of dexamethasone (64 μg / kg s.c.) 3h30min, before performing the behavioral tests of tail suspension, splash test and open field. Methyleugenol (25, 50 and 100 mg / kg i.p) and imipramine (10 mg / kg i.p.) were administered 45 minutes and 30 minutes, respectively, prior to testing. In the tail suspension test, for the latency parameter for immobility, methyleugenol at a dose of 50 mg / kg was able to increase latency compared to the dexamethasone group. And for the immobility time, methyleugenol at the dose of 50 and 100 mg / kg decreased the immobility time compatible with the standard drug imipramine. Then the animals were evaluated in the splash test, in the latency parameter for grooming the doses of 25 and 50 mg / kg of methyleugenol and imipramine decreased this latency in relation to dexamethasone. Doses of 25 and 50 mg / kg, and imipramine increased the grooming time when compared to the group of animals that exclusively received dexamethasone. In the open field test, methyleugenol at doses of 25, 50 and 100 mg / kg and imipramine increased the number of crosses; and at the dose of 50 mg / kg increased the percentage of dwell time at the center of the open field when compared to dexamethasone. As for latency for rearing, the 50 mg / kg dose of methyleugenol decreased latency, and no significant differences were found between the groups evaluated for the number of rearing. In the evaluation of the possible mechanisms of action of methyleugenol, the tail suspension test at the dose of 50 mg / kg was used, which presented better effects in the tests described. Administration of the SC23390 antagonist demonstrated the participation of D1 dopaminergic receptors in the anti-depressant activity of methyleugenol, as well as α1-adrenergic receptors with the use of the prazosin antagonist and serotonergic receptor with the use of a serotonin-PCPA synthesis inhibitor. The findings demonstrate that methyleugenol did not interfere in the locomotor activity of the animals and presented a relevant antidepressant activity through dopaminergic D1 and α1-adrenergic receptors.

O funcionamento sintático e semântico-discursivo da relativização no português brasileiro: usos na modalidade escrita
The objective of this thesis is to study relativization in Brazilian Porruguese. Relativization is understood as a phenomenon that envolves the use of relative pronouns in their immediate context—the adjective clauses being the starting point for any analysis of linguistic iteins that assume this function. The corpus organized for this study consists of 200 essays, produced for the selective processes of two Brazilian educational institutions, one public and the other private. This work is based on the functional theory, which considera language in the context in which it is used as au expression of the users' communicative competency. The general objective motivating this study is to describe the syntactic and semantic-discursive functions of the relative pronouns in the essays; to examine the types of rhetorical relationships that the adjective clauses maintain with their nuclear or matrix sentences; to analyze how the relative pronouns function in light of grammaticalization principies; and to identify the prototypical behavior of the pronouns and the adjective clauses. The research related to the levei of integration between the adjective clauses and their matrix or nuclear sentences is based on Hopper and Traugouth (1993) and on Oliveira (2001a; 2001b). This study counts on Rhetorical Structure Theory (MANN; THOMPSON, 1987a; 1987b, 1988; MATH1ESSEN; THOMPSON, 1987) for its analysis of the rhetorical relationships established between clauses connected by relative pronouns. For the functional analysis of pronouns, this study is supported by the concepts of grammaticalization (GIVÓN, 1995; HOPPER, 1987; HOPPER; TRAUGOUTH, 1993) and of retroactive-propeller sequenciation (TAVARES, 2003). The data analysis reveals innovative uses of relative pronouns which do not necessarily breai( from grammatical norms. Different leveis of sentence integration were identified, putting forward the proposal of a continuum attempting to include ali the leveis of integration between adjective clauses and relative pronouns. The different uses of relative pronouns were recognized as syntactic or semantic-discursive strategies, which led to the identification of at least 11 (eleven) relativization strategies. Also identified were different types of rhetorical relationships between adjective clauses and their matrix or nuclear sentences. This study understands that relative sentences exercise a fundamental role in the articulation of ideas, in the argumentation and the presentation of a point of view with regards to a stated theme. Finally, it recognizes that relative pronouns are characterized as a class of linguistic itens in process of grammaticalization. assuming new semantic and pragmatic functions depending on the context in which they are inserted.

Imaginário e representações sociais do sertão nos quadrinhos brasileiros contemporâneos
This dissertation deals with the imaginary and representations of the sertão within the artistic production of Brazilian comics. For analysing the theme two works representative of the theme published in Brazil will be used: Estórias Gerais, originally published in 2001, with scripts by Wellington Srbek and art by Flávio Colin, and Bando de dois, with text and art by Danilo Beyruth, published in 2010. The objective of this research will be to analyze how the country men and his daily life were represented in comics. The methodology used was Thompson's depth hermeneutics and as a theoretical reference, Durand and Maffesoli's imaginary studies, Durval Albuquerque's Northeastern social construction, and Stuart Hall's work on the sociological and postmodern subject were used to compose the character construction analysis. Studies of Scott McCloud and Will Eisner have also been used as a way of seeking an understanding of the particular aesthetics of Comics. The two comics use prized elements in the sertão’s narrative, such as the imposition of the environment as determinant of acts, oral traditions as shapers of character and rigid stratifications of classes and social functions. In the first one, we see a reinvention of the sertão with new aesthetic meanings in a timeless graphic novel that seeks to bring into the comic language all the elements that formed the basis for the representation of the country men. The second ome transports the memory of the sertão to a more contemporary approach, employing narrative techniques borrowed from western and American comics. The dissertation contributes to the increasing relevance of comic studies within national identity and memory discussions.

O discurso sobre o uso pedagógico do desenho na Alfabetização de Jovens e Adultos (AJA)
The objective of this research is to analyze the discourse about the pedagogical use of drawing in the Literacy of Youth and Adults (LYA). In methodological terms, the work moves through the Archaeological Discourse Analysis, in the Foucaultian perspective (FOUCAULT, 2008). Specifically, we aim to identify the documents that evidence this discourse; to map in the excavated documents the series of signs that constitute the statement of the pedagogical use of drawing in the LYA; describe the enunciative series that imply this discourse; and finally, to reflect on the implications of this discourse for politics and the educational practice of Literacy of Youth and Adults. Our hypothesis was the affirmation that in this discourse there are series of statements that correlate the pedagogical use of drawing in the Literacy of Youth and Adults to a problematizing education, based on the ethical, political and epistemological pillars of Popular Education. The primary corpus consisted of the CNE / CEB Opinion No. 11/2000, which deals with the National Curricular Guidelines for Youth and Adult Education; o Opinion CNE / CEB nº 23/2008 that establishes the Operational Guidelines for the Education of Youth and Adults; and finally, closing the first group of documents, the Guide of Didactic Books for the National Program of Didactic Book directed to Education of Youth and Adults. The mapping of primary documents directed us to a documentary network that allowed us to identify and analyze the discourse of "pedagogical use of drawing in LYA". After excavation, analysis and description of the statements, it was possible to identify in the enunciation of Youth and Adult Literacy two enunciative domains: the political, who mobilizes the correlate of the institutionality, giving visibility to public policies and the right to education for this public. Activating the function of militancy, evidencing the struggle for citizenship and autonomy of the people, where social movements are present in the search for the liberation of the literate subjects; the second enunciative domain is the pedagogical one, which triggers the enunciative correlate of the illiterate as a position of educating subject. On the enunciative field of pedagogical use of drawing, three domains have been identified: that of technology, which takes the architectural correlate by triggering associated fields such as geometry and mathematics; the iconic-symbolic domain, which triggers the correlate of communication and the symbolic function of drawing; finally, the pedagogical domain, with the ethical, epistemological and methodological correlates of the use of the drawing. In view of the enunciative findings, we conclude with an incursion into the pedagogical use of drawing in the Literacy of Youth and Adults and how this discourse can contribute to a problematizing education based on the ethical, political and epistemological pillars of Popular Education

Eixos temáticos do ensino religioso na obra de Inês Carniato: uma análise nos livros didáticos da coleção ensino religioso fundamental
The experience as a professor of Religious Education (ER, for the Portuguese abbreviation) aroused the interest in researching how the thematic axes of ER, “Religious” “Culture and tradition”, “Sacred Scripture or Oral Traditions”, “Theologies”, “Rites” and “Ethos” are expressed in the didactic collection of ER by Inês Carniato (2010). My main objective is: to analyze thematic axes of the PCNER that are present on the ER didactic books collection; my specific objectives are: to reflect on the curricular aspects of 5 thematic axes of the ER Culture and Tradition, Sacred Scripture and/or Oral Traditions, Theologies; Ethos and Rites; to present the importance of the ER didactic books in the current curricular policies corroborated in the ER professor formation; to analyze and to catalog in the types of sources presented in the didactic books by Inês Carniato the factors that contribute to the promotion of interreligious dialogue, regarding religious cultural diversity and the orientation for the culture of peace. In this research we adopt, the following procedures, it is a bibliographical research focused in the discourse analysis. A qualitative analysis of data (68 fotographs – texts, statements, images and exercises) consolidated in a first part, descripted, as the author systematized textual elements of the work, the other part, reflective, we emphasized the interpretation of the data based in the literature. As an objective research we use, three didactic books - of 6th grade, 7th grade and the 8th grade of high school, by Inês Carniato authorship. In the first chapter, we will present the historic periods of ER in Brazilian education and the importance of each thematic axis of ER. In the second chapter, a brief historical overview of the ER didactic book and his contribution as a didactic subsidy in the context of Education and Science of Religions. In the third chapter, we will make an analysis of the mentioned books, quoting examples of determined pages of the collection where those ER thematic axes are expressed. It is so, determined pages of the collection, express on certain illustrations, fragments and exercises the idea of a transcendent (a single God in all religions), however they have brought a wide diversity of beliefs and spiritualties throughout the contents

Produção de alimentos na cidade: uma estratégia para o desenvolvimento local sustentável a partir de experiências em João Pessoa - PB
In the Prospects for World Urbanization report, the United Nations (UN) highlights that 54% of the global population live in urban areas and in the next three decades there will be 6 billion people in the cities. Clearly, this implies in the risk of the current and future condition of urban sustainable development of residents in large urban conglomerates. It is known that natural resources are limited and from the moment they are withdrawn, without proper relocation, they tend to become extinct. Alternatively, people are looking for healthier, sustainably produced foods, particularly the vulnerable households, by promoting a rich and dignified diet and nutrition, while increasing their purchasing power and promoting sustainable agriculture. In this context, this work aimed to study, quantify and characterize the different practices of Urban Gardens as an instrument of sustainable urban development, developed in the city of João Pessoa-PB. The methods used in this work were qualitative and quantitative researches, developed in four stages: preliminary surveys, analysis, synthesis/ results and conclusion. This study revealed an expressive number of gardens (community, school, private and therapeutic) spread in 36 city districts, developed in public or private spaces, most of them being cultivated on a small scale. Identification of these experiences allowed the creation of a collaborative map, by using Google My Maps, with the characterization of each vegetable garden. In the research were evidenced public policies instituted by the local government that foment the urban agriculture. Thus, the use of the Horta Fácil program proved to be efficient in the planning, design and management of a vegetable production, in the face of empirical simulation in an empty area with high potential for horticultural transformation. The estimate of the potential for food production in areas of study indicated that it is not possible to achieve food self-sufficiency of the population. In addition, the community representations reconstituted by the Discourse of the Collective Subject method were heterogeneous and allowed the population's perception regarding the theme.

Intervenções urbanas em Waterfronts: produção e apropriação do espaço público contemporâneo: o caso do Projeto Porto Novo Recife-PE
La relación entre la ciudad, sus puertos y los frentes de agua siempre ha sido bastante estreicha. En el contexto de Recife, siendo determinante para la formación, expansión y desarrollo económico de la ciudad. En el transcurso de largo período de decadencia de esas áreas, vemos una tendencia creciente de propuestas de intervención que "reinventan" la imagen de las ciudades (o de parcelas específicas de la misma), convirtiendo sus usos para actividades ligadas, principalmente al turismo, entretenimiento y grandes centros de alta tecnología, lo que tiende a revalorizar esos territorios y su entorno inmediato. Esta investigación trata específicamente de la intervención urbana realizada en el waterfront del Barrio de Recife con el Proyecto Porto Novo Recife, observando la dinámica reciente de producción del espacio urbano, a partir de una lógica banalizada de reordenamiento territorial que tiende a concebir espacios funcionalmente especializados a través de la reproducción de espacialidades similares con poca complejidad. Son elementos que siguen una tendencia de mercantilización y simplificación del paisaje urbano, en concordancia con el proceso de ''urbanalización''. El objetivo central es analizar, caracterizar y experimentar la intervención urbana en el objeto de estudio, observando desde las estrategias proyectivas en la concepción, como las formas de uso y apropiación del espacio público actual. El método consiste en la unión entre reflexión teórica, análisis documental y análisis física, apoyados en un enfoque etnográfico que nos ha permitido aproximar las cuestiones comportamentales, las sociabilidades y los conflictos presentes en el espacio público contemporáneo.

Influência do hidrogênio na tenacidade à fratura quase estática de juntas dissimilares amanteigadas e soldadas com ligas de níquel
A sequence of failures in dissimilar welded joints in components of offshore structures subjected to cathodic protection has been verified in recent years. The flaws occurred at the interface of the buttery flange of ARBL steels with the Inconel 625 nickel alloy. This fact has generated a lot of research, which looks for the probable causes and solutions for the phenomenon. The present work aims to analyze the susceptibility of dissimilar welded union to hydrogen embrittlement from the cathodic protection system through quasi-static fracture toughness tests (CTOD), as well as the mechanical and microstructural behavior of the dissimilar buttery interface of the steel AISI 4130. The MIG welding process was used in the buttery welding and closure of the dissimilar joint. The influence variables analyzed were the conventional and pulsed current modes, the types of addition metals, the thermal stress relief treatment (TTAT) and the hydrogen from the cathodic protection system. The response variables were: the microstructure and the microhardness at the interface of the buttery solder, the dissimilar joint hardness and the toughness to the quasi-static fracture of the ZTA (Thermally Affected Zone) of the buttery and welded joint. The results showed that the welding procedure is fundamental for the control of the Partially Diluted Zones (ZPDs) in the buttery welding interface. Regardless of the mode of current and the addition metal it was found that TTAT made the interface more fragile. The results also showed that the type of addition metal significantly influenced the fracture toughness response of the dissimilar joint; the values of CTOD showed that the fracture toughness of the AISI 4130 steel was not influenced by the retained hydrogen, however, it was shown that the ZTA of the buttery like pulsed current mode and Inconel 625 is more susceptible to hydrogen fragility.

Capacitação para agentes comunitários de saúde sobre a atenção à saúde do idoso
Introduction: The Community Health Agent (ACS) has an important role in the health care of the elderly, because their attributions make possible the knowledge of the living conditions of the elderly in the family context and the community. Their work process is complex and requires permanent qualification, with the perspective of qualifying their attention to the health of the elderly. The objective of this study is to train and valorize this professional in order to contribute to the realization of health care for the integral of the elderly, as recommended by the PNSPI guidelines. Objectives: To identify in the scientific literature the perception of the ACS about the health care of the elderly in the primary care;Develop a Training Course on elderly health care for the ACS of a Health and Family Unit and Prepare a training course plan on elderly health care for the ACS.Methodology: This is a descriptive, qualitative research-action study in a Family Health Unit. Regarding ethical aspects, the project was submitted to the evaluation of the Ethics Committee of the Health Sciences Center (CCS) and approved under opinion No. 2,190 of July 27, 2017, and CAAE: 67103917.6.0000.5188. The participants of the research were ACS eigth from a Family Health Unit.To carry out the research, it followed the four phases of action research: phase 1: Training planning; phase 2: Acting to implement the planned improvement: this phase concerns the execution of the training of the ACS; Phase 3: Monitor action and Phase 4: Evaluation. Data analysis was performed in a descriptive way in all phases of the research. Results and Discussion: The result of this research was the production of two articles and one product, the first one being an integrative review article in the literature, which showed that care for the elderly in Brazil has gaps and flaws in the qualification of ACS as well as, point out that elderly people's health care and aging actions are not being implemented in Primary Care services. Based on this review, a training course on elderly health care for the ACSs was elaborated in a dialogical perspective, seeking to understand the gaps in the formation of ACS and allowing the reflection of its work process (Article 2) and the product was the qualification of the ACS resulting as an important moment of change of daily practice of ACS with the elderly. Conclusions: The training developed in this study contributed to the training of this professional, as he raised needs, developed permanent education actions, allowing reflections on his work process, offering new elements for the planning and execution of his actions and activities with the elderly, in a positive and integral perspective. From this research results the elaboration of a qualification for ACS on health care of the elderly.

Alyne e seus espectros: breve estudo sobre violência obstétrica no Brasil
In 2010, a survey of the Perseu Abramo Foundation, reported that 1/4 of Brazilian women suffer from Obstetric Violence (VO). Improving maternal health was one of the millennium goals of the meeting of the 191 member states of the United Nations in the year 2000. Despite the decrease in maternal mortality (MM) worldwide, Brazil was not able to reduce it to the satisfaction and continues with indicators considered high by WHO (62 maternal deaths per 100,000 live births). In this study, VO and MM were studied, starting from Alyne Pimentel, a black and poor girl from the city of Belfort Roxo, in Rio de Janeiro, who died in 2002 due to attendance health professionals. The study expanded from the reports of women who had suffered a violation of their Reproductive and Sexual Rights, whose stories were widely publicized, either by the media or by the NGO ARTEMIS database. The study proposed here confirmed that VO and MM continue to occur in profusion in Brazil, in situations similar to that of Alyne Pimentel, and the humanization of care, observance of practices based on scientific evidence, and delivery houses remain ideal. achieved and not a reality. Finally, it was intended to understand the reasons why, up to the present moment, only a small fraction of reports of abuses have reached the Judiciary, specifically the higher courts - STF and STJ. It was concluded that there is a serious lack of access to justice and that even in Brazil, there is no specific criminological type for VO, there are legal instruments to hold criminals accountable, both in civil and criminal cases, and under criminal law.

A cartografia escolar como metodologia na formação de professores de geografia na Universidade Estadual da Paraíba
In this dissertation we seek to analyze the School Cartography as methodology in the training of Geography teachers of the Universidade Estadual da Paraíba – UEPB, knowing that this institution offers the Geography course in Campus I – Campina Grande – and Campus III - Guarabira. Specifically, we contextualized the School Cartography in the teaching of Geography; we present the teachers' conceptions of the disciplines, focused on Cartography; we investigate and compare the students' understanding of the use of School Cartography in Geography classes. As a research methodology, we carried out a bibliographical survey based on theorists that approach the themes: Teacher training, curriculum, practice and teaching knowledge; School Cartography; among others. Thus, we used a semi-structured interview script and a questionnaire to collect data through the voluntary participation of three teachers - responsible for the Cartography disciplines - and forty-three students from the last semester of the course. Based on the data collected in this research, we observed that teachers configure their teaching practices in a bias directed to geographic technique, constituting in fragilities passed on to students in relation to the school discipline Geography, mainly in the use of cartographic knowledge. In addition, we understood how the use of School Cartography in the training of Geography teachers was given, and we identified that, despite the students having the opportunity to study subjects in the area of Cartography and access, however restricted, the materials demonstrated dissatisfaction with their Training, there is obviously a lack of preparation for teaching practice. Based on the discourses of the research subjects, we also identified problems related to infrastructure, time load, and teaching methodology of teachers. We also verified that the teachers interviewed need to rethink their practice and the importance of their role as teacher training future teachers, who present the responsibility to insert in their pedagogical practices new possibilities for the training of teachers for the teaching of Geography and the use of Cartography as a methodology for this training.

A ressignificação de saberes docentes nas ações dos professores supervisores do PIBID de Geografia da UEPB - Campina Grande.
This work analyzes the re-signification of the teaching knowledge from the practices of supervisors of the Geography Subproject of the Institutional Program of Initiatives for Teaching (PIBID) of the State University of Paraíba (UEPB), Campus I, in Campina Grande. In this sense, this study focuses on the investigation of the knowledge of experience produced daily by supervisors, for whom the school environment is a space for training and production of knowledge from pedagogical practice. Therefore, Continuing Education is also one of the focuses of this analysis since the teaching path symbolizes the constant commitment to the improvement of the practices as well as to the use of the different teaching knowledge, among them those of experience. Eight teachers of the Geography / PIBID / UEPB Subprojectparticipated in theresearch developed in public schools in the city of Campina Grande-PB between the years 2012 to 2018. The methodological approach adopted in the study followed the principles and procedures of collaborative research which involved the participants in the construction of all stages of this work. Initially, the eight supervisors were willing to reflect on their teaching practices at school and the supervision of PIBID grantees. These reports of practice indicated, among several contents and teaching methodologies, that Cartography was the most difficult subject to be worked in the school space. Thus, in the second stage of the research, a workshop was organized and involved with PIBID supervisors and scholars, in order to contemplate the main obstacles related to cartographic contents approach. However, during the months of September to December of 2017, for the analysis of the interviews and the planning of the workshop, there were changes in the PIBID that led to the reduction of fellowships, leaving supervisors, and culminating in the closing of the Program in February 2018. With the reduction of the number of supervisors who participated in the last activity of the research - the workshop - the sense of collaboration was maintained and the results were very positive reflecting in the understanding of the content approached by the supervisors teachers with PIBID, as well as in the perception of ways more effective and dynamic to bring such knowledge into the classroom. In addition, those involved demonstrated satisfaction when they were active participants in the elaboration of this research whose main objective is to foster the university-school relationship and the reflection of the teaching practice of Geography.

Localização de Anderson da Luz: forte dependência com ângulo de incidência
Anderson localization of light in 3D (true Anderson localization) is an open research frontier in science that shows prospects of completely new optical phenomena, which might one day result in important photonics devices. However, direct observation of localization has shown to be difficult and elusive. Instead, we propose a strategy of observing the phase transition to localization by means of a set of specifically designed experiments. We demonstrate that the outcome of these experiments is completely different than expected in the diffusive regime and can be explained by the onset of localization. This work studies the transport of light for different incidence angles in a strongly disordered optical medium composed by core-shell nanoparticles (TiO2@Silica) suspended in ethanol solution. A decrease of optical conductance and an increase of absorption near the input border are reported when the incidence angle is increased. We associated this anomalous behavior to an increase of the density of localized states (localization increase) near the input border, which could be explained by a large increase of internal reflection with the incidence angle, which in turn would be a direct consequence of the enhancement of the effective refractive index near the input border by localization itself. The specular reflection, measured for the photons that enter the sample, is considerably lower than the effective internal reflection undergone by the coherently backscattered photons in the exact opposite direction, indicating a non-reciprocal propagation of light (mirror-symmetry breaking). This study represents a novel approach in order to understand the complex physics involved in a strongly disordered optical medium at the critical regime of approaching localization.

Cultos afro-brasileiros na Paraíba: uma história em construção (1940-2010)
This thesis aims to contribute to a historical reconstruction of african-brazilian religions and afrrican-amerindian in Paraíba, namely: Jurema, Umbanda and Candomblé, respectively. The methodology of the study was basically the source of oral testimonies gathered through interviews with Mothers and Fathers-to-Saint, as well as with representatives of Federations african-brazilian. We also use various resources, primary sources, documents, laws, resources iconographic, photographic, etc. Through rich material published on the subject, we reconstructed, part of the history, demonstrating also tabulate some pictures. The use of the ancestral language, through pontos, prayers, corimas, is recurrent in the course of work, beyond the narrative of African myths in the same corpus. We made a historic reconstruction of the secular cult of the Jurema Preta, in the Site Acais, in Alhandras City , the traditional Catimbó Jurema, training Umbanda Paraibana, with the contribution of woman priests as Mother Rita Preta and Mother Laura of Santa Rita, Mother Marinalva and Father Osias of João Pessoa City. One of the most important research, takes place with the 3.434 Law, signed by Governor João Agripino (1966-1971), guaranteeing freedom of worship African-paraiba. The trajectory of militants as Mother Rita Preta, Mother Marinalva, Cícero Tomé and Carlos Leal Rodrigues (In Memorian) and had to arise on the first African-federation of Paraíba. Bellow, we recorded the arrival of traditional Candomblé the State of Paraíba, through Father Jackson of Oyá (Cajazeiras), Father Erivaldo d’Osum, both from the Ketu nation, Mother Beata of Yemonjá (In Memorian), the nation of Angola, and Mother Renilda of Alaketu (Jeje Savalú), both of João Pessoa, between the decades of 1960-1990. Finally we analyze the appearance and role o federations, usually created dissent.

Sobre algumas desigualdades clássicas e espaços de sequências
This work is divided into three parts. In the first, we study the behavior of constants that satisfy Hardy–Littlewood inequalities to multilinear forms defined in sequence spaces. Initially, we present the optimal constants for a particular type, called mixe (l p/ p−1 , l2) Littlewood inequality. Then, for other inequalities, we see what happens to the constants when we disturb the optimal exponents. In the second part, we solve definitively a problem raised by Carando, Defant and Sevilla–Peris: given the Bohnenblust–Hille inequality for complex m-homogeneous polynomials whose monomials have a number of variables uniformly bounded by a positive integer M, we show that the optimal constants are uniformly bounded, regardless of the value of m. In the third part, we study lineability in sequence spaces. We show that certain subsets of some spaces of invariant sequences contain, except for the null sequence, a closed subspace of infinite dimension.

Acidentes de trabalho e doenças ocupacionais em servidores públicos de uma instituição de ensino superior
Accidents at work and occupational diseases have been increasingly frequent in the workplace environment. In the scope of the federal public service, although the Ministry of Planning and Budget Management have already established guidelines for the organization of supervisory organs and health monitoring of the server to promote engineering standards of safety at work and quality of life, Internal Public Health Commissions (CISSP), still do not work in many public institutions, including the UFPB. This study aims to analyze occupational accidents and illnesses suffered by public servants of the UFPB, administrative technicians (laboratory assistant, laboratory technician, technician of higher level) and teachers, crowded in the didactic and research laboratories of the Health Sciences Center - CCS and Center for Exact and Natural Sciences Center - CCEN. The servers, contacted by means of electronic correspondence, who accept to participate in this research, will respond to a semi-structured questionnaire on occupational accidents and diseases that occurred between 2007 and 2016. Documental research was carried out in the institutional records. The results indicated a profile of occupational diseases and work accidents, from the point of view of the employees, however, there was no coherence with the institutional records. Nevertheless, the data may support actions aimed at improving the quality of life of UFPB's servers. It was concluded that the health and safety conditions of the server at the institution make it necessary to implement policies aimed at reducing environmental risks and accidents at work and consequently improving the quality of life of the UFPB servers.
