THE USES OF MULTICENTRALITIES FROM NATAL/RN BY PRIVATE HEALTH SERVICES
The private health services use the territory from Natal/RN in many ways. From many multi-scale events some areas were becoming concentration points of these services, while in the largest part of the territory, the same was rarefied. However, in the last years this process occurs simultaneously with a dispersion of the same for other areas of the city which began to show a significant centrality. The new territory points, target of this dispersion, are main lythe business traditional center and the new city centralities. Nevertheless, the use of the territory for these services is guided by a level of complexity, specialities and different consuming public in each subspace. In this way, we try to understand the use of multicentralities from Natal/RN city by private health care. Thus, the main point of view is based on the understanding of the formation of multiplecentralities and polynucleated in the city and the territory’s use for this activity as a resource.

THE PLUVIOMETRIC VARIABILITY IN THE MESOREGION OF THE TRIÂNGULO MINEIRO/ALTO PARANAÍBA-MG
The majority of the productive activities of Mesoregion Triangulo Mineiro/Alto Paranaíba-MG is linked to the primary sector, whose productivity is a lot dependent on rhythm of rainfall. This article reports results of research aimed to verification of the variability of the rain in the annual scales, seasonal, monthly and daily, with featured for determination of the beginning and end of the rainy season and analysis of the frequency of dry spells occurring in that territorial unit. For this, we used data available by the Agência Nacional de Águas (ANA) of 19 pluviometric posts, comprising historical series of 34 years (1980-2013). After the application of tools specific statistics for each of the time scales, it was observed that the beginning of the rainy season occurs predominantly in October (27% of the years analyzed) and the end occurs especially in April (76% of the years analyzed). Inside of the rainy season is common the occurrence of dry spells of intensity predominantly weak to average (7 to 12 days), especially in the months February and March. The majority of the daily rains is weak, occurring below of 10 mm and are less significant for the total of the rainfall heights. The rainfall classified as strong, above 30 mm, have low frequency (13% of the total of the rainfall events), but are responsible for almost half of the annual pluviometric volume.

FRESH FISH TRADE NETWORKS IN THE STREET MARKETS OF PALMAS, TOCANTINS STATE, BRAZIL
This paper focuses on fresh fish trade networks found in the street markets of Palmas, capital of Tocantins state, Brazil, so as to identify the economic agents involved and the various geographical spaces which interact as a result of these networks. Fresh fish trade in Palmas takes place in distributor warehouses, grocery stores, supermarkets and hypermarkets, fish shops, and fishing communities, but it is street markets that constitute the most popular sale venues. Sellers also establish downstream trade networks with the end consumer at markets and with establishments in the food and small retail sectors, whose interactions produce mostly local connections, in Palmas and in the Luzimangues district (close to Palmas). Such connections are marked by consumption processes in these urban areas. Key-words: network, fresh fish trade, street markets.

TRADITIONAL COMMUNITIES DETERRITORIALIZATION ISSUES AND TOURISM – THE “NEW CURRAL MASTER”
The deterritorialization of traditional communities can occur in many ways, going from the use of armed force and the Law to a complex and filled of subtleties process such as the one studied by this article, that reports on a careful research of land for tourism sales and purchasing documents, in a case study carried out in the County of Ilhabela, São Paulo State, Brazil, at the Curral neighborhood/ beach, with the caiçara population. In addition to the documents, this study also carried out qualitative interviews and a bibliographic review. By using observation, interviews, theoretical discussions and analyses, it is possible to apprehend that, in the contemporary world, the seduction involved in the sale of lands which makes the participation in the world of consumption possible, is key to understand this process, highly controversial in the community. On the other hand, the concept of territory seen as group, a community inheritance, can help with the construction of collective projects to prevent deterritorialization.

Significative masterwork of Brazilian literature, “Ancient Tillage” by Raduan Nassar, is a tragic drama about André’s, the protagonist, hýbris to the familiar peasantry order and its impositions. By the way of geographical interpretation based on the humanistic perspective, in particular by the means of the existentialist phenomenology, the essay appoints to an hermeneutical reading of the artwork to reach the understanding of subject-place dialectics. LANDSCAPES DINAMICS IN MODELO-SC: RUPTURES AND CONTINUITIES
In the preterit and current landscapes of Modelo-SC are observed ruptures and continuities between objects, shapes and functions. Those transformations are motivated by changes in the relationship between society and the environment through the techniques. The municipality of Modelo, taken as area of research, showed significant changes in the landscape from the beginning of colonization in the late 1940s to the present day. The historical and photographic registers proved to be an important source to accompany these changes, assisting in understanding territorial formation of forms and spatial contents. It was shown, in this way, that the current landscape guard multiple inheritance - between continuities and ruptures – in the forms and contents that made up the landscapes of the past. Although, the adoption of modern techniques, such as observed of highways, building systems and power supply, imposes significant changes to the landscape, cannot be completely disregarded the past functions that authorized the ways of work in another moment.

URBAN PLANNING AND SOCIAL PARTICIPATION IN MEDIUM-SIZED CITIES: A REVIEW OF MONTES CLAROS/MG MASTER PLAN
The Brazilian Constitution/CFB-1988 in its Articles 182 and 183 established popular participation and the participation of other segments in the urban planning process with the actions of public power. The city statute of 2001 reinforced such premise aiming at the development of the urban municipality. This article analyses the revision of Montes Claros/MG Planning Law, since 2015, as well as social participation considering urban instruments as tools for management and municipal planning. Documents (minutes) of sectoral and public community hearings were examined in addition to the direct observation in public meetings to review the Master Plan. The results showed low participation of population, guidelines preparation by groups of specialists, and submission of proposals for legitimation in Community public hearings in some municipal planning regions in a short period of time - 01 (one) month. It is, thus, necessary to mobilize the participation of society in a critical participatory and political process of planning and urban management.
THEORETICAL AND IDEOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE GLOBAL WARMING DISCOURSE
The global warming derived from human activities issue takes account today of a considerable part of individual and public attention in the political, economic, social and environmental scenario. The theoretical and ideological aspects of the environmental discourses involved are however often ignored. This paper aims to bring to light without attempting to exhaust the discussion on this subject (the ideology that involves interpretations of global climate change). To reach the objective it will be used de theoretical framework of ideology developed by Göhan Therborn (1991) applied to Six Degrees book by Mark Lynas (2009) and An inconvenient truth documentary by Al Gore (2006) analysis. Both works served as an example for the characterization of the point of view that blames human activities for global warming as ideological and how this ideology interpellates the individuals, in order to submit and qualify them.
