The dissertation proposes identifying objectives that evangelical radio stations want to achieve with your program schedule. We argue that currently uses this means of mass communication, not only as a strategy for evangelization. But yes, as a political, commercial and educational. The thesis proposes a study on the definition of mass communication and its application within sight of schools of thought Frankfurt and Toronto. The theme of the history of radio offers a historical study on the radio between the years 1873 and 1920. We defend that the radio came up with the objective of meeting the need for communication at a distance without physical contact. It was first introduced in Brazil in order to elevate the culture and education of the Brazilian people. The theme of the objective of evangelical radio stations proposes to identify the profile of evangelical radio stations of Rio de Janeiro through a study of the three most listened radios evangelical city according to IBOPE.

This study adresses a work performed in a higher education institution (HEI) with the main objective of promote value proposal expansion in the relationship with students. As a means to achieve this goal, To accomplish this goal, we seek to achieve the specific objectives of: proposing actions to increase the efficiency of the service process and student satisfaction, reducing the incidence of complaints, identifying means and proposing solutions to improve student relationship management and create value for the institution, its students and other stakeholders. It is an interventionist proposal, accepted by HEI. Initially, we describe the steps already taken so far and then the future steps to be taken. Part of the intervention that has already been carried out includes the steps of defining the task force responsible for required actions, interactions and analyzes dedicated to understanding the problem, searching for technological solutions available in the market and contacts with potential suppliers, developing, detailing and presenting the project to internal decision-making bodies. After their approval, the tool was acquired and is being implemented according to the established schedule. Tests performed in the initial phase of implementation indicate potential gains in quality of service to the target audience. The ongoing project is characterized as a significant change in the institutional practices of relationship with its target audiences, constituting innovative and replicable action in other similar organizations, which also deal with the characteristic complexity of managing the relationship with their audiences.

This project aims to understand the key issues of contemporary metropolises addressing discontinuities, breaks, fragmentation, flows, real estate depreciation and constitution of the urban landscape, focusing on the Elevado Costa e Silva, in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The work, divided into four main parts, starts with the insertion of “Minhocão” within the context of global transformation of post-industrial urban structures, developing a specific reading of this territory through walking and landscape observation. This project also presents occupation concepts and urban perception, as well as aspects of urban and cultural development of the region, using the definition of specific elements and concepts incorporated for clarification , It uses walking as an intervention action and meaning, by which the landscape (trans) formation will happen, based on the aesthetic and experimental vision. The walking experience and interaction within this reality moves the territory to a surreal atmosphere, making it possible to be read and written – in a rather introspective and personal way – transforming the territory into a narrative sequence. The project then continues to the recognition of the local pre-existence, with its characteristics and life through actions based on otherness. . Finally, after addressing the relevant issues of the selected region and describing the Elevado’s insertion in the urban context in its two levels and territory, it presents considerations about all information collected and recommendations for advancement and continuity in the direction of problems solutions.. The method is developed in a qualitative guidance, with analysis of the concepts proposed in the work of the selected authors

This dissertation analyzes three Urban Projects - Céramique in the city of Maastricht, Netherlands; St. Jean, in Geneva, Switzerland; Bicocca in Milan, Italy - deployed in areas with problems of degradation resulting from industrial obsolescence and the presence of heavy transport infrastructure. In this work, Urban Projects mean urban regeneration initiatives focused on specific parts of the city, with the participation of government, private sector and users, in order to maximize and harmonize efforts and investments that guide the implementation integrated projects and actions in the short, medium and long term. The interventions examined were selected not only for their architectural and urban projects, but also in two other aspects: a) the processes of design and management, including the legal and regulatory aspects, which made possible its implementation b) the current reality post -use, considering its initial objectives, checking checking if they accurately improved not only the quality of the urban space, but the lives of its inhabitants.

If the usual was to build a career in a single company, nowadays individuals remain less and less time in the same organization. High turnover rates related to voluntary exit is a concern to organizations and human resources professionals. Thus, it becomes increasingly important to understand what leads individuals to decide for voluntary turnover, aiming not only to avoid financial loss, but also the knowledge that goes with them. Among the antecedents of outgoing intention, the main proxy for voluntary turnover, is the realization of personal values in the organisational environment, defined as the perception of achievement of the individual's motivational goals through the activities that he performs daily in the organization in which he is inserted. This study had the objective to analyze the contribution of perception of not realizing personal values in the organisational environment for the voluntary turnover itself. In order to explore the results obtained in previous studies, we opted for the qualitative approach. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with elements of the laddering method, considering professional trajectory and personal life aspects. It was selected a group of eight participants, aged between 27 and 39 years, who had experienced, at least twice, the voluntary exit in their professional trajectory and, who at the time of the interview, were inserted in technology companies. The categorical analysis of the data made it possible to inference the motivational types of Openness to Change and Self- Promotion - oriented to personal focus - as the most important for the group of participants. The perception of non-achievement of these same motivational types was present in the various decision-making processes of the interviewees, showing that the most important values contribute to the voluntary exits performed when professionals perceive that their motivational goals are not being fulfilled and visualize that other organizational environments may fulfill it.

The purpose of this work is through an analysis of the feature sci-fi movie District 9, by Neill Blomkamp, investigate the use of documentary aesthetic as the proposed narrative for the film, as well as evaluating the choices of the director from the moment it is necessary to replace the documentary style in favor of a traditional narrative film to benefit the film's plot. This duplicity of styles will also be the object of analysis of this study. It will be presented a brief history of cinema, its principal names, as well as the influence of their work in the development of the film industry. We will identify the characteristics of the documentary, the most important filmmakers of this movement and its influence on the development of other movements in film history.

The current economic scenery, with high competition level among market players, easy access to economic and financial information and increasing number of companies that went bankrupt in recent years, changed the investors behavior and the decisive factors of investment targets. Nowadays, to mitigate these risks, shareholders became more concerned to long-term analysis and in this context arise the new concept of socially responsible companies, those that are sustainable and profitable to shareholders, even though this idea is also shared by BM&FBovespa it is not supported by current researches. This research aims to compare the probability of insolvency of corporations that make up the Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE) and others traded on BM&FBovespa. The research was done in two different moments: model creation and model application to a controlled group. The model used the insolvent and solvent companies from 2006 up to 2011 and established annual equations to calculate the probability of insolvency. Applying the model it was possible to identify the corporations probability of insolvency that belong to the ISE. The results of this study allowed to confirm based on the average probability of insolvency that ISE´s companies have less default chances if compared with sector correspondents traded in the stock market.

The present research had for objective to investigate the process of professional development and learning of the teaching of a group of teachers of the public of education of the city of Carapicuíba, from the program of continued formation Ensino Médio em Rede fase I they offered during the years of 2004 and 2005. It was broken of the existing theories concerning the reflective professional, the thought of the teacher, therefore if it intended to investigate where measured the formation continued for teachers it can and it must be a reflection instrument so that the same ones can face the quandaries of the profession appeared in this beginning of century where the educative dimension of the teaching work becomes each bigger and more forceful time. The interpretative analisys of the data made it possible to outline the teachers processes and routes, as well as their significations and re-significations after the formative phase of the course. The gotten results had indicated which were the contribution of the program of formation analyzed for the evolution of the levels of profissionalization of the teachers and its importance for the process of professional development and learning of the teaching, perceived in the valuation of the relation with the profession, in the valuation of the identities of the involved teachers, in the desire to always continue learning and producing new knowledge pedagogical, thus increasing the teaching autonomy.

Esse trabalho investiga as relações entre democracia, poder econômico e mídia. Inicialmente, é analisada a concepção de Comunicação Social presente na Constituição Federal de 1988, considerando-se desde os seus dispositivos e precedentes a como ela se insere na sociedade democrática. Logo depois, as discussões incidem sobre liberdade de expressão e de opinião pública, bem como os dispositivos accountability e advocacy. A dissertação é, então, arrematada com a análise das relações entre Estado e meios de comunicação, a partir da Indústria Cultural e do entendimento do Governo como principal cliente, a assim mais importante financiador, da mídia nacional.
