The present paper presents the development of an agricultural business, based on the potential of yam as an agent of socioeconomic transformation through a practical application. Driven by the Brazilian agricultural potential and the interest in a cultivation free of dumping, this project highlights planting, commercialization, processing and derivation as a raw material for the yeast of the species Dioscorea Cayennesis, pointing out some market segments still little explored and poorly served, and even non-existent markets on the national scene. To this end, the various possibilities for taking advantage of the opportunity are presented, focusing, however, on the planting phase and supply of genetically modified seeds, used in planting projects, processing the commercial tuber, thus generating value for stakeholders in various production chains. This project, in on-going implementation process, has an economic-social focus, with the appreciation of family farming, through the innovation of cultivation techniques and training of small farmers. Such innovations resulted in the elaboration and application for the filing of two invention patents. Nevertheless, this application under development can be fully replicable, as long as the enabling conditions related to its complexity are maintained, namely: the innovative process, natural and financial resources, and the relationships between the links in the supply chain - seed supplier genetically modified original, farmer, government, distributor, consumer, in order to guarantee the quality of the final product.

The thesis focuses in design theory and approaches specifically the parti, or design concept. The way this issue is approached here is profoundly connected to the fact that the author is an architect involved in architectural design since his graduation in 1985. The thesis develops around the characteristics of the parti nowadays. The development is also conducted by acknowledging transformation and expansion around the notion of architectural design and the determination of the parti, wich leads to recognize differences with propositions in the context of the french École des Beaux Arts during 19th century and following developments through the modern period in the turn of the century and 20th century. The thesis establishes its bases in the observation that the formulation of a parti is not conditioned by any methodological proceedings, revealing itself as a eccentric, nonlinear, however central to the design process. The relation between parti and method are therefore widely examined by case studies based on author's professional practice.

Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) is a non-invasive method to modulate brain activity. Its effects are attracting enormous interest as a therapeutic tool for motor rehabilitation. Motor learning can be defined as the ability to perform a task motor providing a relatively permanent improvement in performance thereof. This research aimed to investigate the effects of tDCS on M1 in the process of motor learning in healthy adult females. For this purpose 21 subjects performed two types of motor tasks, TJJ and Maze test and tDCS on primary motor cortex. The results indicated a significant improvement of motor performance after stimulation of the anodic to the primary motor cortex TJJ (p <0.000001) and cathodic tDCS in primary motor cortex showed hinder performance (p = 0.006). To the maze test was not significant effect of tDCS for the periods of acquisition, transfer, retention, and visual retention. At the end our results show that tDCS anode and cathode in primary motor cortex influences motor performance, confirming the idea of tDCS associated with motor function.

O presente artigo tem como objetivo geral apontar as características do assédio moral e assédio moral organizacional sob a perspectiva do conceito de dignidade da pessoa humana de Kant, sustentando-se que a dignidade da pessoa humana como valor intrínseco a todo ser humano. Assim, o primeiro tópico é a caracterização do assédio moral e do assédio moral organizacional, explanando suas possíveis causas e consequências. Em segundo lugar, será analisada a dignidade da pessoa humana e os direitos fundamentais em consonância com a teoria filosófica de Kant, no contexto do ordenamento jurídico brasileiro. Em terceiro lugar, será apresentado um caso jurisprudencial emblemático que serviu de modelo de análise e exemplo. Por fim, faremos a análise e considerações finais.

The Science of Religion is a kind of science that needs constant research because there are many issues that revolve in their fields, from biblical aspects, through its relationship with the company until the day-to-day life of the religious, this wide dynamic range combined with the world today needs to be continuously studied. Among the possible subjects met the life of the pastor who after years of studies, provision of services to the community and society and financial remuneration for their activity is seen in 70 years exonerated. With the dismissal is mandatory as the life of the Presbyterian minister? This dissertation aims to analyze the place occupied by the Presbyterian minister in the church after his retirement, still analyzing the conflicts arising in the social and property after retirement. To do so, use the deductive approach starting from the literature of the subject in various scientific sources, as well as the orders of the Presbyterian Church of Brazil. The intention with this paper to present all the issues related to the topic and present a dignified solution to life after the retirement of the pastor and the same current form given the current increase in life expectancy and quality of life of human beings humans, thus respecting the personal rights of the elderly. This dissertation examines the factual situation of the Presbyterian minister's retirement age of 70. This fact is true throughout the Presbyterian Church of Brazil, but the consequences in social life and heritage of this fact is rarely discussed. The life of a Presbyterian pastor is ruled by his studies and applying them to the community in the teachings of the various possible ways. After years of complicity pastor knows that the age of 70 will be retired, but currently have 70 years is quite different than having 70 years 10, 20 or more years ago. The index of life expectancy increases every year in Brazil and in most countries of the world, moreover, the quality of life is getting better due to greater knowledge of society and the practice of healthy attitudes and medical studies. All these factors lead to questioning the need for retirement at 70, since many times the pastor at that age these days can be at the peak of his knowledge and teachings to the community. However, this is the reality, the jubilation today significantly alter the social aspects of life and property of the pastor. The pastor takes a while in active social life according to their duties and obligations, but if you see a sudden you have to redo their activities, their routine tasks and duties may have several results that will be analyzed in this research. Moreover, as the pastor of retirement when his life has affected the equity principle, unless the same together with the Church to develop a retirement plan. These aspects of extreme importance for the correct and dignified conduct of the Presbyterian Church of Brazil, and other related is to be addressed in this work with the intuit to solve this major issue surrounding the current Presbyterian minister.

With this work, we sought to deepen the relation between synchronization mechanisms and the interdependence of contractual strategic alliances of the Brazilian pharmaceutical sector. The analyzed companies are reputable manufacturers of medicines for human health, which represent 25% of total sales in the Brazilian market. We sought to create yet no definite propositions, based on the constructs of interdependence and synchronization mechanisms, together with information drawn from empirical research. The interest in focusing on the pharmaceutical industry has to understand that this is a sector characterized by complexity and dynamism in its competitive environment and therefore have incentives to seek knowledge beyond their organizational boundaries, becoming an industry highly susceptible to the establishment contractual strategic alliances for a number of organizational activities, such as research and development, manufacturing, marketing, distribution and supply. For this study, qualitative research was conducted exploratory, given that the most important for the realization of the study unit is working with people and all the worries involved. Primary data through systematic interviews with managers responsible for alliances sector companies, listed in the Electronic Bulário ANVISA were collected. Data were analyzed using thematic content analysis, with categories defined a priori, and crossing cases. The research work has responded to the problem posed by the analysis of several propositions. It was concluded that, from the identification of interdependence created between partners in a strategic alliance contract, there is indeed the search for mechanisms of synchronization of activities that best fit this alliance, and that alternate according to the degree of interdependence is characterized by the type of alliance between the partners.

O presente trabalho tem a finalidade de analisar o âmbito do Direito ao Esquecimento na Internet, cuja temática tem sido palco de diversas discussões nos órgãos do Poder Judiciário, de modo que, ainda não foi possível se firmar uma tese uníssona. É cediço que a internet, na atualidade, é a maior responsável pela facilidade na obtenção de informações, porém, tal facilidade ao mesmo tempo que contribui para a sociedade, também, a prejudica, pois, os seus registros não admitem esquecimento. Em razão disto, a sociedade começou a questionar se é justo o registro de assuntos de natureza genuinamente pessoal, repousarem de forma ad eternun nos ambientes da rede mundial de computadores. O assunto vem reclamando ampla reflexão sobre a busca de caminhos mais moderados que respeitem os limites dos direitos personalíssimos de cada pessoa. Desta feita, está surgindo com eloquência, a busca do direito ao esquecimento na internet. Na última década, o Supremo Tribunal Federal – STF, tal como o Superior Tribunal de Justiça – STJ, vêm firmando entendimento sobre o emprego de critérios moderados para o uso da plataforma digital, pois a imoderação que afeta a sociedade, fere visceralmente o direito protegido pela Constituição Federal e pela lei. Sendo assim, sabe-se que o principal desafio para o Poder Judiciário é firmar uma tese que harmonize o direito da livre circulação de informações, para com os direitos fundamentais de uma pessoa, notadamente, da personalidade e à imagem. Diante deste cenário e da ausência de um julgamento vinculante por parte do Pretório Excelso, capaz de estancar o atual dissenso jurisprudencial, nunca é demais corroborar, ainda que de forma singela, com o enriquecimento ao debate dos limites da defesa ao direito do esquecimento, maior desafio deste trabalho!

In this work, it was studied the physical-mechanical properties of elastomers based on ethylene-propylene-diene monomer copolymer (EPDM) with barite addition, witch is a filler in powder form, opening way for application of these composites in the protection and shield against X radiation, in the form of aprons. These aprons come to substitute the elastomeric ones with lead filler in ergonomic and economically advantageous conditions. Elastomeric composites with different barite concentrations were studied: 50, 75, 100, 125 and 150phr (parts per hundred of ruber). Among the studied properties are distinguished: tensile strength, module strength, tear strength, compression set, hardness, fluid absorption, morphologic analysis, X-ray attenuation and equivalent thickness of attenuation in Pb. The results showed that all the compositions present a good dispersion of the filler in the matrix. It was observed that the increase of the barite concentration provokes an increase in the X-ray attenuation, equivalent thickness of attenuation in Pb, hardness, tensile strength, elasticity module, tear strength and in the compression set of composites, as well as a decrease in the oil absorption.

The interaction between children and their caregivers impacts the child development. Research indicates that children of parents who make predominant use of authoritarian and permissive parenting styles have more emotional/behavioral problems than children of those who practice the democratic style. In addition, it is known that parents with mental health problems may have deficits in their educational repertoire and distorted perceptions of their children's behavior. The aim of this study was to analyze associations between emotional/behavioral problems of preschoolers, mothers' mental health indicators and their parenting styles. This is a cross-sectional, quantitative and descriptive study. Seventy-five mothers of children aged 3 to 5 years old who were enrolled in a private/philanthropic elementary school in the state of São Paulo participated in this study. The instruments “Child Behavior Checklist for ages 1½-5” (CBCL/1½-5), “Self-Report Questionnaire” (SRQ-20), “Parenting Styles and Dimensions Questionnaire” (QEDP), and a sociodemographic questionnaire were used. All analyzes were performed using SPSS 21.0 software with significance level of p≤0.05. The results found were: 14.7% to 20% of children with higher than expected emotional/behavioral problems for age and sex, predominant use of permissive parenting style (41.3%) and 16% of mothers with high probability of having a Common Mental Disorder (CMD). Correlations between CBCL/1½-5 scales and Authoritarian Parenting Style were positive with weak indices, while correlations between CBCL/1½-5 and SRQ-20 were positive with moderate to strong indices, which indicates that the more problems the mother perceives in herself, the more problems she observes in her child's behavioral repertoire. Binary logistic regression showed an increase in the child's probability of clinical scores on the emotional/behavioral problem scales in relation to Permissive Parenting Style and mothers with high probability of having a CMD.
